Great family run business to work with. We had a new AC unit installed. The price was very reasonable and they took the time to explain everything they were doing, and went out of their way to fix things that needed fixing. We felt very taken care of for our investment. The father/​son team were very respectful of our home, and honest with the work.

Paradise Hearing & Cooling is awesome! Joe arrived at the scheduled time and conducted a thorough inspection. He then solved the issue but didn’t stop there. He took time to explain what was going on and then put in extra time to make sure my ac was running at its best. As well his prices are more than reasonable.

I have used Paradise for all my home and office A/​C and heating for the past 10 years. Joe has done everything from resetting a tripped breaker, to replacing my entire unit at my office. You will not find a more honest, competent and reliable person for this kind of work! I especially like he is local, and a family run business. His wife Heather is very sweet, and helps with phone calls, scheduling, etc. Their pricing is very good and fair. I have referred friends for a second estimate and they always choose Paradise. What else can I say, you are lucky if you find and use their service!

Had to give a great review to the entire team at Paradise Heating & Cooling. Naturally my AC broke down during the recent heat wave so I turned to Unilocal to find a good company to come and fix it.
Joe and his son were able to come to my house 2 days ahead of my scheduled appointment which was a blessing. They worked quickly and professionally and got the unit back up and running with a simple component replacement. The pricing was fair and the service was top notch. I will be sure to call them again for any future needs.

Joe, the owner (and coincidentally a neighbor!), installed a new HVAC system in June. The system works beautifully and is so quiet that we don’t even hear it running. I was concerned about the usual noise AC units make but Joe reassured me that the unit I was getting was very efficient and quiet — he was right! He was also very accommodating and made modifications that we requested. Our air conditioning stopped working last week. Joe from Paradise Heating & Cooling came out and diagnosed the problem (our 29yo furnace failed). He came out today (exactly when he said he would) and removed our old furnace and installed a new, smaller, more efficient furnace. We are very pleased with Joe’s work. He was thorough, he fabricated a new plenum from sheet metal, and put everything back together the first time. He was patient with my questions about the internals of our new furnace. He cleaned up after his work. We recommend Paradise Heating & Cooling.
Update (8÷20÷2015): You know how companies forget you about a month after they’ve got your business? Not Paradise Heating & Cooling. Earlier this week, our a/​c ran for 24 hours straight. I called Paradise and spoke with Heather. She worked it out so that Joe was able to come by yesterday and get everything working. When I asked him how much I owed him, he said «Nothing.». This is 13 months AFTER they installed our air conditioning. That’s service. Support local businesses.

We have a 24 year old home with the original attic air conditioner. The other day the evaporator started leaking and I noticed the water in the bedroom ceiling. The unit never had a secondary tray to catch the water and now I need to repair the ceiling drywall. I found Paradise on Unilocal and called him. Joe came out and showed me that the unit is completely rusted out and needs a new evaporator and condenser. Since h could not get the items until 2 days later, he rigged up a tray that allowed me to run the air conditioner till he could do the complete replacement.
He did the replacement in one day and it was a very professional job. The A/​C works better than original with a 12 year warranty on parts and 2 year warranty on labor under Joe’s business for the labor warranty.

Paradise Heating & cooling are honest and competent. When our shop/​office
reception A/​C quit working on a hot day, Joe came right over and replaced our
very clogged filter, went up on the roof and changed the blown fuse at the dis–
connect. We were very pleased with the prompt service and extremely fair price.

We have been thrilled with the service and work done by Joe of Paradise. I believe he is the owner and also does the repair/​installation. We’ve had him out at least three times to work on our heating and cooling. Our home was built 50 years ago so we’ve had some issues! Joe has cleaned and fixed up our furnace, replace a thermostat and installed a new a/​c unit. All of the work he’s done has been top notch. What really makes this business stand out is the customer service. Joe and, I believe it’s his wife, Heather (?), are always so friendly and helpful. They make doing business with them a pleasure. I highly recommend this company and have referred others to them as well. I hope I don’t need Joe again but if I do, it will be nice to see him!
