Johnny’s Window Cleaning

Johnny’s is definitely more inexpensive than other window cleaners I’ve had, but I dislike the way he runs his company so much that I’ve decided to switch companies, and Johnny’s has cleaned my windows for years.
An office person calls to remind you of the appointment. But if Johnny calls prior to coming to the house and you don’t answer, he won’t come. This is OK, if you’re aware it’s going to happen, but I wasn’t. In my case, he called my cell phone which wasn’t on me at the time. When I became aware of what happened, it was too late to do the windows. Grrrrr — another wasted morning.
He’s done my windows for years because he hires nice people who will clean my windows better than he does. He talks on his cell phone the whole time he’s cleaning. I don’t mind listening to his personal conversations, but only if my windows look darn good when he’s done. Unfortunately, they don’t.

Love this business, they do a meticulous job on window cleaning, show up exactly on time, and the service person wore shoe covers when he came into the house, plus he was dressed very professionally! I used their service on a regular basis years ago and just recently re-​discovered them. Could not be happier with the job they did, I highly recommend this company!
