Nylund’s Collision Center and Rob Grieve are the Best of the Best when it comes to Auto Body Repair Shops. I have had the opportunity to experience the quality work of this shop on multiple occasions and it has never been disappointing. Their attention to detail and their understanding of the insurance company process is nothing short of amazing. Rob Grieve is masterful in his dealing with insurance company issues and has saved me many thousands of dollars.

I won’t take my car anywhere else! I’ve had 3 Lexus repairs some of them major due to some guy running a stop sign but ALWAYS have the best experience with Nylunds. The best work, true professionals.

Worked with John to get our brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with significant hail damage repaired. Just like John promised it was restored to brand new condition. He also delivered the car in the exact time frame he quoted at the beginning of this process. Added bonus, he helped solve a problem with a check engine light even though that isn’t a body shops job. Great experience, will use them again in the future.

Nylunds Collision Center is the best. I have taken two vehicles there and have nothing but good things to say about them. After having an accident, it was comforting to know that once I took my vehicle in, I could relax knowing that there is no better place to take my car. They handled everything from setting up my rental car to dealing with the insurance company to returning my car in BETTER condition than it was before the accident. Their service, attention to detail, and impeccable workmanship are umatched. Beware of all the glorious reviews here and elsewhere. We chose this place, against our insurance company’s advice, because of all the great reviews. The accident was in Nov. 2014. Nylund’s received the car in Dec 2014 after BMW spent a month on everything but the body. It is now June 2^nd 2015 and we still don’t have our car. Every time we call, they say «it’s coming along nicely and should be headed to paint at the end of this week; 2 more weeks!». They have been saying this for over 4 months now. We have not had our car for over 7 months; 6 of those it has been at Nylund’s. They have not once called us proactively to give us an update. They rarely even return our calls, we have to catch someone there and then we’re given the same story every time. «Two more weeks». I can’t say anything about the work they do, because we haven’t seen any of their work. I would not recommend this shop or doing business with them.

A highly ethical auto repair shop! I recently had the unpleasant experience of being involved in a car accident. The damage was significant enough that I assumed the car would be instantly totaled, but the insurance adjuster who came out said the car was repairable. I chose Nylund’s Collision Center for the repairs based on their positive online reviews. Although they were extremely busy and said it would be several weeks before they would be able to start work on my car, they were courteous and allowed me to have the car towed to their shop immediately to await its turn in the shop. When they did get my car in, they called and told me that their initial impression was that the damage was more expensive than the insurance would be willing to pay, but that they’d be happy to begin disassembly to complete a formal estimate. After consulting with the insurance company, I asked them to go ahead and do this. As they suspected, their estimate revealed very extensive (and expensive) damage that had not been visible on the insurance adjuster’s initial walk-​around. And sure enough, this estimate put the value of the damage past the threshold to total the car. Well, this set off a lengthy and exhausting battle between myself and the insurance company about the fate of my car, with the guys at Nylund’s acting as the strongest advocates for my rights that I could have every hoped to find. The gist of the story is that the insurance company declared that certain repairs would be unnecessary, and that others could be done at a lower cost using aftermarket or used parts. The professionals at Nylund’s insisted that they refused to do a repair if the repair wouldn’t be done correctly, and that they would not allow the usage of certain used or aftermarket parts if they felt these parts would compromise the integrity of the repair. The insurance company refused to authorize these repairs, but they also stated that the car was not a total loss (based on their own estimate). This went back and forth for weeks, with the insurance company sending out several adjusters, and a ton of phone calls between all parties. Throughout it all, Nylund’s steadfastly maintained that they would NOT perform a substandard job, and they fought to convince the insurance company that the car needed to be totaled. Meanwhile, they kept me informed and educated me on all of the issues on a near daily basis. I was absolutely astounded that they would invest so much time and energy to fight for my rights, even though the outcome of having the car declared a total loss would mean them not getting the job to do the repairs. This kind of customer service is not just unusual; it’s almost unheard of. Ultimately they managed to convince an insurance adjuster of our position and the car was declared a total loss. Even then they assisted me with cleaning out my possessions that were still in the car, offered assistance and referrals to replace it, and guarded against the insurance company claiming the wreckage until they were certain that I had received my settlement check. I was treated with so much respect, and their insistence on doing the right thing was amazing, especially when held in comparison against the insurance company, whose sole function is to make money. Even though I can’t rate Nylund’s on the quality of their collision repairs, I can honestly say they have lifetime customers out of me and my family. I can’t thank them enough for their hard work, strong business ethics, and professional, respectful practices.

