Jose came out and gave me an estimate to trim Cedar tree, spruce tree and trim hedges, plants, clean up. The price was fair and good. He is honest and professional.

JTS in Fremont is the only Tree Service we will ever use in the future because when something happens that can change your life for the better in just one day… then you know you have found something Wonderful… We are so impressed… Our Palm Trees, that are over 60 years old, look just stunning and the best they ever have giving our property the look of a Resort… They also trimmed up other trees in the front and everything looks fresh and amazing… so much so… that we had them come the next day and cut and shape two more very large trees in the backyard. They even came back the next day to make sure that everything was clean as it had gotten dark … and they left our place looking so much better than they found it by putting a lot of effort into the clean up… and since the backyard trees also carried over to two other properties, they also cleaned each property as well. Over the years we have had many services and Jose and his staff are Superior in so many ways starting with their professional and down to earth approach. From the beginning we were told exactly what would take place and the exact plan that the crew would be working. Everyone was on the same page and everyone was interacting with great expertise and consideration. We were able to interject our opinions and wishes and they made every effort to do everything to accommodate us during the whole time that the job was taking place. The price was the best of all the quotes and any service we had ever done besides being better and much more efficient than ever before. The work they did on all the trees is going to last a very long time and may last forever because every cut they did they thought about how the tree was going to continue to grow and in what direction and how the beauty of the tree was going to look overall. Their equipment was top of the line and allowed them to proceed into areas that no one has ever been able to reach. All of the stocks of nuts that were on the palm trees that have caused so much problems in so many areas are now completely gone. No more nuts on the ground or the landscaping and especially no more on the cars, ledges and ramp. This was very important to us because they cause such a mess that is so hard to clean, unless you clean it every day, all day long. That is why the work they did is such a blessing to us and so amazing and they did it all with such ease. Thank you JTS Tree Service for making our life so much easier and making our property clean and safe. My Dad is 90 years old and has lived in this house over 60 years and when he saw all the beautiful work that was done he was so very happy and just loved all of it… we highly recommend this company and crew…

Jose came out gave me an estimate to remove four pine trees in my backyard. the price was good. They came out and removed the pine trees around the powerlines I have in the back of my house safely. They cleaned and hauled everything away very satisfied with their service

Didn’t even bother coming out to give me a quote. Jose asked for pictures and gave me a quote based on the pix I took. That’s unprofessional. It was such a waste of my time. If business is good and you’re too busy, maybe just tell people that instead of saying «oh I’ll try to come out in a few days». I’m glad I found a better company.

Had my overgrown maple tree pruned. they did a great job! it was a huge tree so pricing was not cheap but reasonable. but I did appreciate that they trimmed it very clean and worked professional. my husband had concerns about neighbors low hanging wires that branches would grow into and break. they did as requested despite the fact that sort of gave the tree this awkward look BUT it was what the customer asked!

I received superb service from Jose and his crew. I probably should have had my palm tree trimmed 10 years ago — it was a huge job that created a colossal mess. Jose’s crew did a terrific job and cleaned everything up perfectly (they even got on the roof of my house with their leaf blower). They had recently finished another job cutting down some redwoods and delivered to us – free — a huge truck full of redwood chips. Our yard is now nice and mulched — bonus!

Jose is a perfect gentleman and man of his words. His crew is friendly and very meticulous. Their quote was more affordable than three other top rated arborists. His crew did in time with great quality and precision. Our home is getting more light because of Jose. I highly recommend JTS.

Jose and team are simply great. They are professional and did a clean job with removing trees and pruning a few. There was no mess left after the whole work was done. The crew was systematic and worked in tandem to complete the job on time. They did not nudge in doing some extras on top on the agreed contract. Prices were quite reasonable too. I would use their services in future.

The pepper tree in my backyard had limbs on the cable lines and was in needed of good trimming. Jose came over to give me quote and was early for the appointment. After talking to him about my concerns he gave me a great price and was even able to do the job on the same day. They did a great job more than what I expected. Clean up was great. JTS Tree is the company I will use again for sure.

