Contra Costa Termite & Dry Rot Control

We used Contra Costa Termite for a home inspection before purchasing our house. Larry came out and did a thorough inspection of the house, explained the problem areas he found and then sent us a detailed inspection report. Once we got the keys to our house, we had Larry and his crew come out to perform several treatments. We were very happy with the service we received. We highly recommend Contra Cost Termite to anyone looking for termite services!

Me and my wife had contra costa termite do an inspection on our house 2 weeks ago. Larry came out and explained the issues and he found it. Typed report the next day and decided to have him and his crew back out to do the work. Easy to comunicate and set up an appoitment and they are great at their job. Contra Costa termite is honest, local, and very competitively priced. Most importantly, I trusted them immediately. They looked at the previous report and didn’t necessarily say it was all wrong, but instead just took a realistic approach and suggested better ways to address the termite issues that ended up saving money over the long term. I was very impressed.
So, I put my money where my mouth was and had Contra Costa Termite do both full blown treatment and they completely remodeled 2 of our bathrooms (section 1 problems). The bathrooms came out gorgeous! Incredible work with great attention to detail.
The guy who was doing the work (Stephen I believe), my wife and I would trust leaving our kids with. He is nice, CLEAN!!! and sincere. We’ve never had tidier contractors at our house ever. We couldn’t believe it.
Best of all, Contra Costa explained everything to us about how the treatments work and what to be and not be concerned about. They were happy to educate us.

Anything besides termite work and forget it. They believe they can do almost any type of job and they cannot. They are very «nice» but niceness does not mean you are a qualified plumber, electrician, or craftsman of any sort. BEWARE!

I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to meet my needs. They inspected all areas of the home and explained what repairs needed to take place. The two men that came out were very professional and did a through job. I would highly recommend them.

I hired Contra Costa Termite Control to do some termite repair work for me. They did an excellent job with an awesome attitude. Larry and Steven were thorough and very professional. Everything looks great and I would recommend them without reservation.
