I’ve watched my parents invest in real estate all my life and I’ve experienced all types of agents. I can honestly say Mustafa is one of the few agents that’s really out there for his buyers best interest. He’ll talk you out of a bad deal, and work exceptionally hard to find the right fit for the right buyer. Unlike a lot of other agents that get impatient quickly after 3rd or 4th offer, he was willing to work with us. I’ve recommended him to several friends and have yet to hear anything bad.

Mustafa is definitely an agent that will work with you and for you on your issues if you have them.
If you follow up with Mustafa, he will get things done and respond always in a timely manner to all issues pending. You cannot ask for better in an agent that is willing to be there for you all the time, the entire way through.
I personally had an extremely complicated close of escrow where the buyer never seemed to make the deadline for escrow to sign the documents, and the listing agent was never there to see things through. We had to get multiple extensions on a short of sale offer with two banks (lenders) juggling around deadlines and per diem fines, and Mustafa managed to work through all the legality and paperwork to see the deal through.

Mustafa is a great agent to work with. He really took his time to help me find the condo I was looking for. Through out my home search process, I wanted to look at different properties spread out across a rather large geographical area (from Union City to San Jose) but he always made the time and never showed any impatience. The MLS website he set up was extremely useful and comprehensive also. He definitely went beyond the call of duty and now I’m a happy condo owner.

After shopping around with several other real estate agents, I felt confident Mustafa was the one I wanted to work with. Just speaking to him over the phone at first, I knew he was familiar and experienced in the area I was looking. He knew it was competitive and it would be a challenge, but he sounded hopeful, not discouraged. Upon our initial meeting, he sat down and took the time to go over the whole home-​buying process. If there was an aspect I didn’t understand, he explained it to me in terms that made sense. Communication with your agent is key if you want to have a positive experience. Mustafa was always available whether it was via email, text, or phone if I had any questions. He made an effort to show me properties at times that worked with my schedule and wrote contracts that were attractive to the seller. His strategies and techniques worked. He understood exactly what I was looking for and in the end found me a house I couldn’t be happier with.
