I couldn’t be more pleased with Elite Construction and Remodel. I enthusiastically recommend them! Max was professional and prompt in addressing my questions and concerns – and Elite will definitely be on my short list when I need remodeling help in the future.

We hired Max and his team to repair some dry rot on two dormer windows in the front of our house, a couple of windows on the side of the house and one door. Let me just say, it is such a HUGE relief when you are lucky enough to find someone who knows what they are doing! We’ve hired a lot of contractors over the years and every single one of them let us down, even the ones with great reviews on AngiesList. This time I turned to Unilocal to find someone to repair our dryrot and these guys deserve every 5 star review they have. Hard workers with a professional attitude that truly seem to enjoy what they do. From the moment I called Max, he was professional and made me feel like a priority. He was able to come out in a couple of days for an estimate and his team completed all the repairs in a matter of hours. These guys are as good as it gets!!! Repairs are beautiful, and our home looks like new. I cannot say enough how happy we are with them!

Sometimes it’s hard to let someone come to your home to make repairs. You want friendly, knowledgeable and honest people. If you’re a woman you want someone who will explain things without being condescending. Let me tell you this: Max and his team at Elite Construction were awesome.
I needed repairs to the south side of my house and a complete removal of rotten shake siding on the garage. Max had ideas about exterior repairs the other siding contractors who bid our job missed. He noticed some dry rot at the window framing, and he also suggested we sand blast instead of replacing the original old growth lap siding on the south gable of the house.
The guys were very courteous and very tidy. They picked up all materials from demolition and even vacuumed chipped paint and small nails. All the repairs were beautifully and professionally finished. Wonderful attention to detail. They fixed the blocking between the garage rafter tails so rats will stop entering and making a home inside! After the repairs were finished they matched the existing paint, primed and painted all the new work. It looks amazing. We couldn’t be happier.

It is difficult to find a reputable contractor without a personal referral. So, I searched Unilocal and other review sites, and had a handful of contractors provide an estimate for a large dry rot repair job on my home in Rocklin. I was very impressed with Max’s professionalism and knowledge of the repairs that needed to be done and how we could prevent dry rot in the future. His estimate was very fair and competitive and he was incredibly responsive to all of my calls and emails. He and his crew started and completed the work on time and on budget. I am thrilled with the level of service and their workmanship. I highly recommend Elite to anyone in need of dry rot repair, my only regret is that his construction services do not include interior remodel, because I would love to hire this company again.

Searched Unilocal for someone to replace and repair siding, paint the exterior of my house and install some doors. With all the rave reviews, I gave Max at Elite Construction a call for an estimate. He got right back to me, gave me his estimate which was very fair, so I hired him for the job. Let me just say that all his 5 star reviews are well deserved and earned through good, hard work. His crew (family) is fantastic. You couldn’t ask for a more courteous and professional group. They are on time, have great skills, and the attention to detail is amazing. Even my neighbors came up to me saying «Did you know that they went all the way around the house on their knees painting the underside of your siding?» They didn’t miss a thing. They are also flexible to any changes you throw at them mid-​job and very creative in finding solutions to problems that may arise.
Any little thing found on the final walkthrough is immediately corrected. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say that customer satisfaction is their number one priority. Fair prices with a quality of work you would expect to pay twice as much for. Great with the neighbors, too. I would highly recommend hiring Max and Elite Construction for any job. Anything else we need, we’re calling him. If we move, he’s coming with us. I hope he doesn’t mind.

The team at Elite was amazing. They came out and gave us a fair estimate for a big project on our home. Then they blew us away with the professionalism that they showed not only to our home, but to our neighbors as well. They made every attempt to make the work we were having done not bother or intrude on our neighbors. The work that was done was top notch and above and beyond expectations. Fantastic! We just purchased a house in Cameron Park and needed some dry rot and cupboard repairs done where there had been a leak before the financing on the loan could be completed. Max came out, gave a very fair estimate and had the work completed beautifully and quickly! He took photos of the house and paint matched the outside which was SO appreciated!
Looking forward to using him and his crew for some other remodeling needs after escrow closes. No hesitation to have them back!

I can’t say enough how great a job Max Manuylov and his crew did on our dry rot repair. Max and his crew completed our job in one day including painting replacement wood. He came out and bid the job the day after we contacted. I called him over the weekend and he was out Monday with all the crew and supplies. They were very nice, professional and totally cleaned up after finishing the job. I would highly recommend them for any dry rot job you have! Five stars plus.

I needed some dry rot repaired on the exterior of my house and a bedroom window replaced, so I searched on Unilocal to find a few licensed/​bonded contractors to call for estimates. Although I would have been comfortable using any of the companies I contacted, I ultimately decided to go with Elite Construction and Remodel Corp, which specializes in dry rot repair. I’m glad I did as the owner, Max, and his crew did a fantastic job and I am very happy with the completed work.
What I liked about this company:
o Max was prompt about responding to my call for an estimate. He also was professional and came across as someone honest and trustworthy. His estimate was in line with the other ones I received.
o The company has enough employees to ensure that the job was completed quickly. I think at least 5 guys showed up the first day. The work on my house was estimated to last ~3 days and it was finished in two full days.
o Max is a hands-​on owner, who was present much of the time on both days to not only oversee his crew’s activity, but he also helped install the window.
o Max is concerned about quality. For example, he quickly chose to replace the newly installed window with another one after I noticed a small dent in the window frame. I thought perhaps the dent could have just been pounded out a bit, but Max assured me that it would be better to just replace the whole window. So, I liked the fact that he was willing to go through the extra effort to procure and install another window without being specifically asked to do so.
o I had a small 3 – 4 foot section of fence that needed to be fixed as it was falling apart. I had planned to replace it myself after the work on my house was completed. However, since one end of it was attached to the part of the house that needed new siding due to the dry rot, Max went above and beyond the original work order and had one of his guys re-​build the fence for me. It was unexpected, but greatly appreciated, that Max took the time to go out and buy the needed fence material. As an added bonus, he did not charge me extra for doing this!
o The work crew showed up on time each day and did excellent work. Plus, they did a very good job of cleaning up after themselves when done.
I would not hesitate to hire this company again or recommend it to friends/​relatives.

We bought a house with lots of dry rot, and this team did a fantastic job not only repairing the issues, but making the work blend in perfectly with the house! While it’s never fun to write a check to repair things like dry rot, they provided great service, value, and quality, and I would highly recommend Elite Construction to anyone!

We recently purchased a home and knew about considerable dry rot damage from the pest inspection. We hired Elite Construction to do the repair and they did a great job. There was damage to many areas of the home and pergola, but Elite Construction brought a large crew and was able to get the entire job torn out, repaired and repainted in just two days! These guys did a great job and there were no surprise changes at any point, the original bid was the final price. I would highly recommend Elite Construction for any dry rot repairs!

Max and his company are awesome. Max recently did dry rot repair for us in Rocklin. Max worked around our schedule and completed the work fast. We had some hiccups with the pest inspection, and Max came back out to do more work the day we contacted him. He provides excellent customer service and I plan on using him at our next house for some general contractor work. Very highly recommended.

I needed my house sold in a few weeks and Max (company owner) fixed the dry rot around the front fascia of the house and roof line. He found some men to refinish the kitchen sink and shower pan to look brand new.
