Wind River Spas

Had a wonderful experience with Wind River Spa during the purchase and installation of the Spa. Rick was very detailed, and extremely responsive to all our questions during the sales process. The Wind River crew who poured the concrete pad was timely, professional and very courteous. The Spa installation team went out of their way to prevent having to cut tree branches by climbing a tree and putting rope around branches to move the Spa in to the backyard. The spa is functioning nicely as expected with no issues.
I would highly recommend Wind River Spa’s for anyone looking for a quality product and reliable service.

We absolutely love our Wind River spa. We are very impressed with the quality of the workmanship and most importantly that it is a Colorado company and built to withstand the winter cold. We were very impressed with Tyler at the showroom and also liked the fact that he made a home visit to check out all of the details of the delivery and placement of our spa. Rick continued to reach out to us after we placed the order to see if we had any questions prior to the delivery of our spa as well as following up after delivery. We required electrical work for our installation and Wind River coordinated to have Harold, the electrician, be here when the spa was delivered. Having a combined delivery team and electrician made for a seamless, easy installation of our spa. The Wind River delivery and installation team were very professional and friendly and they have worked frequently with Harold. It is a great experience when the electrician (not a Wind River employee) knows the delivery team and the product so well.
We would recommend Wind River spa to anyone.

Wind River Spas has a top quality service department and over all excellent customer service! We purchased a home that had an almost new Wind River hot tub that was still under warranty. Unfortunately the previous owner did not winterize the almost empty tub so there was some freeze damage. Freeze damage is not covered, but the service dept came out to evaluate the situation and offered us service under the warranty as we did not take possession of the home until after a hard freeze.
The professionals at Wind River Spas made 2 service calls to do repairs and an additional visit today to insure that the tub was repaired and running correctly. It is working! The service technician walked me through operating the spa, showed me the breaker and gave me maintenance tips. The frustration of finding the tub damaged has been completely over shadowed by excellent customer service .
We have a beautiful working tub and are so grateful for the service that we were provided.

Last year I purchased a re-​conditioned spa from Wind River and have been very pleased with the operation and quality of this product over time. It looks and performs like a new unit and as advertised, uses very few chemicals.

We bought a Passage model spa from them in August of 2013. The spa was installed professionally and on time. The quality of the spa is high and we have not had a single problem. Because they’d initially ordered the wrong cover for the spa and we had to wait a few weeks for the correct one to be delivered, they gave us a $ 100 gift certificate. These guys are pros and their product is top notch.

We love the hot tub we got here. I fully expected a high pressure sales pitch when we walked in the door, but we totally didn’t get that. Probably helped that we knew we were ready to buy one.
They helped us pick out exactly what size we wanted, how many jets (always go bigger than you think you need!) and went over installation and everything.
You can hold your tub with a minimum deposit and then they do a site visit to make sure you have what you need for location. They can then coordinate any work that needs done and have electricians they use if you need that run, too (which you probably do). Their electrician was several hundred dollars cheaper than our guy, and he was excellent.
The installers got a small ding in one side panel and I don’t know that I would’ve noticed it if they didn’t say anything. They had to order/​make the part but in a couple weeks they came back and put it on while I was at work.
And suffice it to say, we love our hot tub and the minimal maintenance we have to do on it!

We ordered a Fortitude spa from Wind River for our new home and we couldn’t be happier with the purchase. We looked at a few different places for the right tub but what really sold us on WindRiver was fact that their tubs are built here in Colorado and that they are chemical free. Their prices were also competitive with some of the other places we found and less than some of the fancier places we visited that I felt had comparable products.
Everyone from the company that we dealt with through the purchase was very nice and extremely helpful which is really important in big transactions such as these. The spa was ready and delivered on our agreed upon date and the guys had it up and running in less than 45 minutes. WindRiver even had a great recommendation for an electrician who showed up on the same day the spa was being installed to get all the electric work done. The spa was our very first purchase during the renovations of our new home and having it there to relax in every night makes having my whole house torn up much more bearable. Everything in the spa works great and we love that you can change the jet pressure for each seat individually. We are also loving that the spa has no chemical smell whatsoever. All that and it looks great in our back yard!

I cannot say enough positives about Wind River Spas. Our sales rep. Tyler did an outstanding job of providing the facts about why these are awesome spas. Delivery was flawless.
Even though it wasn’t Wind Rivers Spas fault, Rick the owner quickly addressed a situation that developed upon connection by sending Tim (Service Mgr.) to our home 60+ miles away, immediately solving the issue. Can’t wait to get off work and soak. Highly recommend Wind River Spas.
Update: Used the spa every night since install. Snowed last night, so spa was even better. Absolutely love it!

I purchased my Wind River Spa a year and a half ago. I have 2 children and wanted them to be a part of the hot tub fun too. I was so excited when I found this local, chemical free company. The team there has been nothing but supportive and helpful. We are in this tub at least 2x a week and we love it. This is our 3^rd hot tub and by far the best one… I don’t smell bad when I get out and the maintenance is a breeze. These tubs are worth every penny!

From the moment I found a chemical free, Colorado weather withstanding, Colorado born company, I knew I had found the best place to buy a spa. The referrals for electricity adjustments and trenching for such were great guys: affordable, professional, efficient! The men who delivered and set up my spa were no less! I would add helpful and informative to their list. The tub itself, has changed my life!!! I have a very physical job and being in the tub is my favorite part, and sometimes my favorite parts, of the day! And thanks for the rubber duckie ;) I love the fact that I was able to customize the seats to all have different jets and even a seat with no jets. I use every one! I love my spa.

Several months ago we were in Denver (we live in Monument CO) and since we had been searching for a hot tub we stopped at Wind River Spas. We received our first ever orientation to hot tubs from Nelson Torres (we had experienced lots of high pressure at other dealers), and met the owner Rick Hallett who answered several of our questions. As we compared the Wind River tubs to the many others we had looked at we truly appreciated its features! The perfect tub for our deck was the Timberline, and we ordered it for delivery. The entire process from our initial visit to delivery was excellent – the customer service has been great, and attention to our particular needs wonderful. The tub itself is very well constructed, operates with a bare minimum of chemicals due to its ozone cleaner, and has wonderful features at a good price. I would recommend Wind River Spas to anyone.
