I started baking with my Grandmother at Christmas when I was 4 years old. Every year she would make 12 different kinds of cookies plus other desserts and it became our tradition that I would help her.

After her passing my kitchen became a place to find memories of her and my baking became an obsession. With that obsession came the need to share my «goodies» with my friends, which to my surprise turned around into requests!

Being a home trained baker I decided that my desserts needed a little more «presence» and I am happy to announce that in the summer of 2011 I graduated from Wilton School with a «Master Cake Decorating» certification. The «Wilton Method» is known around the world as the American style of cake decorating.
