Michael Friedman – Century 21

I used Michael Friedman for the purchase of my home from out of state. Since I am a licensed Realtor myself, I had very high expectations of my agent. Michael hit a home run with our family on every aspect of the transaction. He provided homes that met our criteria, did facetime walkthroughs with his family on a sunday, communicated in an efficient and timely manner with every request, performed final walk through in our absence for us, and even personally cleaned the floors and trimmed the yard before our arrival from out of state. He showed us qualified candidate homes on our brief visit and we were able to locate and get an accepted offer on a beautiful home in just 2 days during our brief «shopping trip» to Austin! He went above and beyond at every step and was a pleasure to work with during the entire process. There were many occasions our family agreed, we were so lucky to have found such a great Realtor to work with!
