As a senior move manager I have helped many seniors sort through their home to downsize into a smaller home. The most difficult thing for my senior is to part with their precious things so it is paramount that what they choose to move with them to their new home gets there safe and sound! I have relied on Dave, Sherri and the guys at No Trouble Moving for several years and they have never let me down. I find the guys to be extra kind with my seniors and to have a good sense of humor with some of their demands. Thanks guys for 20 to 30 successful moves!

Best moving company out there. I used them in two different moves. The first time I used them was when my wife and were moving from one apartment to another back in 2013, and because we liked them so much we hired them again to help us move to our new condo two months ago. These guys didn’t change at all in quality of service in the last two years as they are still fantastic.
Recently, Ron and Dave help us move all of our things. They made the move very enjoyable as they both had a sense of humor. They also did it very efficiently and in good timing as well. I’ve had to work with other moving companies out there that were name brand but had awful service. However, I would recommend using this company 100%. Not sure why there were a few people that gave them horrible reviews, but then again I guess you can’t please everybody sometimes.

I had these guys move me from my apartment from HB to south county and the experience was nothing short of amazing! I have moved several times and I have used the big names in the business and I have not been pleased! No trouble moving was polite, understanding and respectful of my time. I would recommend no trouble moving to anyone in the area who needs a great mover without any hassle. I spoke to Dave and he was a pleasure to work with, no BS up front and to the point.

Recently moved and used this company for the second time. Movers were on time, very personable. I loved that they provided wardrobe boxes. Dave, the owner, runs a great business with very competitive prices.

Used them to move some antique furniture. They were on time and padded everything. Nice guys, friendly and very caring. This furniture has a lot of sentimental meaning to me and I appreciate the care they took to keep it safe. This is second time I have used them and they are wonderful. Owner is a really nice guy and very honest.

If I could give these guys negative review, I would. I do not know how these guys are in business. This was the most unprofessional moving company I have ever worked with, and I’ve experienced some bad moves. First of all, they worked very slow. On top of it, one of the guys complained the ENTIRE time and kept making unsolicited excuses for their pace. I told him that this is why we hired movers, to help us move, and he apologized… yet continued to complain. We were simply moving unit to unit, most of our things were in bags and boxes, but after 2 hours, there was barely anything in the new unit.
I will say 2 of the guys were making an effort, and were doing their work without complaining, however, the main guy Chuck kept taking «5 minute breaks», in which he would disappear for up to 15 minutes. My roommate called the owner Dave to inquire into their work. She was polite and never raised her voice, but he got so aggressive, yelled at her, and then hung up. At this point we did not even feel safe, so we called people to come be around us and to help us supervise the move because we did not trust them to handle our stuff.
After about 3 hours, we had enough. We had to cancel the move and ask them to leave, with over half of our stuff still in the old unit. The two pieces of furniture that they did move, they broke. When we pointed it out, Chuck got upset and kept saying that they are not responsible for Ikea furniture, when the dresser is from a sturdy piece from an expensive furniture store, and has lasted previous moves. This was a move from building to building within the same complex.
In the end, I ended up having to pay for work not done. I don’t know where these positive reviews came from, but they negative reviews are exactly on point of my experience with them. Spare yourself the headache and money. This was undeniably the worst moving experience I have had.

I was referred to No Trouble Moving by a friend who recently used them and was given the referral by her sister. They had fine experiences, but you can be sure they won’t use them again. They too are really disappointed in how Dave handled things with me. I had a pretty small job, some furniture and about 7 boxes. They lost one of my boxes full of kitchen supplies, probably about $ 500 worth of stuff (some of them brand new, recently bought, never used, and a few sentimental, irreplaceable items. Dave repeatedly told me he would check on it, look for the box, ask the guys. He never called me back. My friend who referred me called to inquire and she got the impression he never looked into it. He did nothing to make it right. I will be moving a whole household pretty soon and you can be sure I won’t be using them again.

