Horrible service! They are told me it’s gonna take 45 min to wait, I was wait 2 hours!

Great staff, facilities, and no waiting. I’m a fan!

Great. I sprained my ankle bad and it was still swollen after 10 days. Got an X-​ray, took my insurance, no fuss. Perfect.

I normally don’t go to the doctor for anything, but when I find myself in need have been known to go to urgent care if I am concerned about a condition. I usually go to another one in Glendale but this time was referred here by a friend.
Everyone was very nice. I felt like they each heard my needs and concerns and addressed them. When the doctor came in, he was also Dr. Momijian came in he was also very nice and I felt cared for. I don’t like drug pushers and I didn’t find him to be in that camp at all.
EXCELLENT! I’m a believer.

Horrible experience! It is supposedly urgent but it’s not! It took me an hour to finally see the Dr! I explained my problem to 2 people (I don’t understand why!) Then Dr. Momjian came & I explained again! He didn’t find any proper solution! In fact, I gave him instructions about what kind of medicine I used before and was like he never knew! What the heck! Totally rip off been changed for $ 250 for nothing!

Best urgent care. Been coming to them for years but this was the first time at the new location. I was impressed by how fast they took me and how quick I had a diagnosis and was out the door. They even stock basic prescriptions so I didn’t even have to stop at the pharmacy. Thank you for being great and please don’t change as you grow!

I signed up for Unilocal just so I could leave a review for Urgent9. I went here with a busted ankle and the entire experience was amazing:
1. no automated phone message when you call for an appointment, just a pleasant employee happy to help
2. no long waits for anything
3. super nice staff and dr
4. very thorough and they did both lab work and x-​rays right there with minimal waiting
5. I skipped out on my follow-​up but the dr. proactively called me with my lab results! I did not see that coming at all.
6. not hard to find free parking
7. clean
If I need urgent care again I’m definitely coming back to Urgent9 even if I have a bit of a drive to get there.

I’ve used this urgent care several times now, and actually watched it grow. The doctor (Momjian) in charge seems to be turning this place into a (fantastic) mini-​hospital, with x-​rays & CT scan machine on site. So far he’s checked my daughter for an eye injury, diagnosed my wife (with xrays) for a broken foot, and last night my 15 month old was having croup and trouble breathing, and he gave her a breathing treatment and a shot of steroid that turned her from sounding like an angry honking goose into a happy girl running around the Urgent 9 center observation room he put us in (he happily kept us/​let us stay there for 2 hours just to make sure everything was okay), and probably saved us from an ER room visit for a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend this facility and the doctor. They are great!

Thank you so much Dr. Momjian and nurse Veronica for your attention to my medical needs. I really don’t know what I would have done today without your help and solution to my problem. You deserve 5 stars!

I’ve gone here 3 times. First time I took my girlfriend in to get some stiches after she sliced her hand cutting bread. Luckily there was no wait when we got there this time. Probably because it was Sunday morning. Dr. Momjian was the doctor we saw. He took her in and allowed me to go in with them. He was very attentive and did a great job with her 7 stiches as well. Her finger is fully healed now and no issues with it. It was right near the bend of her ring finger so it was in a really controversial spot, but that was no issues for him.
Second time for my annual check up. My general doctor is not available on the weekends so this place makes like very convenient for my schedule. Went in and waited about 25 mins before I was taken in. I did have to wait in the patient room for another 15 mins which kind of sucked. Not sure why they take you in to make you wait again. That was a little annoying. The doctor was great though once they came in. Very friendly and knowledgeable overall.
Another time I was sick with a sinus infection and that was pretty much the same experience as well with the wait time and overall staff.
Overall I am very please with this place so far and will continue to use their services. 4 stars though due to the wait time.

I went in because of persistent pain near my lower right abdomen, Dr. Momjian took his time diagnosing me. He really went through a lot of questions and did a lot of testing. His diagnosis was spot on, but he was also very informative. He took me through his reasoning about why he suspected what he did. I didn’t feel like just a number going through his office which I’ve felt before with some other doctors. The fact that he spent so much time with me really showed me that he was running an honest practice and not a practice that sacrifices quality for quantity. I didn’t wait in a waiting room for too long, instead he took me in rather quickly and had a PA tend to me first.
I would recommend this doctor to family and friends. He is everything a great doctor should be and then some.

