Please Dont Bug Me Pest Control

I just called and they gave me useful advice on how to take care of my rat problem. They gave me an estimate and were more than willing to come out, but told me how to do it myself too. They were extremely knowledgeable helpful, polite, and professional. If I can’t get it myself I will definitely call back to have them come out!

We are so happy with this company! Previously we had used a big name pest company and their service and ability to control our spider and insect issues were pathetic. This company has been wonderful to deal with, they call each month prior to coming out and are a pleasure to talk to. We had a problem with ants and the occasional potato bugs (disgusting bug — google it!), so I called several pest control companies. They all wanted an arm and leg for a one time service. Some of them were willing to give discounts on the first service (some companies wanted $ 240+) if we continued with a monthly plan. Between the ridiculous prices and bad reviews for companies like Clark’s, I went with this one after reading positive Yahoo local reviews. The price is really unbeatable and I figured if this service ends up being terrible, I won’t be out a huge amount of cash, so I set up an appointment.
The owner couldn’t have been nicer and was very thorough. He explained that it may take 2 – 3 days for the bugs to go away entirely, but that he would come by and do another service free of charge if the problem persisted beyond that. The bugs were gone almost immediately and two weeks later we’re still bug-​free. I highly recommend this service. They’re a local proprietorship with excellent service, they are very thorough, their rates are lower than anything you’ll find elsewhere and more importantly, the bugs are gone.

Don was great! We are having ant problems with all the recent rain and he made an appt for the very next morning with tips to help out until he got there. He was EXTREMELY friendly and knowledgeable and I feel very comfortable with our choice hiring his business. Also he understood and was very accomodating with the fact that we have kittens and our concern for their safety regarding any chemical he might use within the household. Great service! Will use again if needed and very fair price!
