Dr. Richard E. Mack Jr., MD

I got a breast augmentation by Dr. Richard E. Mack MD and he is an astonishing Doctor he knows his profession very well and I am more than happy with the turn out of my breast augmentation. He is very kind and he lets his patients know everything about the procedure he walks you through it all and he answers all my questions and routs I had. He makes his patients feel comfortable and relaxed and exited for what they want to improve in there body. Also his staff Cintia, Jennifer, and Alicia are very helpful for questions and always answer my calls. They make the atmosphere in the clinic very comforting and pleasant. I would highly recommend Dr. Mack for breast augmentation or any cosmetic surgery because I am extremely amazed and thrilled with my results I couldn’t be happier.

I had a breast augmentation and double eyelid (tops and bottoms) by Dr. Mack 14 years ago, and think he is the best. He did a great job– and I am now seeking him out again as I think I might soon need a «touch up» on the lower lids. He is a true artist, and a very nice man. He explains everything in detail before the operation– including the risk of «capsular contraction» with breast implants, which is more about the way a person’s body responds to things being implanted into it than the surgeon– but also tells of ways of treating it if it happens. Luckily, with me it did not. Also, I have virtually NO visible scars from either procedure– I can’t even find the ones under my arms, as he hid them in creases very cleverly.

I had Breast Augmentation done about 10 years ago with Dr. Mack. They came out perfect. He’s a great surgeon, who is extremely knowledgeable and intelligent. What I remember about him was, he’s friendly, informative, very anal, good work and spent an enormous amount of time with his patients. But he was kinda pricey.
I decided to get my breast redone last year. I chose a different surgeon my second time around. Someone less expensive. I started getting super nervous about picking another doctor as my surgery date got closer. So I went back to see Dr. Mack. I wanted to hear what he had to say compared to my new surgeon. I guess to feel confident about my decision.
First my appointment was pushed back an hour. Then when I got there I waited another hour. He only had one patient ahead of me. I think it’s very inappropriate and rude to have a patient wait that long. I got so annoyed and pissed that I just walked out. That helped me make my decision. I went through with my second Breast Augmentation, with my new surgeon and my results look amazing! So I guess it worked out for me in the end. My new surgeon is Dr. Khalil in Beverly Hills.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Mack. I am now a 39 year old woman whose had to endure 14 year of botched breast implants. At 23 I had to endure one breast lift on one breast leaving horrible scarred. After the surgery I was asymmetrical and underwent a second surgery to correct it leaving me with a capsular contraction. The emotions Depression was one I had to endure for months beifore I could take time off to correct it. Everyone I looked or showered I felt disfigured n monster like. I finally underwent a third surgery to correct it and Dr. Mack was unsupportive, mean and seeked to blame me for the botched surgery. I will undergo another surgery to fix all this but I am terrified!!!

I was treated my Dr. Mack at Athenix Body in Irvine. All I can say is that I was completely botched. I have asymmetry, lipo lumpiness and terrible scarring all over. Please, please, please consider another surgeon.

Before having my tummy tuck I had several office visits with Dr Mack. He just takes his time and does not rush. He explains everything to the patient and make it completely clear. He saw me the day after surgery and the following weeks. Now I am in the second month of the surgery and my abs looks great! He is very knowledgeable and like an artist knows his job. Thank you Doctor, you are great!

I was referred to Dr Mack by a friend. Dr Mack is absolutely wonderful. My husband and I are so happy with my breast augmentation results. Dr Mack took the time to listen and did not rush his office visits. He is like an artist. He takes his time and finds pride in the work that he does. He is very skilled and professional. He’s the best!
