I have been a patient of Dr, Persky for many years, and there is no one better in the field. He is meticulous, caring, patient, professional, expert, and trustworthy. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. He is an artist and pain-​free (a big concern for me), keep using those skinny needles! LOL

I went to see Dr Persky a few months ago to fill my under eyes with restyline. I have extreme hollowness undereyes and ive always been self conscious. Im so happy i discovered him, because he fixed my problem and made my face look more youthful. and not to mention: the amount of pain and discomfort i felt was ZERO. Ive always had a fear of needles but he made my experience very comfortable and pain free… I didnt swell, bruise or bleed… Thank you Dr. Persky for your amazing work. Cant wait to come back!!!

Be very CAREFUL with Dr. Persky.
He injected me with botox and PARALYZED my right eye for 4 months. It was completely closed shut. When I came back to see him about this, he simply shrugged as if to say «Shit happens…».
On top of reacting to my paralysis with a shrug, Dr. Persky did not give me a refund for the session. Instead, he offered «next botox session free» — knowing I would never go back for a botox treatment (who would?).
Think about that, this guy offered 1 botox session free after paralyzing me with botox, and refused to refund me for the mistreatment.
That’s the type of guy he is. Dr. Persky only comes across as caring and professional, but when things go wrong — he’s cold as ice and shrugs at responsibility. Stay away — with him smiling at you, you’re on your own.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Persky. He is a true gentle heart and cares for his patients. I don’t believe I’ve ever met a Surgeon quite like him. I really can’t say enough about how comfortable he makes you feel. Although my procedure was non-​surgical he treated me as important and took his time. I drove 2 hours just to see him and I will be back! Thank you Dr. Persky, you’re one in a million!

As a physician who specializes in cosmetic injectables, I trust my daughter only in the hands of Dr. Persky for her laceration repair. After an unfortunate basketball incident, my daughter had a 2.5 inch laceration on the side of her face extending over her ear. Dr. Persky’s meticulous hands did a phenomenal job putting her skin back together with just the right pressure so that the skin is sitting perfectly side by side but with no tugging and hence the least potential risk for a scar. As I trusted my daughter in his hands, I refer all my patients who need blepheroplasties or facelifts to his office. I LOVE DR. PERSKY!!! His staff takes the time to talk to you about all of your questions, no matter what your budget is. A wonderful caring and dedicated doctor and staff. I had very heavy eyelids since I was a child and Dr. Persky not only corrected my eyes but made me look 10 years younger. I had never seen good results on men before so I was hesitant but the doctor took away my fears and explained that men required a different procedure than women and he knew exactly what he needed to do for a natural look. The whole experience was easy, painless and enjoyable. I say enjoyable because we had a lot of fun in the process. There are many places that offer filler and botox etc… but what I have come to find is that knowledge of the facial structure is crucial if you don’t want to come out looking like a puffed up monstrosity.
You will end up wasting more money going somewhere else just to have Dr. Persky fix another person’s mistakes.
I have gone to Dr. Persky for sculptra, botox and fillers and he does a beautiful job.
He recently did my lips and they look amazing. Just perfect.
If you want professional results, this is the place to go. The Dr. is great and so is his staff.

This was my first time getting Botox and I’m so glad I chose Dr. Persky. Everything was prompt, no waiting. The nurse and entire staff was friendly. She let me know exactly what to expect. Dr. Persky was so polite and the procedure was quick and painless! They do this amazing distraction trick by putting ice in another area of your face to distract you from the needle. I’m not so good with needles though and got a little clammy but they made me feel like it was totally fine and even brought me apple juice and chocolate! (Ha yes I’m a lightweight). The experience was great and my Botox looks amazing and natural. I will definitely be back!

