When Baird & Warner founder Lyman Baird chose this area as his new home, Chicago was just 20 years old and had 85,000 residents.

Born and raised in Chicago, I could not think of anywhere I would rather call home! I’ve had a fascination with Real Estate since I was a kid and feel fortunate that I get to do what I love in my favorite city in the world! That passion, honesty, communication, twenty years sales experience, and an expert at negotiations make Real Estate a perfect fit for me. I will be there the entire way for you, anticipating your needs, guiding you through the process, and negotiating a great deal.

Having lived and worked in Chicago and the North Shore I am very knowledgeable about many neighborhoods and am an expert in staging and design. I would love to help you find your dream home, and if you’d like, even offer design ideas.
