I just received a cleaning service from You’ve Got Maids and I’m absolutely amazed at the job they did! We are moving out of our apartment and needed a quick clean, these maids came in and hit every room and paid such good attention to detail that we were able to get our deposit back. You’ve Got Maids was referred to me by a co-​worker, and Rachel and her team did an amazing job of cleaning my house. They were friendly, very professional, thorough and efficient. There wasn’t an area on my list where they didn’t clean and they absolutely left my house spotless. After my cleaning lady retired, I was skeptical of hiring some one new; however, You’ve Got Maids exceeded my expectations! I will highly recommend them to my family, friends, and co-​workers! This was our first time using their service. We had them over for a deep cleaning service and three ladies came out to clean our home. They were great and made sure all areas were cleaned. After they left I noticed the ceiling fans weren’t cleaned and Rachel made sure they come out again to clean them. Great cleaning service.
I took out one star because I felt the communication was not enough. No reminder or confirmation call the day before so I had to call them to confirm. Also, I requested a quote for regular maintenance cleaning service but have not heard back from them.

We just bought a house and we had you’ve got maids to clean the house before we move in. It was on Saturday afternoon. After that, they cleaned out the apartment that we just moved out in the same day. The ladies did such an amazing job, they were detail orientated. It saved me so much time and the price was reasonable.

Rachel and her team were able to accommodate a very large cleaning job with very short notice. We needed two houses cleaned totaling about 8,000 sq feet. They were on time, did a great job and were very professional. I would totally recommend this cleaning service. We are now thinking of using Rachel for our construction clean outs.

I hired the people at You’ve Got Maids to do a move out clean on a three bedroom apartment. They were on time, very nice and did an awesome job! Special shout out to Carla, the team leader. I received my whole deposit back thanks to Carla and her team!

I just can’t say enough good things about these folks. Coming home to a clean house is one of the highlights of our month. They do everything-​cleaning, vacuuming, changing bed linen. They even clean the oven and microwave! The one thing we REALLY appreciate is that they’re very gentle with our special needs dogs. They’re never stressed when we come home and we know they were in good hand. This is really important to us. Rachael has collected a crack team of professionals, and some of the nicest women on the planet. My only regret is that we can only afford to have them over once a month but trust me, we’re working to remedy that situation.

This is the best cleaning service on the market. I have used a lot of cleaning services in the past and will be sticking with this one. Their prices are fair, their employees are professional and they are thorough and efficient at what they do. I look forward to every Friday when I know I will come home to a clean, peaceful home provided by Rachael and her team. I highly recommend this company.

Rachel’s team did a great job with a move-​out clean on my one-​bedroom apartment in midtown. They were thorough and quick, in and out in an hour and 15 minutes. I would recommend them to anyone. Proof: I got my entire deposit back from my landlord.

Let’s be honest. And let’s be professional because after all you are a business owner, correct? To speak of my finances is a very wrong thing to do, I did pay you the full amount, to say I didn’t have the money is speculating and trying to make myself and my family look like we attempted to scam you because we are broke. You are probably the worst business owner I have ever personally dealt with, for you to come on Unilocal and lie to attempt to regain business you have lost is desperate. I left this review after your company did not do as promised. I left my review over 6 months ago, you are just now responding. You give false quotes, I hired you for a move in, not move out. The home I moved into had already been professionally cleaned, I was bringing my infant son and 2 year old son into this home. What I told you was that I would not allow you back in my home to use chemicals with my children there. Please stop making things up because I will report your business. Let me show my fellow Unilocalers some photos of how clean my home was before your maids even arrived since you say my home was worse than described. Please if you are considering using this company be cautious.

Always a good experience. I have back issues so I can’t always straighten up before they come and they have never let me down, even taking several bags and boxes to the dumpster for me. Place is clean and smells good, too!

I found Rachael’s You’ve Got Maids on Unilocal last Spring. My Dad had had a stroke and suddenly we needed a care team to help him with the house. We live on the Peninsula so I really needed a reliable cleaning service for him.
Rachael’s team did an amazing deep cleaning over several visits. They were very sweet with my Dad and have been on a regular bi-​weekly schedule ever since. My Dad looks forward to their visits. Tonight we were stuck needing someone to escort my Dad home from Amtrak and Rachael and her boyfriend met him on the platform and made sure he got home safely. They even refused to be paid for this above-​and-​beyond assistance.
Rachael is a keeper and we are so grateful for her! I highly recommend You’ve Got Maids for Natomas and Sacramento.

They were Fablous! Cleaned my whole apartment so I could move out and get my deposit back. The crew was early and presented themselves very professionally. I will use them again.

Excellent! Great! Perfect pricing! I called this company for the first time and was amazed at the great price they gave me for the house cleaning. The ladies were on time, fast, and did a DETAILED job to my bathroom kitchen and living room. I spoke with Rachel she was so nice. They were on time which was amazing and didn’t waste any time got started ASAP. I would highly recommend them for any cleaning needs.

Person did not show up for an estimate this evening at 6:30…it is now after 7:30. They even requested we do 6:30 instead of 6:00 due to rush hour so they could get here in time. I hope the person is okay, but the least they could’ve done is called and said they weren’t coming, or had someone call for them. Oh well.

The Maids are Great !! I would recommend them to all of my friends. They are awesome at details from the stickers on the toilet paper to the dog treats for my dogs.
I love that they are on time and are very thorough cleaning my house.

I’ve only used one other cleaning service before. YG Maids was recommended to me by a friend that uses them on a regular basis. I have to say, I was quite impressed with their service. Definitely a professional job and the owner, Rachael, is very pleasant. They dusted EVERYTHING! My house looks great.

