John K has been working with Kennedy Pest Control since 1988. He started as a pest control technician then went to a termite inspector from there to a pest control manager and is now a general manager.

So far so good! I’ve had two other companies completely disregard my appointment and it was the worst feeling in the world ! I came back from vacay with a huge rat problem. When I called the first company for a quote, they ditched me and acted like I never set an appointment, and the second company just never called me back. My boyfriends friend referred me to this company and they met with me the next day! Usually they schedule a two hour time block and they were early. I met with a guy name Logan, who was very knowledgable, answered all my questions/​concerns and even told me what I was doing right/​wrong. I was speechless! I still have two more sessions with them, but I give five stars for their great service so far!

Kennedy Pest Control came out to my house a few weeks ago and fumigated my house and yard to get rid of ants. Unfortunately we still seem to have ants in the yard and my wallet somehow went missing. Dustin the pest control guy who came out says that he knows nothing about the wallet, but in the 9 months that I have had the wallet it has been sitting in the exact same place. Kind of a weird coincidence that it seems to have gone missing on the same day. I’ve turned the house upside down looking for it, but it seems to be gone. I wouldn’t recommend leaving anything out in your house of you use these guys.

We have been very pleased with our service from Kennedy Pest Control. Not only is the service good and friendly (Charles Sanders is great!) but it is competitively priced. I also use to have Mike and loved his positive and willing attitude. Now that we have Charles, it is the same great attitude and courtesy. I would highly recommend this company to others. Customer service is obviously their number one priority (and of course they free your home of any pests or problems).

I’m just updating my previous review of Kennedy Pest Control. I’ve been using them for years when Mike was my fabulous pest control service guy. For the last few months, Charles has been the technician coming to my residence and he is excellent. He always has a smile and great attitude, lets me know when he’s arrived so I won’t be startled hearing someone in my yard, discusses the status of what he sees in my yard and asks if I’ve noticed anything or have any special requests. Kennedy has always been very willing to work with me in any special way possible given that I have significant health issues. I mentioned to Charles that other pest control companies knock on my door frequently promoting their services, one company as recently as yesterday, and I’ve been so pleased with Kennedy and now with Charles that I have no reason to switch.

We have used Kennedy Pest Control since 1999, on two homes. We have Mike Vandersloot do our monthly pest treatment. He is thorough and curtious. He perimeter sprays and foundation sprays for all types of insects, flees and other crawlers. We have four small white terriers and not one of them has ever had a flee. Mike always lets me know he’s coming so I can put my pets inside till the spraying is done and dry. He regularly checks and re-​baits the rodent stations, I have a open space behind my home and don’t want any mice or other vermin in my yard or home. He has even eliminated the pesky silverfish. We have had routine termite inspections done through the years by John. He climbs around every possible place and inspects our attic, eves and facia boards. My husband is a real estate broker and relies on their services. They’ve been very timely on inspections and remediation so as no delay has happened in finishing the escrow process.

They have always been very prompt, professional and honest with their services. Their is a reason why this company has been around since the 1980’s. This is a true and honest company that has great integrity and passion for what they do.

As a Realtor I have used them many times. Frank is a great inspector personable and is through. Some Sellers always want to do nothing and some buyers want more than is reasonable. Termite companies are in a tough position. I think Kennedy is fair to each side and I will continue to use them.

Stay away from this company; very dishonest. A home we were in the process of purchasing, was inspected by them. We noticed obvious termite infestation, but the termite guy said all it needed was a localized treatment. We called another termite company that we had used in the past. Not only was there termite damage, requiring a tenting, but there were subterranean termites also! The job was going to cost over $ 8,000, including repairs and replacement of wood and roof tiles. we called a 3rd co. in, and they concurred with our guy.

Have contacted Kennedy Pest Control several times on various pest issues. The staff there have always been friendly and patient with me. John has got to be the most knowledgeable person I ever met when it comes to pests and how to get rid of them.

Would not recommend. They are not very honest. Back in April my rental property had some termite infestation and I decided to do the tenting instead of spot treatment. There was a small roof leak in the back that they said contributed to some of the mold growing on the patio cover and offered to do the work. I asked if they were licensed to do the work, they said yes. Supposedly they removed mildewed wood posts/​pulled up roof and fixed it. It rained a few days later and the entire area was wet again. I called them up, to find out they only changed out the wood posts and had never fixed the roof — they said they weren’t qualified to do it. They gave me a small deduction after multiple complaints. I would have never known unless it rained. They gave me a referral to a roofing guy that they use all the time for their projects. I come to find out he’s not even a licensed roofer.
They also gave outrageous bids to repair tiny areas of dryroot wood damage — I had a handyman come out cut out the wood and filled it with wood filler for 1⁄10 the price that they were going to charge.
I reported them to the better business bureau.

Frank Cleary has inspected our house twice and tented it after it had been vacant for about 2 years. He is knowledgable, personable and professional.
After getting a «free» inspection by a major pest control company (long story), they recommended a ridiculously expensive treatment to control subterranean termites. Since the house was recently tented, I doubted the authenticity of this report and asked Frank to come back and re-​inspect the property.
After his inspection today, Frank assured me that there is no evidence of such activity at this time. Thanks Frank, you just saved us a lot of money!

Had this company come out in 2010 to spray around my house I signed up for a 1year plan. They got rid of all the bugs and I never had a ant problem again.
Only issue was I have a CCTV security system in place monitoring 24⁄7 they claimed they came and sprayed around the house one month and I had proof they never even showed up but still charged me for the month service! I called and complained and they said «we will send someone back out to respray» I cancelled my agreement with them after this!

Called Kennedy to come inspect my house. They sent out inspector Richard. He was very talkative while inspecting. Turns out he missed a lot of spots and I had to have someone else come and finish the job. I would never use this company again.

My house stinks. There is a dead rat in my closet that has been there for two days. If this is the kind of pest control service you want, then I recommend Kennedy Pest Control.
Marco was very polite and I thought he gave us good service when he set traps in our home. But looks and actions can be deceiving. On Tuesday, we gave him $ 125. On Thursday, he was supposed to come back. He didn’t. I’ve been calling the office for two days and I get promises but no action. It is clear that Kennedy Pest Control is all about taking the money and running.
I’m going to have to find someone else to remove the traps, in my closet and beneath my coach. And I am suing Mr. Kennedy for my money back. As far as I’m concerned, he’s a crook.
