I had my lower eyes done a few months ago, and have been very, very happy. My friends comment on it regularly as it is totally unnoticeable. They just look good; natural. I was impressed that Dr Lesavoy was also clear with me on what he would not do! (upper lids). He was conservative, which I like in a Plastic Surgeon, as more is not better & can be very unnatural.
The doctor was professional, patient and attentive. He was also detailed in his work.
I happened to be with a friend who had been to the doctor for a few procedures at once. She came in with me when he saw me the next day. He told her in front of me there was a small thing he would like to improve. I was impressed, as it was not something she inquired about. It was just something he saw that he thought could be a touch better. He was humble & proactive. She did not have to ask. She looked amazing & this was the reason I went to Dr. Lesavoy.
I would definitely return. I also like the way the surgery is performed with local anesthetic, in the office, in a sterile environment. To me, it is infinitely better than full anesthetic with a speedy recovery, less cost, and far fewer side affects.
I feel confident if I saw something I did not like, the doctor would attend to it, and likely notice it first !

I have been told by my GP that I need to have a mass of scar tissue removed from the left side of my abdomen. Apparently this mass could expand and cause issues later in life. He recommended one doctor, who I went to see. He, in return, recommended I go to Dr. Lesavoy (because the first doctor was predominantly a face surgeon).
I made the appointment. The day before the scheduled appointment, I called to get directions. The receptionist asked me «oh, we need to see if you can come at 11:30am instead of 12:30pm because we have a long surgery now in the afternoon?» I said I could do that.
As I was driving there, I called to ask about parking and was now told «the doctor won’t be able to see you today and we will need to reschedule.» This was at 11:15am, 15 minutes before my appointment. They didn’t call me to tell me this, as I had called them. I guess they were just going to tell me this when I arrived in the office?
I asked why this was necessary, and the receptionist finally told me «the doctor did not come in today». I asked if he was sick and was told that he wasn’t. I asked about the long surgery he had in the afternoon and got no response on that one.
Very unprofessional, which I pointed out. The receptionist actually agreed with that when I said it!
Don’t waste your time. This is not a quality organization.
Fortunately, I had done my paperwork with the office days before. As I always do, I added a clause to their intake paperwork. On the form stating that I had to pay a fee if I cancelled within 24 hours, I added a clause that said they had to do the same for me if they cancelled within 24 hours. The invoice has been sent.

I had skin cancer on my nose and lost a good deal of it. My expert Dermatologist recommended Dr. Malcolm Lesavoy. He took skin from my ear and shaped my nose to look better than before. Dr. Lesavoy is a master Surgeon. Other Doctors were horrified by my Cancer. I’m so happy I found a wonderful artist. Being a single man and looking for the right woman, I can honesty say because of Dr. Malcolm Lesavoy, I found the most wonderful beautiful women that sees my inner and OUTER beauty. What a nice sincere person too. Very friendly and self confident not conceited. Thank you for changing my life from the disaster of Cancer to a handsome and happy man. If you really want the best see Dr. Lesavoy ASAP. BTW YES I’m a real happy patient.

I just finished call with this center, the receptionist were really unwelcoming very cold not patient at all (I was want to spell my name) not to even replay when I say hi!
Nowadays am looking to do surgery immediately I have no time to lose and this call really upset me.

Yay! Dr. Lesavoy did it again! I Went to him to revise my previous Asian eye lid surgery from Miami that I had years ago! My old surgeon literally botched mine lids so badly that if you held up a divider on my face it looks like I look like two complete different people. This was my 4^th lid revision over my right eye lid in my life and therefore I was nervous to ask Dr. Lesavoy about however, after he had done such an amazing job on my rhinoplasty and breast augmentation and showed so much patience when I had any questions or concerns I asked him to do an revision for me. The day of the surgery I wasn’t nervous at all knowing I was in great hands! The day after surgery I met up with a few if my friends from out of town and explained to them that I still have stitches in my lid from the day before! However when I showed up to dinner my girls were AMAZED because not only were my lids perfectly symmetrical BUT the only way you can tell I just had surgery were if you look closely enough at the stitching. I had my stitches removed today by one of his very experienced and lovely nurses I was thrilled at the results and can’t wait to see what it looks like once it’s completely healed up! I’m just so truly excited because I have lived with a botched surgery now for almost 2 years and Dr. Lesavoy was able to fix it in less than 15 mins! My only regret is not asking him to fix it sooner lol. And yes I will be coming back to him for more! :))
On a side note, the Doc have never raised his voice once towards me or around me he is beyond patient and always tells me the truth about everything I ask him about! I trust him 200%, in fact I just brought my close friend in all the way from Texas to see Dr. Lesavoy and he is already planning on his surgery days! I would never refer my friends to anyone that I do not have full confidence in! Thank you Doc for being so wonderful!