Hands down my life saver! Dr. Momjian is a godsend!
I unfortunately had a flare up with my tonsils (which happens multiple times a year) and went to an ER. The ER doc spent 8 minutes with me only to diagnose me with a «blocked salivary gland.» He gave me antibiotics and sent me on my way. After a few days, with tonsils the size of golf balls, I went to see Dr. Momjian. The girls in the front were so helpful and got me in as soon as I walked through the door. He diagnosed me within minutes, was thorough, friendly, and put me at ease. He prescribed the CORRECT antibiotic and I was good as new in a few days.

This is a great urgent care. They’re very quick and attentive. I am glad they are in such a convenient location. The paperwork was done and we were in no time. The dr had great bedside manner and checkout was as easy. I loved how it was so clean and new.

Took me in early in the morning. Thought my finger was broken! I got an X Ray and thankfully it wasn’t! The entire staff from admin to the Doctor were friendly, informative and helpful. Hopefully I won’t need to visit the urgent care much, but if I do I’ll be coming here!

The cleanest Urgent Care I have ever been in.
If you guys have been to other Urgent Care facilities around LA you might appreciate how this place DOES NOT HAVE seats with crusty scab-​like stains on them, faded signs that were never hung with care to begin with, hodgepodge chairs in the waiting room, glass so dirty it looks like it’s been frosted for the holidays and dead insects on the floor. I have seen all of the above at other UC clinics, so I appreciate this one not being like those.
I called in so they knew I was coming. Wait wasn’t bad and Dr. M. was really nice. Will definitely go back.

My urgent care needs were really specific and frankly, not that demanding, and they were really not met on several levels. I visited this urgent care a few days after a car accident in May. I had been written off and ignored by another urgent care who told me I was fine. I was still severely nauseous 5 or 6 days after my car accident so I went to Urgent 9 and pretty much demanded a CT scan to check for a concussion since I had hit my head.
They didn’t particularly recommend it, but they indulged me, and the CT scan came up as negative. They sent me away with no guidance or help other than to rest– my nausea continued for weeks.
PS– found another doctor and they told me I did (likely) have a minor concussion– which explained the nausea.
I had already been seen at the other Urgent Care for my back, which was all out of whack from the impact of the crash. I VERY specifically told the Urgent 9 doctor of my pain, but told him I had already been seen for that and was diagnosed with Whiplash, so he didn’t pay much attention to that, though we spent a few minutes dealing with that and assessing the damage/​pain.
That’s important because later, I needed a prescription to get physical therapy when my back pain didn’t improve, and this office refused to write one, saying I did not come into their office for my back. Helpful, thanks… (read: sarcasm).
At my visit they weren’t sure they could take my insurance so I had to pay nearly $ 400 out of pocket for a stupid CT scan that didn’t even give me conclusive results. Then, after spending an egregious amount of money, I would have had to go to another doctor (and spend more money) to get a prescription. And I didn’t end up doing that, which cut my physical therapy short all thanks to this office. Not cool. I’d ironically toast to you, but I’m pretty much sore all the time. probably because I needed 5 or 6 more physical therapy appointments (but offices only give you a certain amt without a PRESCRIPTION).
Also, when I had called and asked/​BEGGED for the prescription, the lady on the phone very courteously invited me BACK to the office to get the prescription by paying another $ 130 or more for an appointment so the dr could look at me and decide if I was in enough pain. Horrible.

Urgent 9 is a brand new facility conveniently located in the heart of Glendale on the main floor of a business building with plenty of parking attached. I was there on the grand opening and got a nice tour of the facility. What sets this one apart is that it’s also an imaging center with on site Digital X-​ray and CT scan capability. It appears to be a «one-​stop-​shop» for most common ailments knowing you want to avoid having to go to an emergency room with an indefinite wait time. The facility itself is very clean and tastefully renovated/​designed.

I don’t have a primary care doctor. I rarely get sick, so i don’t really think about finding someone.
However, yesterday after being sick for almost 2 weeks I finally gave in and decided I needed to make sure it wasn’t more serious than just a cold. Got off work a bit early and walked in to Urgent 9.
I immediately filled out paperwork and was seen by a Dr. within 30 minutes. Turns out it was more than a cold. Had some x-​rays done. And 2 different meds prescribed.
For everything it cost me about $ 300 without insurance. I feel that was totally reasonable. I feel so much better already. Glad I know about this place now. It was quick, and hassle free.
The receptionist also told me they do make appointments so that’s good to know!

This is the best clinic I have visited. I had a sudden emergency and went straight without making an appointment.
It was a weekday morning and the whole visit took about 35 minutes including registration, Dr visit and diagnosis.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the doctor was very helpful and through. And the facility is very nice.
Being sick is not fun and all u need in this busy life is to be healed fast. This is the place I would recommend for a quick and efficient doctor visit.
