This panda express is located right in the heart of El Cajon not far from main street. It’s a good restaurant sometimes the line can get backed up since it’s in a busy area but the line moves quick since food is already prepared. I usually get the Kung pao chicken, fried rice and what ever promotional entrée is available. The shanghai steak they’re serving right now is really good. The restaurant is always clean each time I come in, the costumer service is friendly, food tastes fresh and most importantly they haven’t forgotten my fortune cookie :)

Let me start off by saying we love Panda Express. That is why we are so disappointed in our experience here. They gave us old food that looked like it should have been pitched and the fresh should have been put out. We actually ended up throwing our meals away because it didn’t even look like how it was supposed to. Very disappointed and I hope they start to put in place when to change out the food and to actually follow through with that.

This place obviously does not care about customer service! I had only gone to this location because it was closest to my house. Big mistake! As I’m standing in line to pay, a little girl throws up right next to me.(Not mad about that, she couldn’t help it.) A little bit of it got on my foot(as I was wearing slip on shoes) so I wanted to pay and get out of there asap to wash it off. The lady at the register could not move any slower. There were two people in front of me. I waited for her to chat with the first lady, then there was a small issue with the second lady. I still waited patiently. It wasn’t until someone walked in and started asking her questions that I got upset. I just wanted to get out of there and I was clearly next but she just kept talking and not ringing me out. She then starts to walk away to find out about this lady’s phone order. I finally ask her if she can just ring me up since I was next, not the walk in girl(you know, because there is throw up on my foot!), and she gets upset! The nerve of her, seriously! Do not come to this place. It’s awful!

Ok Panda Express. Picked up some food to take away. It tasted like every other Panda Express I have visited. Service was decent. I got in and out pretty quick.

Obviously these minimum wage employees have no idea that they are not allowed to card you with a visa or mastercard transaction… the caption below is straight from the mastercard member agreement. If your companies feels the need to card someone discover and amex are your only choices and are not allowed to accept visa or mastercard… idiots Q: A merchant required me to provide identification to use my MasterCard card A: A merchant must not refuse to complete a transaction solely because a cardholder refuses to provide additional identification information. However, there are certain situations where a merchant may require some personal information, such as a shipping address for online purchases. Additionally, if your MasterCard card is unsigned, a merchant should request personal identification to confirm your identify and ask the cardholder to sign the card before completing the transaction. If you believe that a merchant has violated the above standard or their actions requesting identification are questionable, you may report it by clicking the following URL and completing a brief online form Report a problem

Employees are nice. Available parking space. Do the survey to get discount on your next purchase. Good for big orders too.

I’ve visited other locations and I’ve never had a problem until visiting this location. Even if they were closing SOON the other locations i have visited would at least offer to make what we wanted. NOT here. There were still 20 minutes until closing time and they had a selection of maybe 4 items. Everything else was already pulled and empty. What they had left was clearly old and had been sitting for a while(working in food service, I’m gunna say that chicken probably didn’t meet up to health code regulations) but thats besides the point. The lady at the counter told us thatthey are closing in 20 minutes and that what they have is all that there is available. The whole time, she didn’t even look up from the paperwork she was working on. I’m disappointed and will definitely not be visiting this location any time soon. I wish more places cared about customer service now a days…

Friendly staff. Unfortunately they never have enough food made and you’re always sitting around waiting. Panda Express overall is rather expensive but it’s not this locations fault.

Yes, I saw an internet commercial via e-mail, about their Fire Cracker Chicken being back, so I gave in and had to have some. I had the single order with the noodles, instead of rice, and a a pair of vegetable spring rolls, all for about $ 7 and some change. The fire cracker chicken was hotter than I thought it was going to be, but it was a good eating heat. The sauce’s flavor was good, not to sweet and a mild pungent flavor in a good way and was dotted with hot dried pepper( ). Call me a whimp, but I stayed clear of those. The onions and peppers were good, and there was a moderate amount of chicken which was cooked well and tender.( ) The noodles were good. The were a little dry but had good flavor with a modest amount of vegetables.( ) They need to remember to stir these up before serving or keep them fresh. The spring rolls were very good, and believe it or not, my favorite part of my meal. The had a great crunchy golden crust( ), and what impress me the most, were the steaming hot vibrant veggies inside( ). Good stuff. The girls at the counter were quite nice and helpful. They brought my springs rolls out to me because they made some fresh ones, and I noticed they treated every body well who entered the business.

This place is lame. They’re always out of stuff and always have to wait 10mins for them to make it every time. Not even during a peak busy time either. They hired new people and they seriously need to get their ears checked. I hate coming to this location.

I went here on 11÷8÷12 around 4:30PM expecting my normal service I would ordinarily receive from the Panda Express on Camino Canada El Cajon. However, this particular employee felt the need to give me as little portions as possible. I was very unhappy & disappointed with what I had received! With the economy being the way that it is paying close to $ 10 for what I received is totally unacceptable! Also, I asked for some extra green onions & was given a hard time about that as well! This location service & potions size was very poor!