I want to start by saying this was an Awesome company! Dave the owner was prompt to return my call, provide a great quote, because i have never had to hire movers before. They answered all my questions, and without a doubt I set the appointment. Dave immediately followed up with a confirm email. Then he called the day before to confirm. I had to change my day and times a few times, and Dave was so patient with me. I also had to add a few extra stops and the movers did with no hesitation. They showed up on time, were very courteous, and asked what extacly needed to be done before moving. Chuck, Tom, and Howard knew what they were doing and did it fast! These three guys loaded up without breaking anything. I would recommend this moving company to family and friends as the movers were hard working and did a great job moving all of my belongings from my apartment in one trip amazing they fit it like a puzzle in one truck. Very impressed! Like all the rest of the reviews… If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! I highly recommend No Trouble Moving for all of your moving needs!!! Dave and his team are very friendly and prompt!!! You are not going to find a better deal around! I have taken the liberty to refer No Trouble Moving to all of my friends! They get my stamp of approval!!!

The two movers were punctual, friendly, and quick. I’m very satisfied with their performance and professionalism. The price was right and worth every penny. This move would have been hell without them.

Awesome company! Dave was prompt to return my call, provide a fair quote, answer questions and set the appointment. He immediately followed up with a confirm email. Then called the day before to confirm. On the day of the move, Chuck and Tom called to say they were on their way. They showed up on time, were very courteous, and did an awesome job. They got our washer and dryer up very steep stairs, as well as a large couch and very heavy boxes. It took the full 3 hours that we planned to empty our 8×8×16 container, and they hustled to not go over (and cost us more $). They were also careful to not dirty our new paint job. They were two strong guys, and Its back breaking work. We were so glad we invested in them. The price was very fair, and included their own truck and equipment, insurance and workman’s comp which gave us piece of mind. I highly recommend No Trouble Moving– they deliver on their name at a fair price!

I would recommend this moving company to family and friends as the movers were hard working and did an great job moving all of our belongings from an 1800 sf home in one trip (fit it like a puzzle in one truck). The men were experienced and did a great job at protecting all of our belongings. The owner even took the time to correct a small mistake once I brought it to attention. And, for moving, the overall cost was much less expensive than any others I had priced for moving, so that was a HUGE plus. The cost it would have been for me to rent a truck, blankets, furniture wrap, etc, would have been much more than what we were charged.
I was so thankful that it all went as smoothly as it did. I would recommend and use this company again.
Tip: Have your items packed well and staged so upon arrival, things are ready to be put on the truck.

I have to start this review by stating that I do not enjoy writing non-​glowing reviews. I prefer to share my elation over great service, wonderful products and new ideas. That said, this was possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a moving company. I have moved 14 times in my life and usually use movers, so I am pretty well schooled in what to expect. Rather than rant, I’ll give you a list of pros and cons and let you decide.
Pros:
*They called the night before to confirm
*They showed up on time
*They were nice to my kids
*They provide free wardrobe boxes (note~see con #2)
Cons:
*Within 5 minutes I knew that our lead mover had been clean from heroine, drinking and smoking for 5 years, but still smoked pot.
*The free wardrobe boxes were so old that they didn’t even stand up straight. Before they’d even been loaded on the truck, all my clothes had fallen to the bottom of the box making an awesome cloting/​hanger puzzle for me to deal with at upon delivery
*They told me they were stopping for a «potty break» on the way to my place (which was 15 minutes away) and showed up an HOUR later
*After calling the office to see where they were, I recieved an irate phone call from the lead mover yelling at me that I got him in trouble
*They managed to damage my vintage couch, wooden headboard and entryway wall and said nothing to me about it until I asked
All in all, this is not a company I would use again.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! I highly recommend No Trouble Moving for all of your moving needs!!! Dave and his team are friendly and prompt!!! They put the customer first! I felt like a priority when I booked him. His team is professional and take no short cuts when it comes to packing and moving. They are reasonably priced as well! You are not going to find a better deal around! I have take the liberty to refer No Trouble Moving to all of my friends! They get my stamp of approval!!!

Dave the owner is a cheat. First he forgot our 2:00 appointment then tried to blame us for the oversight. When his workers finally arrived that evening at 6:30 we had already moved all but a few pieces of furniture and a refrigerator. His workers were obviously already tired and agitated from a full day and took little care in moving our remaining items. They did not secure dresser drawers or use moving blankets and put a gouge on our hallway floor due to their carelessness when moving the refrigerator. Then, to add insult to injury, they still wanted a three hour minimum even though it only took them only 1 hour and fifteen minutes to finish our move. When I complained to Dave over the phone, he dropped a bit and ended up charging us $ 140 for one hour and fifteen minutes of work. I would not recommend this company due to their dishonesty. There are plenty of other good movers that we’ve used that did a far better and fairer priced job. Yes Dave… This is how a cheated consumer gets even !!!
