TLC Carpets-​Green Clean is locally owned and operated out of the Elk Grove area. Its owner, Mr. Drelinger, is a Marine veteran with several combat tours.

TLC Green Clean has done an excellent job on our carpets several times. We’ve had a couple of pet stains that they cleaned up with no leftover stains or smells. Our carpets always look great and smell fresh after their service. Brandon and his team act in a professional manner and are respectful. I will continue using this service.

I can’t say enough good things about this business! Very professional, conscientious and dynamite work quality. I bought my house a year ago and the carpets had some big stains. I got the carpets cleaned twice before and the stains remained. Brandon came and got those stains out in nothing flat. It seemed like nothing short of a miracle! TLC will always be my carpet cleaner from this point forward.

I had just gotten married but lived in my bachelor pad for 10 years prior. My wife needed the mancave of a house turn into a family home. I thought my carpets were beyond repair but sure enough, TLC cleaned all our carpets for a reasonable rate and they look brand spanking new with no odors. I had a dog which basically urined anywhere it wanted to. Thanks guys.

TLC cleaned my carpets this week and did a fabulous job. I have 3 dogs and they got all the spots out. They did not upsell me because of bad spots. Was the price I was quoted over the phone! Would recommend them highly!

These guys were great, they worked me into their schedule and were able to get the «draft lines» out of the carpet of my new house (it costs extra). Draft lines are when the edges of the carpet are darker due to the air movement in your heating/​air conditioning. I will use them again, I will probably have them come back and clean my gutters. They mentioned they can do that too.

They said they were gonna be at my house at 3:00 pm and they arrived exactly at 3:00 pm. Brandon was very polite and great with kids. My wife and family all felt very comfortable with him in our house. In addition, to being extremely courteous, Brandon is very knowledgeable and takes great pride in his work. Our carpets looked amazing when he was finished. Would recommend TLC without hesitation!!!

Awesome. Always on time and flexible. Best carpet cleaner. They leave a spot cleaner to help with future spills. They are the only company that uses a brush machine vs. only the wand. Always professional. Current Vet and proud supporter. I would recommend to anyone in need of a good clean. He took out stains from one puppy and three kids! He is number 1 in my book! I called TLC Carpet-​Green Clean, the first time in April, and spoke with Brandon. I have used other Carpet Cleaning Company, and was not satisfied once the carpet dried. Well I had a totally different experience with TLC (Brandon), came looked at carpet and then explained his process. Brandon and Dave took their time and did a wonderful job, stated that if I saw any areas that I was not pleased with to call back. I saw a couple area once it dried that I felt could have came out better, so I called and he kept his word, came and went over the area again. Brandon gave me a bottle of spot cleaner and explaine the correct way on how to use it. I am now a loyal customer. Brandon answered questions that I had on referrals. If I could give this young man and his company more than 5 stars, I would he definitely deserves it.

I called a few days ago to schedule an appt, but had to call back today to cancel it. I spoke with Brandon the first time I called and then again the second time. When I told him I wanted to cancel it, he said he did not have me on the schedule. So that’s already a negative on them. And then at the end of the call, he had the nerve to ask me why I was going to cancel anyways? Like really? Why does it matter? You didn’t have me on the schedule to begin with.
