History
Established in 1955.
Every good business succeeds by finding customers’ needs and satisfying those needs. Ray Carlson knew this when he founded Carlson Heating Company back in 1955. He knew that he could help people with their home heating needs and do a better job of it than his competition. Ray knew that providing quality service, fair pricing, and a commitment to treat people the way he would want to be treated would be the way to build the business.
By the mid ‘70s, the business had grown to the point where Ray couldn’t run it by himself anymore. So, in the next decade, son Larry and daughter M-J joined the firm, becoming the second generation of Carlsons. Careful controlled growth led to Ray’s grandson Daryl joining in 1991, bringing the third generation into the business.
