Accredited is a Home Care specialist. We provide in-​home caregivers to help keep clients comfortable, safe, and supervised in their own homes. We assist with activites of daily living (bathing, dressing, meal preparation, hygience, social stimulation, and more) to promote health and well-​being.

Accredited also provides Licensed Home Health for a patient post-​discharge. Nurses, Physical Therapsits, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Medical Social Workers enable continuity of care from hospital to home.

Established in 1980 Established in 1980 Accredited remains family owned and operated since 1980. We have grown to become one of the largest, private owned companies in the Western United States. We service over 6000 new patients each year of all ages.

Accredited is more than just a quality service provider, we are advocates for the Home Care industry. Accredited staff is represented on the Board of Directors for the California Association for Health Services at Home.

As a Geriatric Social Worker, I care about a patient’s ability to acheive their health care goals at home. I’ve been at Accredited since 1999 and work with amazing staff who show the utmost respect for patients and families as evidenced by the care we deliver. As healthcare reforms, Accredited remains committed to ensuring Home Care holds its place as the most affordable health care service option, delivered in an environment that patient’s value the most — their own home.
