Jacqueline K.

Manager

Jacqueline has over 22 years of experience in commercial property management. Her areas of expertise include profitability, management and marketing strategy, internal auditing, budgeting and implementation of information systems. Her in-​depth understanding of these specialized fields, combined with extensive experience in commercial real estate, enables her to accurately assess each client’s unique goals.

Over the last two decades, Jacqueline has overseen the property management operations of over 200 apartment buildings, 1,500,000 square feet of retail space, construction development, including more than 150 staff and field employees, and also served as a Court Appointed Receiver.

Jacqueline’s result-​oriented management style has earned her a reputation for building highly effective management teams that have contributed significantly to the success of The Madison Real Estate Group.