Dr. Malcolm Lesavoy cut my left ear lobe off during a chin lift procedure. He made a huge mistake with my surgery. When the bandages were taken off the first thing I noticed was my left ear looked deformed. A large portion of my ear lobe was gone and it was sutured oddly. After the stitches were removed i had an even better view of the surgical mistake. I went to him for help but immediately realized he was not a doctor that cared to correct his mistake. He dismissed the problem. He had dropped his friendly demeanor and became argumentative. We could not come to a resolution and I sought legal remedy. I brought before and after pictures that clearly showed the damaged ear. In response in a court of law Dr. Lesavoy sheepishly stated he performed a standard procedure. I can see if you had a good result you’d be happy. That is great. That’s what we all hope for but when doctors make mistakes like Dr. Lesavoy did, they are expected to correct the problems. Evidently, when Dr. Lesavoy makes surgical mistakes he does not feel responsible and leaves his patients to suffer. I don’t wear ear rings anymore. I can’t. I feel self conscious about the damage. It will be two years in May and my left ear lobe looks like it was torn off. It is silvery and purplish in color. I would warn anyone who might be checking on Dr. Lesavoy. I would advise you not to chance it– not with him. He hurt me.
*Procedures like a chin lift or mini face lift are actually extensive invasive procedures by design. The surgeon makes cuts inside and around both ears and at the back of the head as well as under the chin. The skin is stretched, reshaped, and cut off. There is a lot of swelling, bruising, and pain. In my situation it took a full week for the pain to be bearable. It took a month before I could sleep through the night. The swelling lasted nearly 6 months. I had temporary nerve damage and pain around my ears for over a year. I have large patches of hair missing around my ears and neck. Within 18 months the only results I have is damage. Anyone that reports a full recovery within 3 days is either misrepresenting their situation or lying. I don’t doubt that patients can see a good result. I had work done by a very talented surgeon in Ventura county and his work was excellent. I had this other doctor look at my ear and he was surprised that Dr. Le savoy would not want to correct his work by shaping both ears to look the same (one is a fully shaped detached ear lobe. The other is what is called a pixie ear– clipped close and does not hang-​.) He was so certain Dr. Lesavoy would correct the problem he didn’t see a need for a letter to the courts. This proved to be unfortunate for my presentation as a plaintiff.)

How do I thank someone who has taken 20+ years of aging off my life? I can’t express how amazing this doctor is ~ from my first consultation all the way thru my surgery he REALLY cared about me and all my concerns. He was soooooo personable, kind, compassionate and has a way of making you feel truly at ease (also has a great sense of humor :)) His work was painless and the results are truly much more than I could have ever dreamed possible. I am 61 yrs. old ~ had my surgery 3 days ago and now look under 40. I had the neck lift, lower face lift and laser around my mouth. NO MORE WRINKLES!!! I am forever grateful and am recommending him to everyone!!! Thanks again Dr. Lesavoy you are the BEST

My mother (in her 60s) had some facial aesthetic surgery done by him, and she was and is very pleased. It’s very natural looking, and no one would ever know that she has ever had anything done.
For me, I haven’t done plastic surgery myself, but if I ever mention any medical problems to him (my own or family members’), he immediately has an opinion as to what’s going on and knows the appropriate clinician to refer me to, and he’s usually right about what’s going on. He’s also a very caring guy and follows up about it. He’s a Mensch.
