Absolute Motor Works

I can’t say enough good things about Absolute. We first used them in 2007 to service our 1995 BMW (just an oil change) and they have always been wonderful. Thanks in part to Absolute our 1995 is still going strong and remains a truly awesome vehicle. Absolute is very competent, easy to work with and their prices are fair. Recently our Volvo was totaled in a freak accident and we replaced it with a second BMW (used). A major reason for choosing another BMW was that we could have the new car serviced at Absolute. Finding a mechanic is always a challenge so we are just delighted to have found Absolute.

I bought a used 2006 BMW 325xiT in April of this year, and unfortunately, have had a number of issues come up with the car. That said, my experience with fixing my car has never been so pleasant and I am fortunate to have Absolute Motor Works as my mechanic for my BMW. The first thing I noticed about this shop is their customer service — they treat you like family — from the interaction on the phone, to their complimentary shuttle service to the train stations, this doesn’t feel like a typical mechanic shop.
So far, AMW has replaced my front brakes and calipers, control arm bushings (which completely fixed the shaking in the car), and worked seamlessly with my 3^rd party warranty company to get my water pump replaced and fix a window regulator at minimal cost to me (just had to pay the deductible). Right now, my car runs 10x better than it did when I first bought it and I feel like it is in good hands to last me another 100k miles.
They are upfront and will prioritize your issues so you can make thoughtful decisions about the maintenance of your BMW.

I took my «baby» 2007 Z4 here for brakes and a few other little items that I wanted checked. The brakes were needed, but the other items can wait for the next inspection interval. I was really happy with the service and the quality of work done. I’m committed to being a customer for life for this service center. Great work, great price and everything was done on time and on budget. Would recommend them to any BMW owner in the Front Range of Colorado.

Toni and her Dad met Keri and I while we were at Murray Motors being upsold on a laundry list of repairs, and she recommended we give Amber a call at Absolute.
What a great coincidence!
Took Keri’s ’97 Z3 to Absolute and got «while you wait» service on an intake hose replacement, and saved hundreds.
And Pete helped diagnose and prioritize the «top of the list» items that should be attended to.
These guys are smart, honest and helpful — would highly recommend them!

These guys always take great care of my bmw. It is hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, but I feel confident in the work absolute motor works does.

I guess the best rec I can give Absolute is that I have been taking my BMWs to Dan, the owner, for over 30 years. In that time I have never been tempted or had cause to go anywhere else. This is a great shop run by a great guy. They are smart, fair, and, best of all, honest. If you are looking for a shop to work on your Bimmer I give Absolute my highest recommendation.

Great place to service your newer or older BMW at a descent price. They have coded my 09 335i for bluetooth and have serviced my 04 X3 and 04 330i with SMG with no issues. Dan and his crew are very experienced (they only works on BMWs), they use state of the art coding and diagnostic tools and stand behind their work. Highly recommended!

They do BMWs, and they do them well.
By that I mean they have been good to me and my high-​mileage car. They tell me what is wrong, kind of wrong, and what actually needs to be fixed. And how much it will cost before they start. Also it’s close to my house.
You should bring your BMW here after whatever prepaid service option you got from the dealer expires.

I just saved another $ 1200 by taking my car to Dan and Amber at Absolute Motor Works. When I picked up my 325xi from the dealer after some warranty work, I was told that expensive repairs were strongly recommended. Since this was not the first time the dealer has played this game (and since the car was fine when Dan looked at it a few months ago), I motored over to let Dan take a look. Wouldn’t you know it, the car needed no repairs.
I defected from the BMW dealership a couple of years ago, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and advice I receive from Absolute. Dan assures me I can keep my car (almost) forever.

Absolute is a great shop. When I first took my car there in 1998, I was still convinced that all mechanics were rip offs. I was especially worried because I was 18, didn’t know anything about cars and had just bought a BMW with no pre-​buy inspection. Was I relieved after dealing with Dan. He explained everything that was going on with the car and the importance of each item. I was finally informed about my car rather than pressured.

Car shop specializing in BMW’s. Greatest repair shop I’ve been to. I’ve owned different types of cars including a Honda, Ford and Acura but I love my bimmer. Knowing about this hidden gem of a car shop I’ll be able to keep my car for years and years.
You drive up to the place and it’s somewhat obscure. You know when your at the right place because they usually have several BMW’s parked on the street. You go inside and walk right into the repair shop. Then to the left is the waiting area/​office. It’s not much of a waiting area and is far from lavish. It’s strictly a repair shop. There’s a lady usually in the office that is VERY helpful. I forgot her name but she knows her stuff about cars! and being a female myself makes me feel comfortable talking to her. She’s very good about calling you before any work is started to give costs and answer any questions. I never feel rushed when I call this place.
I was worried when I first bought my car that it would be costly to maintain especially buying a used car. However, the prices at this place seem to be pretty reasonable. They don’t try and sell you stuff you don’t need. Everyone is very honest!
Recently had my front brake pads and rotors replaced and the cost under $ 500 total.