I have been using various cleaning services for years for the various apartment building in my portfolio. I finally was fed up with the company I had a long lasting relationship. I have been working with Rachael and her staff for the last year. super attentive and detailed. I don’t ever have to worry about performing any quality control on their work as the owner does that as part of our understanding.
I cant stress how happy I am to have a company who makes me feel like I am their only customer. I look forward to a continued relationship with you’ve got maids as we both expand our business operations.

When we moved into our new apartment last year we were seriously disappointed with the property management that it was so dirty. The company really dropped the ball. So we urgently needed a cleaning service. I called up You’ve Got Maids and was fortunate to get 2 maids to come out the same day and on very short notice. And the girls were awesome. They cleaned the apartment spotless as we were bringing in boxes. They worked around us and made it happen. Since then we have hired this maid service on a weekly basis. My wife is a grave critic when it comes to cleaning services and she has yet to complain.
My wife and I are used to keeping the house picked up ourselves and through out the years we have used different cleaning services for seasonal cleans and especially when my wife was pregnant. This is the first time that we have a weekly maid service and it is worth it. Like I said, we clean ourselves, but with the maid service it makes it so much easier to keep the place clean.
During the last five months, since we have been using this service we have had about 5 different maids come out to our place, but generally they are the same two. They have customized their service to our liking.
A couple of tips for those looking for a cleaning service: first, I always try to get the maids to come out early in the week (and I find this concept true in a lot of other services) because I believe they are rested and have more energy to work, whereas on Friday, they might be worn out after the week and not do as good a job. Also, if we’re not around I always leave a note.

The ladies from You’ve Got Maids just left and boy did they do their thing! I had an Amazon Local Deal voucher for 3 maid hours of cleaning, and they sent two maids together for 1.5 hours. Our biggest problem was dusting (we have white baseboards throughout our home), but the ladies went above and beyond dusting to cleaning windows (We have a lot of windows!), vacuuming, and cleaning furniture in the time allotted. The work was done well, and they were professional and courteous. I would use You’ve Got Maids again.

I have used many cleaning services over the years, but never really found anyone very good. I know I am picky, but I want a cleaner to move fast and get the job done right every time.
I called Racheal and now I’ve been using YGMaids for over 3 months now and have had perfect cleanings, every time. They clean everything, are very detailed, and can do a better clean then molly maid or merry maids (the two others I have used). They are also responsive and operate a business extremely well. We use them every week and are absolutely hooked.
Nothing but praise for this company! Great job guys, keep it up!

I HATE having to do this. I tried and wanted to support this company. Really, I did. But they leave me no choice.
So, this is an update for my other review. This has been going on since SEPTEMBER 17 after I first posted about this company on August 3, and I am attempting to put an end to their harassment. So, Rachael or «Veronica» or whoever you are, hear this: READ MY REVIEW AGAIN. There are no misleading comments. Your long and tedious reply after almost THREE months is completely inappropriate (oh, and now you want to «thank» me??). Your company is borderline stalking me! This whole thing could have been avoided if you had reached out to me individually right after I posted the review on AUGUST 3. Instead, I get some mysterious message from «Veronica» on September 17 stating I had no right to post what I did and this is not how businesses work. Well, you are right. This is NOT how a business should work. After that, I get contacted by a higher up with You’ve Got Maids. He was nice and I explained my situation and informed him of the mysterious «Veronica» — he assured me the whole mess would be addressed. Then, I get ANOTHER contact from the OWNER saying my review was «harming» the company brand (For God’s sake. READ THE REVIEW AGAIN). I gave you all the benefit of the doubt. You gave me a free clean the last time which well you should have since your «hardworking» girls rushed through the clean, then THREW my TRASH over the fence. And, me thinks thou dost protest TOO much about the credit card thing.
I would have edited my review had you just reached out directly to me. You or «Veronica» blew it. I was even reconsidering after I talked to Mitch! Then, I had to have yet another round with your owner making accusations.
Utterly ridiculous. Fair warning folks. Don’t mention your problems with YOU’VE GOT MAIDS here on Unilocal. They’ll harass the heck out of you. ENOUGH.

This is an awesome cleaning service!
After months of trying different services out, I have found that this cleaning service provides quality work and excellent customer service.
I scheduled my initial consultation and the ladies were thorough and friendly. I initially met with Ana and Racheal, who are really experts in what they do.
I have them come once a week to my house and I get constant compliments at how nice how my house looks. And, every time I have ever needed an accommodation (moving my cleaning date) or asking for an extra clean on something special, the owner Racheal is VERY responsive to me. They also stay until the work is done. It is tough to find a service that doesn’t cut corners and doesn’t do the actual work they say they will do.
They auto draft bill me which is super convenient and I believe they have very competitive prices for the area. I would highly recommend this service. I trust them with my home and I’m glad I chose them as my cleaning service.

Best cleaning services I have had. I was very hesitant to use a chain service, as it seemed like eating at McDonald’s. Boy I was wrong. It’s nice to do business with a professional service. Previously I have only hired self-​employed or family members. While good, I found that they lacked the flexibility of scheduling and payment. With you’ve got maids, I paid seamlessly with my credit card and they worked around my schedule. The times that I was home, the girls were very sweet and accommodating. And not to be judgemental if other services, but it was nice that they all spoke fluent English. I love coming home on the days that they’ve visited.

I’ve never used a maid service before this one so its a little difficult for me to compare in a great deal but with the work they did I was satisfied a d would definitely use his company again.
I really liked how the owner sent me a list of their 52 points on what they do for a thorough cleaning. I’m only giving a four bc I haven’t used a maid before and can’t «compare» otherwise, I’d give a five.
