I started selling buildings in the city to people who were looking to make their investment portfolio a retirement vehicle. Continued selling on the North Shore in 1989 and have loved helping families find their dream home and help sellers get the most from their special home

Sonia Munwes Cohen is a graduate from the University of Illinois, Summa Cum Laude and Bronze Tablet. She received her Real Estate license in 1977 and started selling apartment buildings in Chicago before coming to the North Shore to sell Residential Real Estate. Sonia has received many awards for sales and loves finding ways to connect buyers to their dream homes. Finding a home is an exciting experience and the buyers should feel like they have someone who really knows the area, works tirelessly and is able to negotiate a great price. Sellers know that Sonia will use every tool available to expose their home to the most Buyers possible. Everyone’s home is major investment and we will work together to get the highest equity possible. The North Shore has so many beautiful communities like Highland Park, Deerfield, Lake Forest, Glencoe, Winnetka, Wilmette etc and a amazing diversity of housing to choose from.
