HONEST and GREAT SERVICE. We thought central air unit had finally bit the dust and were getting quotes for a new one. Tony saved us a ton of money by letting us know our unit had some good years left in her and recommended replacing parts instead. If there’s one personality trait you want in an HVAC person it’s to be interested in solving problems. And having a plan B before getting to your house, which means thinking about your HVAC situation in advance. Ok so that’s two traits, Tony has both in spades.
Personally I want to trust and like the person who works on my house. Not easy in the AC world, so I am glad to see many people agree with me about Full Circle!

First review I’ve ever written on Unilocal.
Today, Saturday, my A/​C was blowing warmer air by the minute. My fear was that my dog would be suffering in the heat. Based on other Unilocal reviews, I called Full Circle at 1:30. By 2:00 Tony was on my roof. He was professional, polite, great attitude, and fixed the problem! He explained how the capacitor broke and showed the broken one to me. My A/​C is running like new, my dog is happy, and Tony left before 2:30! The cost was $ 185 ($ 85 is the minimum service fee plus the part).
He also assured me that my A/​C is not as old as I imagined. I thought it was 25 — 30 years old, he said it’s only 5 — 6 years old.

The tech came on time, did our repair that we asked for, went up in our attic and found ANOTHER problem with our furnace that our other company did not notice. And the price was very reasonable. I really like this company and I intend to fire my old company and hire them whenever I have a furnace and AC problem

I recommend this company very much. Tony has worked at both of my properties. His very fair and honest with his prices. He answers quickly to your calls. I have recommended him to a few neibors and they are extremely satisfied and have his contact information at hand just in case they need him again.

I called what feels like 10 heating and air places to find someone to do a routine maintenance on my furnace. Either people didn’t answer their phones or were asking for what I felt was an expensive call (usually $ 125+). I had seen specials for about $ 90 so was hoping for that.
Anywhoooo, I found Full Circle Heating & Air on Unilocal and gave one last ditch call to them in hopes of finding someone. The phone was picked up right away and we set a date for a few days for the service. I was quoted more than I wanted ($ 125) but was so tired of calling businesses by then that I said it was fine.
He was running late but called me before the appt time to tell me that, told me precisely where he was and how long it would take him to get to my house. He arrived, told me where my furnace was (I had no idea) and proceeded to check it out. He also was going to change my filter but I had an odd size and he didn’t have it with him. I had already changed it once so knew how to take care of it and told him I would. He was so nice and said if I needed help, he’d come by again and drop off filters.
To top it off, I was only charged $ 85 because he didn’t change the filter, yippee! He was so nice, I’ll definitely be calling him to service my A/​C when the time comes. Highly recommend!

It’s not everyday you find a company or individual on Unilocal and are blown away by their service, professionalism and work. I called Tony for service on my central heater, super easy to make an appointment with, came out the next day ON TIME, serviced the unit, updated me on the useful life of the unit, and at the end he didn’t even charge me because he said it wouldn’t be fair since there was no issues with the unit. Do yourself a favor and call Tony first.

My central AC smelled really bad so I called Tony at Full Circle Heating & Air. Originally he gave me a quote/​hr for him to come out and check out my unit. When he got to my house in the morning, he climbed on the roof and inside the attic to inspect all the AC components. In the end, he couldn’t find anything wrong, which made me feel better about the quality of air that was coming out. He then suggested a number of things that I can do to try and get rid of the smell. Also, he warned me about certain companies that overcharge for AC services. In the end, as I was asking further questions and we were talking, he said, «I’m not going to charge you for today».
So to sum it up, Tony was very professional, respectful, patient, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He didn’t charge me for something he couldnt fix. I will DEFINITELY call Tony again for further issues with my AC unit and would be happy to do business with him.

My central air went out at 2am this morning. I got a referral from a friend who lives in Glendale whose house Tony serviced this morning. I called Tony maybe an hour ago. He answered his cell phone, told me he was just finishing a call in Burbank and could be here shortly. He got to our house in less than ½ hour. So, polite and personable. Turned out to be the capacitor. I am so happy to refer Full Circle Heating & Air!!!

Not just alot of hot air:
My AC unit (only 6 yo) in my condo (rental) was blowing out hot air, it was cooler outside than in the house and the outside temp was 99; I called an AC repair Company that I won’t name and the tech said that my AC had a massive leak and that all the freon had been lost, it would cost alot of $$ just to attempt to find the leak.
I called Full Circle H&A (they are local) for a 2^nd opinion, Tony called me back promptly, was on time and after thoroughly checking the unit indicated that the freon level was just fine and that the thermal expansion valve was faulty and needed replacing. He was straight forward and his diagnosis seems correct. I checked on the internet; he will be over tomorrow at noon to perform the repair. I was comfortable enough to give him the job and after all the other reviews expect that he will do a great job. I will f/​u with an addendum to this review following the repair. Tony came to the condo performed the work and got the unit working; he was on time, thorough and explained everything.
I was so impressed that I made an appointment for Tony to come to my house and check my old AC unit that wasn’t working well after another ac tech rewired a new fan motor. After thoroughly checking everything Tony found the problem, repaired the unit, added freon and had the system up and running and cooling. Other AC companies have told me that I needed a new AC System, Tony did not even suggest it. Thanks Tony I appreciate your honesty and recommend your services.

We were having issues with the central AC. A friend referred us to Tony who was able to come down and figure out what the problem was. Shortly after we were up and running! If we ever have any AC issues going forward, we will definitely be calling Full Circle Heating & Air. Tony is honest and knows his stuff. He does a great job and really takes care of his clients.

After having bad experiences in the past at my old residence, a friend recommended I try Full Circle. I now live in an old house and the central heating & air conditioning is the original from decades ago. The original owners hadn’t been able to turn it on in around 20 years, saying that it didn’t work any more. So I was under the assumption that it was all going to need to be replaced. Tony from Full Circle came out and was actually able to get the old unit working again in less than 30 minutes, which was great cause it saved me thousands of dollars. He even threw in a free thermostat. Honesty goes a long way… kind of like with auto mechanics. When you find someone you can trust it’s like striking gold. Thank god I found someone I can trust.

I was recommended by my sister in law to give Tony with Full Circle Heating and Air a call after she had her unit installed about 3 years ago. We never got around to it. Veronica said the work was excellent and his prices were great as well. With the heat we’ve had the last couple of years we knew upcoming summers would also be scorchers. We finally went through with getting our system installed. Tony was punctual and he took pride in keeping a very neat work area, since we have little ones around he was very cautious about keeping the area safe. Our system works GREAT and we have not had any issues, but when we had questions or concerns Tony made him self available and got right back to us which we appreciated very much. i recommended Tony to the company I am employed by and anytime we have an issue with Heat or Air Tony is there to help. Trying to find an honest and loyal heating and air company is hard to find.
I found Tony through a neighbor a few years ago and couldn’t be happier. He is the guy you call whenever something is wrong and he is always quick to respond.
He also will tell you when you need maintenance and makes you feel taken care of.

I highly recommend Tony with Full Circle Heat and Air! We got our Central Heat and Air unit installed last year and it has been the best. Tony is fair, honest, efficient, and reliable! We had a couple of estimates prior and our layout of our home was difficult to figure out where to install the unit and other contractors wanted to just install ducts running across our ceiling but Tony came in and mapped out exactly where to install not taking away any of our ceiling space and no ducts running across our ceilings! We are so appreciative!