I have no regrets choosing Dr. Persky for my Rhinoplasty procedure. He is skilled at what he does and does not make every patient’s nose look just like the last one. He is also experienced with otolaryngology, so he is knowledgeable about the nose’s anatomy and physiology. I had minor concerns about my nose and he never once told me I needed more (he even said that my nose was fine to begin with, and questioned why I wanted surgery, but he respected my concerns and worked with me). Most plastic surgeons would never tell you that you don’t «need» the surgery because they want $$$, but Dr. Persky’s comment about not «needing» the surgery really made me feel that this doctor is genuine and ethical.
I had my free consultation in April and we discussed how I wanted my nose to be changed. Then he took pictures and uploaded them onto a computer. Then, he had software to show you how your nose will look after surgery (approximately). There was no pressure for me to decide, but I knew that I wanted to choose him and I went to Felicia’s office to discuss cost and payment options (which I thought were very reasonable). Felicia, along with his entire staff are sweet, friendly, and professional. I never had any sour interactions with anyone.
I returned in June for my surgery and was so nervous, especially on the day of the surgery. But Dr. Persky was almost hypnotic about the way he spoke with me before I was put to sleep, and I knew I was in excellent, safe hands.
After I went home, he would personally call and check up on me to make sure I was doing well post surgery. I had minor bruising, but it was gone 1 week post-​op. I healed very nicely. Be warned, swelling takes a very long time to go down and you will not see immediate results.
I am now 5 months post-​op and so happy with my results.
If you are considering the procedure (or anything else his office offers), make sure you go with Dr. Persky.

Dr Persky is the REAL deal. I am so very thrilled with the injectable he used on my face! I came to him after dealing with a few other plastic surgeons in BEverly Hills. I have a «divot» in my check that looks like a nasty scar due to how the light catches it… I know this to be a very delicate place just under my eye socket due to the nerves there. No Dr has been able to truly fill that spot until now AND Dr Perksy is so up on the newest fillers that he used Voluma (relatively new but he was highly trained by the Master in Brazil). Voluma lasts 2 years so that indentation that looked like a huge scar will be no longer seen for 2 WHOLE years!
He also addressed and fixed a problem with my brows that was caused by botox from a previous dr. My brows are now perfectly lifted and I’ve put my eyelid surgery on the back burner (which I will do with dr Persky when I’m ready) …on a personal level, dr Persky totally listened to all my concerns and discussed my options before we did anything. Again, not the norm in BH. He took the time needed and I never felt rushed. I felt fully informed and knew what to expect. His «bed side manner» is just great and the office staff are all so welcoming and professional.
Beverly Hills has some serious competition in the Valley!!! I give the whole office 6 stars!

We had previously scheduled several CoolSculping sessions with a different office closer to home, but after our consult with Dr. Perskey, reviewing many of his YouTube videos and other reviews, I wanted a 2^nd consultation. We were VERY impressed with his professionalism and vast knowledge in his field. We both had a really good VIBE. We cancelled our other sessions, and decided to go with Dr. Persky, even though it meant traveling an hour+ on the 405 freeway. LOL
Well after 7 hours in his office, I must say our experience was an excellent one. The time flew by if you can believe that. The entire staff is very professional, yet down to earth. Dr. Persky makes you feel very confident in what he’s doing. Michelle was a total sweetheart and took good care of us.
During «the BIG applicator» on my husbands lower belly fat, he felt like he was going to pass out. He got hot and clammy and pale. He felt like he couldn’t breathe, as this large applicator was really attached good, it sucked up his gut so much, he said it felt like his diaphragm went in with it. LOL Not the case, but when Dr. Persky checked in, he immediately recognized the «fear and concern» on my husband’s face. He KNEW exactly what that «look» was, because the Dr. had treated himself when he first got the machine. The Dr. actually shared his personal experience with us, before hand. I guess kind of giving my hubby a heads up of what to expect. He checked my husbands vitals while calming him down. He retrieved some apple juice and placed a cool damp cloth on his forehead. I say men are WHIMPS. Albeit, I did not have the MONSTER applicator on my lower belly fat, I had two smaller applicators, one side at a time. NO problem. My abdomen and hips weren’t big enough for the «large» applicator, so he suggested two medium applicators. Ya for me.
I did not experience any discomfort at all. Just a slight feeling I could not take a big deep breath when I felt the desire to yawn. I had no bruising, only minor swelling, which is expected, and some mild superficial numbing to the touch.
At our other consult, they recommended the «large» applicator on my abdomen. They also told me, I would NOT want to attempt going to the gym or Zumba, that I should just take it easy for a few days. I am glad we went with our «gut» feeling and chose Dr. Persky for these procedures. I went home and took my usual Friday night Zumba class without any discomfort or problems. It’s been three days and the swelling has all gone away. I’m excited for the results.
Bottom line, Dr. Persky isn’t only very skilled in his profession, he is also very kind and down to earth. I think I have found a knew place, I can trust with my face! :-)

