Was doing a bathroom remodel and found out that the area was infested with subterranean termites. I looked up termite control on Unilocal around my area and Grand Oaks came up with great reviews. I agree with the 5 star rating as Justin is great with lots of knowledge. I needed the job to be done ASAP as to not stall the bath remodel. He came by the next day and treated the area that was being worked one. In a few days he returned and finished the resting perimeter of the house. A complete professional, friendly and his price beat everyone out there.

We used Justin and his team for recent termite control. Justin spent several hours at our home during the initial inspection and was very forthcoming with regard to showing us actual evidence and descriptions of findings. We had both dry wood and subterranean issues is several areas of our home and knew that we would have dry rot repair needed. GO was hired to perform the control and we choose to use local treatment as opposed to tenting our structure. They drilled into the foundation and walls for treatment of the subs and covered the holes nicely. We have no complaints with their work ethic or methods.
