I got into this business because I had terrible experiences with real estate agents. I lost a ton of money and a lot of time. It also cost me a few nights of sleep along the way. I learned very early what works best. It’s simple. Most clients want an honest person who is easy to work with. Odds are, that’s what led you here. It’s a very personal decision to choose a realtor. You’re bringing a stranger into your world. At some point you have to make a choice, but what does this stranger stand for? Does he even care about me or is it all about the money? Believe me, I’ve been there.
I understand this is the biggest financial transaction of your life. I will look out for you, I’ll be honest with you, and I will listen. The pushy «used car salesman» type of realtor is a stereotype that comes from the reality of this business. I operate very differently. I’m here to learn what you want and look after your needs.
