I started Altech Security back in 1987 as a security installation company now we install all low voltage systems keeping up with new trends in technology.

Forget the Geek Squad!!! We needed a new t.v. and I didn’t want to have the Geek Squad install as we have had issues with previous work done. Friend highly recommended Altech & Alan. Within a week of coming over to the house, inspecting proposed site for the 65 inch television, wiring, etc., it was installed. Not only does the tv look amazing, no wires, but Alan was fastidious in his work, and absolutely no mess was made at all.
He had recommended a sound bar to go along with the tv, which I passed on… Stupidly. He is coming back tomorrow to install the sound bar. Lesson learned, Alan is the expert.

I had Altech Security install a Sonos playbar at my vacation house and it is awesome! Now I have music in the living room and outside on the patio and I could not be happier. It sounds great and I have an unlimited variety of music to choose from. I had Alan install an alarm a few months back and that makes me feel secure that my place won’t be broken into while I’m away. Alan and his helper are very knowledgeable and helped me choose the right equipment for my needs. This was very helpful since home theater is not my area of expertise.

I’ve had Altech install my television and alarm system and both times the owner arrived on time, was very friendly, professional and most of all listened to my issues and followed through. I’m very happy, I just wish Altech could do other things like fix my dishwasher, washing machine, window, etc. so I wouldn’t have to take a chance with some a-​hole-​as so many businesses now days have unprofessional employees!

in La Canada: local business with great service. ALTECH just up-​dated my existing
system to 24⁄7 color 1080HD cameras, and the installation was impeccable.
Hard to put a price on peace of mind, but ALTECH is very reasonable. Thanks Alan!

Nice people and down to earth manager. I had him install a new sonos system I’m my house that allows you to control your music across the house from your phone… it works flawlessly and its very simple. Their rates are lower than other competitors and I couldn’t be more pleased.

I hired Alan at Altech to install an alarm system and surround sound system at my house. He did a great job. I came home to check it out and couldn’t believe how clean he left the place… you couldn’t tell that two guys had been working at the house all day. They are neat and clean and did a great job. My system sounds great! I appreciated him helping me to choose the right equipment since I know little about electronic stuff. My favorite thing is being able to have music outside. My parties are more fun with music everywhere! Oh and the monthly fee for monitoring the alarm is much less than the other companies that I called.
