we recently purchased our first home. Zack is a great agent and always available to answer questions. We highly recommend him.

I closed a recent transaction with Zack. I was the Listing Agent and he was the Selling Agent. Zack is one of those super agents — he always picks up his phone and gets answers to any questions you might have immediately. Agents like Zack make transactions flow with a smoothness that make everything seem like it is on automatic pilot. He is highly recommended for both buyers or sellers and I look forward to the next deal with him.

Zack is unlike many agents in the industry. I originally found him on his website and knew that this was an agent that wasn’t afraid to work hard and have a good time while doing it. We have worked with Zack to help homeowners in distress and we look forward to continuing to work with Zack in the future.

Zack was our realtor for my first house. He was responsive and helped us define and stick with our long term goals. We will recommend him to our friends.

Don’t rent from him no matter how cheap the price. I carpet cleaned the whole house cleaned. Cleaned the house from top to bottom. He said it was clean. I took pictures and have witnesses of him staying how clean the house is. He even said I would get a good reference. Now he is still trying to keep my security deposit of $ 2800 he Dishonest crook.

Zack Albert is the best real estate agents I have ever seen before.
First thing I like about this guy is that he does not give you a bs information Instead of chick chat or BS, he gives you the information that you really need. I really do respect his working style.

Not the kind of guy you want to deal with if you are looking for honesty and decency. He will tell you tall tales of the amazing things he can do for you, but in the end he is only in it for the money, …do yourself a favor and find another realtor.

My FIRSTHAND EXPERIENCE with Mr. Alber is purely via text and email becaue he couldn’t be bothered to 1) show up to a showing of a house and 2) never returned phone calls.
I was interested in a rental and when I asked for a showing, I was given a specific date and time that didn’t work for me. When I responded as such, MR ALBER FIRST HAND replied to me «No, go look in the windows and apply».
This turned me off right away.
The house didn’t rent out at the showing so he emailed me again a few days later. The house was grossly misrepresented on the ad that Mr. Alber put up and I felt a little duped.
Seemed like he would be unresponsive and the house was one of the shoddiest rentals I’ve ever been in. Over all, bad impression.
Side note:
I wrote a longer review, which is relevant to anyone considering renting from this guy. But apparently he ran and tattled to Unilocal HQ and had it pulled. It’s suspect that he has so many glowing reviews from his friends, and apparently spends time growing his Unilocal reviews instead of… you know… being a responsive, polite, considerate realtor.
I have first hand experience witht his guy. It was all bad experience. You being a bad businessman doens’t mean you get to pull your bad reviews, dude.

Zack was such a big help when I purchased a home from him a couple of years ago, he was really nice and very responsive, plus he got me a great deal! When maintenance was needed, I called him for a recommendation and his guy was great too. When I was looking into buying another, I knew who to turn to, and he was just as helpful this second time around.

Have known Zack now for nearly 8 years. He is a leader. Zack is consistent Real Estate Professional with the track record, diligent, and result that is bar none. I believe he will always have his client best interest at heart. I know whatever problem any home buyer or seller is facing during or before the transaction, Zack can help you manage and resolve it. That is his greatest value and asset, solving problem and getting result. I would highly recommend Zack Alber.

Zack Alber is a great person and easy to contact and communicate with. Zack has great insides on the housing market and knows where the great buys are. Zack is someone you can trust when buying a home and understands the current market and how to navigate and save time when buying and or selling.
