He has over 15 years of experience in the industry with over 30,000 applications done safely. His education and experience have helped him in determining the most effective treatment for all your pest needs.

Great experience with Tim. He’s a nice guy and very professional. He’s also a Vet — a plus in my book. I’m going through a VA refinance, and needed the «WDO» report for my mortgage company. Fortunately my house is newer, so passed with flying colors. I would recommend Tim to others because I could tell he cares about his customers. He doesn’t cut corners and won’t steer you wrong. For example, he told me ahead of time to move all my garage stuff away from the walls so that he could inspect them, whereas apparently some «other guys» might not tell you up front and charge you for a second trip to come back out again. Anyway, little things like this are what generally cause me to be a return customer. Thanks again, Tim!

Tim does a great job! He’s very consistent, very punctual, and always takes a few minutes to chat. Simply put, he’s a really nice guy who does a great job. He always calls the day before to make sure the timing of his visit will be convenient and offers flexibility in the schedule. I don’t regularly have the inside of my house sprayed but he always checks to make sure I don’t need any extra attention in any areas. I’m very happy with the services provided, so much so that I have recommended Golden Eagle to a friend. She is equally happy.

We had a sudden and terrible flea infestation that drove us out of the house. Tim was able to come in on his day off to help coordinate our defense, he came and sprayed down all the carpets and then did his usual outside monthly spray, he didn’t even charge us for the indoor carpet spray because we were already customers, highly recommended.

Unlike «Daniella S.» (whiny customer below), I appreciate Tim’s diligence and persistence with returning my calls. Most companies in this industry are totally unaccountable. I am totally appalled at this company. I called yesterday on my lunch break while at work to get a quote for pest spraying. I was told someone would call me back. After I returned from my lunch break I started receiving calls from Tim, which I could not answer at the time because I was working. In the period of 4 hours I received 7 calls including one to my job! I did not give out my work number, my original call was from work so they must have used caller ID. After getting off of work I called and the operator told me she would send a message to have someone call me back. I told her they had already harassed me enough and I did not want a call back. Within 2 minutes I started receiving calls again. On the third call I answered and told Tim the amount of phone calls I was receiving was uncalled for and I was no longer interested in doing any business with them. He made a rude comment about how I had called him and then hung up. Now today I started receiving phone calls again! I called and asked to speak with a manager, guess who the manager/​owner is??? Tim! After explaining in detail why I was so upset he very condescendingly told me my complaint was noted and he was busy in the field and had work to do. Very unprofessional. If he really has that much work to do how does he find enough time to harass me??? I work for a service company and take calls from potential clients all day long for estimates they want. Our salesman call 3 times at the most over a week long period in order to avoid harassment. Something Golden Eagle should really consider. Guess what Tim, your way is not the right way!!!

When we purchased our house we knew pest control was going to be first on the list for things that we needed to get. Tim was great about getting us set up and pricing is totally competitive. After living in a variety of places that did not have pest control, it has been very obvious how well it is working. Even though we opt to not have interior spray, there is next to no spider webs in our home, the exterior stays pest free and it is a huge relief to know I can pick up a chair in our yard and not have a black widow crawl over my hand.
Oh! and we have a dog that loves to play and root around outside and have not had any problems with him getting sick after spraying. We keep him inside for an hour afterwards and then all is good to go! Love these guys!