Wow. John at Nylund’s exceeded my expectations. After a wreck, the hassle with my insurance, etc., once I was booked at Nylund’s I was treated like royalty. Not to mention my car was ready early, and looked brand new. I live in Broomfield and it was well worth the half hour drive. Highly recommend!

I brought my car to Nylund’s based on internet reviews and a recommendation from the service manager at my dealership. I had severe hail damage that required most of the body panels to be replaced. They had my car for 3 months BUT I had told them to take as long as they needed, to do a good job. (Side Note: I am hard to please. I am constantly annoyed by contractors, mechanics, etc. that cut corners. I scrutinize the details meticulously. I love my car) My car has never looked so amazing. Nylund’s went above and beyond for me, not just doing the job that was in scope, but correcting the things they saw that we not right. (mismatched grommets under the hood, dirty sunroof track etc.) They even changed the battery in my key. The job was perfect and my car is black so you would see any minor imperfection. Lots of shops can do a good paint job, but how many can take apart Lexus/​Mercedes/​Audi etc and put everything back properly? Nylund’s did an amazing job in every way because they actually care. Their staff are passionate about what they do and it shows in their work down to the smallest details. Also Nylunds does not do body filler, and will use OEM parts, not aftermarket inferior parts. Their parking lot is packed so I would expect a bit of a wait, but like the best things in life, patience is a virtue. Thank you Nylund’s for everything you have done.

I had some damage to my wifes car recently and looked all over for a reliable repair shop. I have been in the auto industry for many years in England (BMW U. K) and needed the work done right. I went to a couple of shops but I just didn’t get the right «Vibe». I stumbled upon Nylund’s an was put at ease. From meeting the estimator and also the owner Rob I knew I found the right place. I got regular updates and was promised only original factory fitted parts not like most insurance shops. I picked the car up after a reasonable time and was taken back by the standard of repairs. I would definitely recommend Nylund’s Collision.

My daughter’s car was hit by a drunk driver while parked in February. As of April 9^th she is still without a car. Nyland’s has given her the run around, excuses and double talk for 3 months. The drunk’s insurance is paying for everything, but refused to pay for a rental car for more than one month. She has been on foot for 2 months while Nyland’s dinks around. This place might be ok for people with extra cars to drive, but if you want your body work done in a timely manner you should go to one of the many other auto body shops around. Wish there were something lower than a one star rating.

I am so beyond frustrated with nyulands. When I first went to them and got an estimate I thought they were amazing and treated me with great customer service. I explained how I had never dealt with a car claim before and was really concerned about how the whole process worked. They said that is what they were there for, and I am sure this is naïve of me but I believed them. I thought they would take care of me. But after having to call my car insurance numerous times, finding out that my car insurance was having to fight with nyulands about a measly $ 200 it didn’t seem that way. After my insurance company told me there would be a check in the mail I called nyulands. They said the earliest they could get me in now was March 1^st. I previously had a date for repair of Jan 6,2014 but I had to cancel because insurance hadn’t issued a check yet, and nyulands said once I have the check I could bring in my car anytime.
You know people in the reviews said this company was amazing and even though their cars weren’t luxury cars they were treated as a top priority. I right now don’t feel like a top priority at all. If you make a service promise to someone it’s really important you keep it. I don’t understand why when now I could be bringing in additional business and revenue they wouldn’t want to hold on to me as a customer and really make me feel like a top priority. March 6^th is not a top priority… not calling me back and letting me know that you tried but just couldn’t squeeze Me in before march 6^th again not a priority … In fact not calling me back at all well clearly I see where your priorities are don’t worry since I am not a priority I can take my money elsewhere… Which is exactly what I intend to do.

Words cannot express my appreciation. Not just for the perfect, quick work you did on my bumper reattachment yesterday — but for the way I was treated. I don’t drive a luxury car — but from response email one I was made to feel like a top priority, valued customer and even like family. My car is BEAUTIFUL!!! I got into a pretty bad wreck and nearly totaled my car. Nylund’s has repaired my car past the point of perfection. They are incredibly professional, honest and work in your best interest. They have good relationships with the major insurance companies which makes everyone’s life much easier.
