History

Established in 2012.

Previously Anthony’s on the Gulf, the owners decided that Fort Myers Beach needed a reasonable upscale venue with fresh seafood, great drinks and an even better atmosphere. In February of 2012 they official relocated and re-​branded Anthony’s to Mama Angie’s and moved forward with their new concept Fresh Catch Bistro. Chef Bob Burns was enlisted to mastermind the menu, and Manager John Howard to run the operation. Since the two have paired it has already gained great notoriety with both the long term visitors and the locals raving about the quality of food and impeccable service.
