Romar just worked a real estate miracle! We needed to sell a property before the last available condo was sold at a different site, they would take our offer until we had an offer. Romar did it!!! We had a contract within 12 days of being listed, the other developer accepted our offer and we just closed yesterday on the Townhome and will be receiving our key in 3 weeks for the new place. I can’t begin to tell you how professional Romar conducts himself, along with the team of associates that he deals with, whether it be escrow company or in our case, 1031 exchange escrow. Everyone was on their «A» game. My favorite part is that Romar keeps you informed as soon as he hears something or he doesn’t hear anything.
