Christian Plumbing and Drain

We needed a plumber for a very clogged toilet. The man who arrived was very nice and actually ended up not charging us and showed us the correct way to plunge a toilet. Great business!

Called Sunday morning to replace a kitchen sink faucet that is leaking. They came to the house in less than an hour quoting us $ 109 — $ 150 for it. I called a handy man prior to do it but he said that he did not have the tool to remove a bolt under the sink. Christian Plumbing was able to do it. After removing, we realized that we purchased a three hole faucet while our sink only has one hole. The technician went to Home Depot to get the faucet replaced. Technician was really friendly and they have a 180 warranty on the work.

I highly recommend them. I spoke to Cedrick on the phone and told him what was going on. The water was backing up into my front yard. I wasn’t sure what the problem was and he was able to tell me what the problem was and be gave me a quote over the phone. Which I liked cause most places would’ve been like they can’t quote over the phone without seeing what the problem was. They were at my house within 2 hours. JR the Plummer/​Drain guy was really polite.

Last August 25, 2015, I needed a plumber for my restaurant in Vallejo. I found Christian Plumbing at Unilocal.Very good reviews .the business name itself CHRISTIAN PLUMBING and their logo of the Holy Cross made me decide to avail of their services .
After a few hours I booked the service, Jasmine dispatched Anthony to the site and checked the water heater. He billed us $ 500 and we paid him in cash. He said he will be back the next day to check on it again and bring with him the receipt. He came back as promised but he said the receipt will be emailed and gave us a business card. He never showed up.
I called Jasmine and told her the water heater wasn’t fixed. And we needed a receipt. She denied having sent anyone but said she will tell Anthony about it .
Anthony came back the next day and assured us there was a warranty. He wasn’t able to fix it !!
We called Jasmine the other day. To my surprise she denied having had any transaction with us. And said there was no warranty as Anthony no longer works with them .
I had to pay $ 88 per hour or $ 109 per hour if after 5 pm.
I agreed. She booked me the next day December 2 between 11 and 3 pm
. I waited but no one came. I called Jasmine and she said the technician came by 2X but employees said water heater was working well. She suggested I call Preferred Plumbing, who are much better. This pissed me off !! I smell something wrong. Owner is not aware there is another business going on in his business !
Be careful Unilocalers ! Don’t be deceived by the business name, 5 star reviews and their Holy Cross logo. Pay by check or by card and get a written warranty !!

Yesterday was the day my family had planned to have a big Christmas party for 30 – 40 people. Just about an hour before people were set to arrive, we had a major plumbing issue that was going to require us to shut off the water main to the house. It was about 3:00pm on the weekend, and we needed someone ASAP. I called 7 different plumbing companies and Christian Plumbing and Drain was THE ONLY place that could send a technician out in a timely manner (we were told we could have another plumber out at midnight) but Christian Plumbing could send someone within the hour.
JR was on time! JR was very friendly, polite, and professional! He really saved our party.
We told everyone at the party how great the service was and will definitely keep recommending them.

Called up Christian Plumbing to have my leaking drip system checked out for an estimate. Set up an appointment with them, and before hanging up, i casually tried to confirm that they do free estimates, and to my surprise, it’s a $ 110 charge. I’m 10 miles away (plus a toll bridge), but this is something to be upfront about. I smell a scammy nature here, despite all the 5 star ratings here, be careful with them!

When a company «duhs» their customers, you are pretty sure they will take care of you! And apparently, they don’t get the point of being transparent about their pricing.

We called for same day service. Cedric listened to our problem, said he would call right back with a Plumber and he did!!! JR showed up, he was very nice, went right to work and cleared our clog within an hour. We were elated, great job JR! We will recommend Christian Plumbing to our friends and family!

I called them on Saturday and received call after 10 minutes. Todd came on same day to help us out with drain problem. He was very professional and knowledgable. He fixed our drain quickly and gave me tip how to maintain it.

Called them out to my restaurant and they showed up in less than 15minutes; had restrooms backed up due to kids playing with paper towels and flushed a lot of them into the toilets (both men’s and women’s) The plumber cleared the line in less than 30 minutes! nice job Christian Plumbing! i definitely recommend them anytime.

We’ve had problems with our plumbing and last night everything was starting to back up. He was at our house within 30 minutes and less than an hour later we were good to go. I will definitely use this plumber again and recommend them to everyone.

I called first thing in the morning and Todd was there within two hours. He quickly figured out what was wrong with the water heater and fixed it within a few minutes. He also pointed out other things that may need some attention down the line so that we can prepare for it ahead of time. Awesome, awesome service. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Chuck came out on Sunday to fix a leaky valve. He was prompted and reasonable. Send him again for another job.

This posting is to acknowledge the plumbing services of Christian Plumbing and Drain for a job well done. I made a call at 9 am today 10/​21/​2015. I had a plumbing Technician here by 9:50 am. On 8÷9÷2015 and today 10/​21/​2015. On both occasions the technician greeted me and introduced himself. I was each able to explain in lay mans terms to the technician without interruption my concerns. With the information I provided, my issues were addressed with a professional plan of action. I am satisfied and would definitely recommend this company to individuals with small and mediums size issues (mine) for service.

We called with a broken pipe emergency and Todd came out within an hour. He found the leaks repaired them and then found more. Even stayed after dark and worked with a light to make sure all leaks had been repaired. Very honest and trustworthy, their prices are right. I would recommend this company to everyone.

1. Timely. I called yesterday about a leak in the wall and they immediately sent someone today who could repair on the spot!
2. Trustworthy. I was pleasantly surprised how respectful and patience the gentleman was who helped me today. Knowing nothing about plumbing, a being a woman, I was not sure what to expect. He was very kind and took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why. He took a look at the leak and gave me a quote on the spot! I felt the pricing was fair and accurate given the task at hand.
3. Efficient. He was in and out in 2 hours.
4. Quality Work. Leak is fixed and Im happy. Cant ask for more than that.

I am happy to report my satisfaction with this company! I actually received a 2^nd opinion from their own and got immediate good service with a couple options! They were reasonable, fair, and efficient in their services. I would use them again

They could not fix my problem; so, why the 5 star… because of the professionalism and people skills of the tech. I believe his name was Scott, but i assure you he will remember me because of the situation.
It was a rainy day, my main sewage drain line backed up and i was calling everyone that i could find to come snake the line for me… Scott (i think) was the only person that actually came out. He showed up, to the unincorporated/​county section of Glen Cove, and despite the rain, said «let’s take care of your drain and get you flowing again» (or something to that effect).
Long story short, in his effort to fix my problem, he broke his new 300 dollar cable and was SOL because my line was collapsed; essentially, he had wasted his time for nothing as he could not snake my line.
Ultimately, it became apparent that someone at the office misquoted me for the price of the job, and despite this, Scott (or the tech, if it was not a scott) was super courteous and respectful.
Super kudos to this tech. He deserves a raise! Seriously! Even though he didn’t fix my problem, i will never call another plumber besides him, and I will refer him to all of my friends and family for every plumbing issue that reveals itself!
Great job man! If your bosses are reading this, print this and save it in his file for his next review; ALL YOUR TECHS SHOULD ASPIRE TO BE LIKE THIS TECH!