We had two tree to be removed. After reviewing the service providers in Fremont, I called couple of the companies in the area and asked the quotes. Mr Jose from JTS Tree Service gave me a best quote and did the service the next morning as promised. Mr. Gustavo and his crew were very nice and friendly peoples. They removed the trees and cleaned the area. They did excellent job with my price on time. I would only hire him in the future and recommend to all my friends.

Holy poop, these guys are awesome! I hired them to «trim» my 55 year old, 125′+ tall Oak tree, plus some Japanese Maples, an Olive tree & remove some shrubs that were impairing my water lines. There was just no way this could be done in one day… But they did!
One branch right over the house was 18″ in diameter (now imagine all the branches on that which had to go…). Three large branches were hanging over the neighbors fence (she’s so old I feel bad), but they removed them all with nothing falling into her yard, and these went 18′ over the fence! To watch these men work is awesome.
They were a little early, moved all my yard furniture (& that’s saying something), & worked harder than I’ve ever seen. They stopped for ten minutes for lunch, that’s it.
The yard was left in better condition than when they started, they took the time to even blow the leaves out of the gutters! Wish I’d known that before they came out, could’ve Danes the weekend work… Ha ha. A great work ethic that I appreciate.
And the tree? You should see it! Just gorgeous! Incredible work, outstanding price. Several times to make sure I’m happy with the job before leaving.
The bad news is that now I have to wash all my windows! There is so much more light & the trees are so beautiful…
Tell you what, if I have any job in the future, big or small, I’m calling them first. Doesn’t matter if it’s stump removal (they did a great job on the huge plants destroying my water lines), or smaller jobs, they get first shot. I trust them completely.

We called Jts for tree service. They were hard working. I needed early appointment and they made it possible.
They did good job and took care of all the mess. They charged fair amount and when I needed to call them second time, they came very next day.

These guys were recommended by one of the very top tree service companies in the area because that company was too busy. They told me that they use JTS themselves when they get too busy and sub-​contract to them. I really appreciate that, because JTS did a great job. They worked very hard on a huge tree and 5 – 7 huge Cypress that had to come down and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them anytime. Jose was fantastic, very professional and communicative! You will love this company.

Jose came out today earlier than expected and trimmed my redwood and my podocarpus tree. They thinned it out and raised it for me… finally have sun in my back yard thanks Jose

We call JTS tree service for a quote. This was the third quote we had received, and Jose personality won us over. We had requested a section of roots to be removed from the back yard, and since I knew they were going to be at the house between 1 – 3 hrs, so I went shopping.
By the time I came home I couldn’t believe what they did. They not only removed the roots in questions, but went beyond our request and removed so many more roots. They did this so our bricks would lay better. Beyond the call of duty. They didn’t even use the machine they had brought with them, it was all done by hand. This one guy (tall, thin young man) he was a beast.
The crew was so polite, and professional. We can’t wait to use them again.

He and his team did a wonderful job. They did all the work which was discussed with no additional instructions from us. Got the tree down and also cleaned the place pretty well. They completed the work ahead of the proposed time. Very happy and I strongly recommend their service.

We hired them to cut a massive tree in our backyard. We did a fair amount of shopping to get the best quote and Jose matched us. Overall, they were very professional, and did a really clean and fantastic job. They finished the work in 3 days as promised. They were also transparent enough to point out some minor nicks in our stucco caused by a stump grinder.
Overall, we will definitely hire them again.

Jose showed up for a written estimate exactly to the minute when he said he would!
While making the appointment for when work would be done Jose worked around *Our* schedule ! He always got back to me right away either phone call or txt!
On the big day he and his crew even showed up early and got right to work! They were to remove some big trees completely, then replace them with some much cleaner ones. They didn’t waste any time, they were amazing! Even Jose himself was up in the trees for a while!
