Love this place! Irene is the best! Super skilled and friendly staff. I am pretty frigan FAT and ya dont see to many fat people paddle boarding. Thats because Irene hasnt showed them how to figure out how to stay on the board and stay dry.
We bought the yearly duffy and paddle board package. I highly recomend it. Will add pics later. This is our new hobby and it is really fun!
Tell all your fat friends to give this a try and ask for the BC Boards. (Big and Chubby) They have plenty of them :-)

So awesome here, staff is friendly and helpful even when it’s busy. Irene was super nice too, will be my spot!!!

The staff are great and totally chill– we will definitely be back! We were 4 adults and 3 children, ages 8 – 10, and had blast. Fun healthy fun for family and friend time!

Great experience every time I paddle with them. This is a family run business and they love to share the sport they love. They are all so sweet and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone interested in learning to paddle board.

I first met this group three years ago and have been going out as much as I can with them any chance I get. Not only are they great, friendly, helpful, but they will make you feel confident. They are honest and very helpful, I have recommended them often to all my friends and any one that want to learn the sport. This group is AWESOME. If you want to learn and enjoy your experience SUP, go with this group.

I ride on a paddle board every weekend for $ 15.50, and they ride along with me. I could go alone for the same price, and these folks will meet me and drop off a paddle board with a paddle. Then, they meet me to pick it up when I am done using it.
Chris is always on time. I am a newbie with two months experience, so I always choose the guided paddle at 8:30 in the morning. They have another one right after for later risers. That is my favorite way to begin my weekend mornings. I am going with Chris tomorrow.
I have gone to the other local harbor and paid to park, and also paid more for the rental. I did not get the quality of personal service that differentiates this outfit from the others.
In the short time since I have started paddle boarding with this outfit, since April, I have never fallen into the harbor under their watchful eye.
I have never had a problem with payment because everything is reserved and paid in full at Paypal, confirmed with a receipt via email, and they are waiting for me at the public beach with showers and restrooms and a cute little park when I arrive at my reserved time. This is nice because I don’t have to worry about carrying cash when I am about to place myself over a body of water.

I’m not sure who is writing all of these negative reviews, but it’s kind of sad because I really like this paddleboard rental place. And I’m not one of the owners, so I’m not sure what they’re going on about.
I’ve been out several more weekends since my initial review and it’s consistently been an easy, cheap and fun experience (it’s like $ 15/​person for an hour). Since I’ve got the hang of it now, the owner has patiently helped correct and improve my paddling technique during the morning lessons they offer on the weekends, which is an awesome perk of this company. I stand by my five stars. :)

These guys are crooks. I paid on line and then when I arrived, they made me pay again. I argued and got a discount. But it was still very unfair.
The equipment is shoddy and they rush you. They are not friendly at all.
I would not recommend these guys.

This Group is Great!
This is a Family run business and they really care.
The Group Paddle Sessions are very reasonable
at $ 15.50 and include Instructors and a Lesson.
There is a Photographer included and they post the pictures for free!
Can’t beat that!
Open Sessions are where you take and go for whatever
time you sign up for.
Sign Ups are cool as you are reserving a board /​kayak for your use.
No waiting or hassling.
Really great location. There is a Park with restrooms and a shower.
Parking in a residential (Estate Home) neighborhood, no crazy PCH traffic.
Equipment is in excellent shape.
Equipment waiting at the Beach for each session.
