I was on a very strict time line to sell my house an move out of state an we weren’t quite sure if it could be done but luann worked hard an fast. I got my house sold the first day an got higher than asking thanks to her. If you want someone to get up an bat 100 for you, you should go to luann to get it sone. Fantastic lady.

Typically once your home is closed there is rarely much your Realtor can do for you, right? Not with LuAnn. A few months after we moved we received a call from LuAnn regarding our missing dog, Duke! We had failed to update Duke’s address tag. Some kind people found him and attempted to return him to our old address. Our neighbors had remembered we had a Keller Williams Realtor. A call to the Keller William’s office put Duke’s finders in touch with LuAnn. LuAnn remembered Duke and called us immediately to let us know he had been found. If you are serious about selling or buying your home then LuAnn is your agent. I’ve worked in many professional organizations over the years and few professionals take such pride in their work. LuAnn and I are cut from the same cloth so I recognize these people when I see them. From the start LuAnn will grind for you. She puts in the extra hours necessary to make sure her client’s needs are first. She is obviously a busy agent, but she makes you feel like you and your family are her only clients. I’ll list what she did for my family below. I mention this trait of LuAnn’s because too many agents tell clients what they want to hear, and it sets them up for disappointment or it does not allow them to adequately plan for when reality hits. LuAnn’s professional honesty will allow you and your family to avoid this pitfall of many buyers and sellers who fall victim to agents who just want to close deals without considering your family best interest. LuAnn will listen to what you want and bend over backward trying to make it happen, but will help you adjust your aim if that is what the market dictates.
So to set the stage for what LuAnn did for us…
We owned a nice 3 bed 2 bathroom home which many first time home buyers would likely be happy to have with the exception of two BIG obstacles. Our bathroom showers were a disaster and it was a halfplex property. My husband and I were planning to get the showers redone because we knew that’s what we would have to do to sell the home and we were budgeting a good portion of money to get it finish it. But LuAnn stepped in and found us a way more cost effective option that saved us a good 8000 dollars and made the bathrooms a selling point rather than a liability. This was amazing because we were able to acquire 8000 dollars more in upgrades towards our new home.
Also with her staging recommendations for both the inside and outside of the home buyers quickly got over the halfplex issue. In fact we had offers the first day on the market and the open house was an absolute zoo of buyers interested in the home because of her amazing marketing. In addition, through her great negotiations she got us over asking price on our old home and a great deal on our new one. She took the pressure of us during the whole process which was top notch since my husband and I are extremely busy professionals, and do not have much time for games.
I could go on and on about LuAnn, but I will just end with this. LuAnn is my family’s agent for as long as she is in the business, and she is agent that I would be perfectly comfortable sending to my mother for all her real estate needs.
Do yourself a favor and at least give LuAnn a call before signing with any other agent. At the very least you will leave your appointment with her more knowledge than before she came.

I first met LuAnn a few years ago when i was relocating from the Bay to Elk Grove. I was a nurse working overnight shifts and she would answer my emails at 2 and 3 in the morning and I knew she was amazing just from that. She helped us by our starter house and it was a super smooth transaction. I ended up getting pregnant with my second child and we wanted a bigger home so of course I called up LuAnn. We entered into the most complex transaction (s) imaginable. I wanted to sell my house and use the equity from that house to buy my new house. I wanted the sale of my house and the purchase of my new home to close simultaneously. That was not even the hard part. She got us a full price offer on my house and we found our dream home. The problem is that my buyer also needed to sell his house and close simultaneously with our home plus my buyer had a VA loan which means our house had to be perfect for him to be able to buy it. So basically LuAnn needed to close all three houses together and deal with crazy requests and time scheduling that everyone was making. To put the cherry on top I was 6 months pregnant when we started selling our house and I wanted to buy our house before I gave birth. Because all the transactions were so complicated and all the homes needed tons of inspections it was getting down to my due date and I was getting nervous if we would close in time. Basically LuAnn did exactly what she said she would do and we closed on our house Friday morning and that night I went into labor. LuAnn always comes through and is a seasoned pro!

LuAnn was my realitor for my first time home buying experience in 2009. Now in 2014, she just helped my husband and I sell my home and purchase a larger home for our growing family.
As our selling agent, I feel that LuAnn listed our house at a marketable price that sold our home quickly for the best possible price. LuAnn also is EXCELLENT with the marketing and showing of the house for sale. She uses a professional photographer to take pictures and creates a virtual tour of your house that promotes additional interest in the purchase of your home. When we put our house on the market, we had 3 competative offers as of the first weekend and we were able to sell the house within the month.
Because, in our case, the purchase of a new home was contingent on the sale of our previous home, timing was a real factor to consider. My husband and I were nervous that we may be without a home for a period of time, but LuAnn was able handle the timing of the sale and purchase of our new home so that we would not be without a home. She also ensured that we had a rent-​back contingency in our selling contract so that we would have time to move out of the old house and into the new.

Luann is one of the best realtors I’ve had the pleasure working with. She genuinely cares about her clients and does everything she can in their best interest. She sold my house and got me in my new one in record time after an ordeal occurred with the initial buyers. She never thought it was over and kept working until it got done!
Without going into ALL the details, we were initially having problems with our first buyers (not caused by Luann) which was a nightmare considering we were contingent on the sale of our home in order to buy a new one. Luann however was always there for us, kept us well informed, let us know our options and worked late hours to get this deal done. She went above and beyond trying to get this deal done by working with the buyer’s lender and agent (something not typically done by selling agents).
After Luann exhausted all of her options with the initial buyers (whom had loan and lender issues beyond Luann’s control), she was able to find a new buyer and closed in THREE DAYS!
Luann worked late multiple nights to get contracts signed and documents over to the title company so that we could sell our house and get into our new home.
All in all Luann is a great realtor! You always feel she has the best interest of her clients, keeps you well informed, lays out all of your options, available via email, phone, text and also gives you a nice welcoming homecoming gift! :)