Dr. Persky is a great doctor. I was looking to get Ultherapy ultrasound again, after having done Ulthera a few years ago when it first came out. Since they have improved the # of heads and the technique since it was first released, I felt like I could probably have even a more effective result this time. I spoke with Ulthera (directly) and had a list of questions I put together to qualify where I would get it done. Some people consider only price as a factor, because they mistakenly assume that the Ulthera ultrasound machine will yield the same results, no matter who is delivering the procedure. This is not the case and could not be farther from the truth. My criteria in selecting a Ulthera practice were as follows (along with Dr. Persky’s answers). Note that he answered my questions/​email within a DAY and DIRECTLY… not through a patient coordinator or receptionist in his office: This was a big influence on my decision to go to him, as well as his OUTSTANDING
reviews and interaction with RealSelf Members… It shows me he really cares abut his patients and wants the best possible relationship with them.

Dr. P: Thank you for your confidence in our practice. It is good that you are doing your due diligence in choosing your next Ultherapy physician. I do believe that results are affected by who performs that procedure. In our practice, I perform all Ultherapy treatments on my patients. Also, the treatment has dramatically changed since you had your Ultherapy. We are now treating with 33% more lines and in different areas. I have copied and pasted your question list and will answer here:
1. Who performs Ultherapy at your office and what are their credentials?
DrP: I perform all of the treatments. I have been treating patients with Ulthera for the past 3 years, I am an Ulthera strategic advisory board member, I lecture at facial plastic surgery conferences about Ulthera, and also am a guest lecturer for the company.
2. How much training has this individual received? How long ago was their training? And, how many Ultherapy treatments has she/​he performed?
DrP: I have performed hundreds of Ulthera treatments. My training is as a facial plastic surgeon which allows me to interpret your ultrasound image accurately to maximize your results by targeting the appropriate anatomical structures during your treatment.
3. How long have you had Ultherapy at your office?
DrP: 3 years
4. Are the photos on your website (before/​after) your actual patients?
DrP:I am happy to share all of my personal before and after photos with you. Please feel free to go to our website media center, treatment list under Ulthera, and blog for some of our before and afters.
5. How many lines would you use in total for face and neck for the total price/​procedure?
DrP: The total number of lines varies from patient to patient depending upon their anatomy. The number of lines vary from 800 to 1175. My goal is to help my patients get their absolute best result which is why I perform all procedures. Though cost is important, I know that unfortunately, too many times in the aesthetic field you get what you pay for. Treatments that are the cheapest may have unskilled technicians, may skimp on the number of lines, and may treat areas improperly. They may not stand behind their work.
6. I would love to know if you offer a free consult, specifically as I’d like to discuss which transducers you would use in what areas, to get the optimal results. Is this possible?
DrP: Our consultations are complimentary. Since you are in the OC, I would be happy to speak with you on the phone or Skype.

The procedure was excellent — Dr. Persky spent an extra hour with me, ensuring I was taken care of, and made sure I got home safely (because it’s a painful, you cannot drive afterwards). His nurses were very sweet.
I know that the Ulthera worked because I was adamant about keeping it on the highest possible setting and I was a little swollen but am SO excited to see the results and cannot wait to follow-​up on this in 6 months — :)
Overall, my experience w Dr. Persky was EXCELLENT and I’d highly recommend him.
