Worst place on earth, employees are very very rude and disrespectful, specially Sam, is very disrespectful and I’ll-mannered, I wish there is a –1 star on Unilocal for this crappy place

Everyone works in this place on really rude. Everyone even the manager. They have really bad customer service.

I always eat at panda express all over San Diego and have been to other cities as well and never had this problem. First the lady that put my food together had an attitude when I wanted to add a kids meal when she was almost done making my plate. Then I was using a receipt that I had done the servery on to get a free 3^rd item and the lady ringing me up her name was Rudy she consulted with the other girl that did my food she is a fat Mexican, then Rudy told me that they would take my receipt this time but that that code I had was not one of there’s .it started with the letter D and the codes that I always get from the survey are always a D or N. So I kinda argued with her because I don’t like to be called a lier and told her that I would do the servery right after I got my receipt and let her hear that it starts with D and then she said well maybe it’s just this location. Witch is wrong because I have been there many times with those receipts .then the total came to 2 dollars more than any other panda and she said that it was mall taxes… lol really since when do taxes go up because of the location if anything the price will just go up because of the location the tax is by the city. And she’s a damn lie because when comparing receipts before there tax was only 1 or 2 cents different. Rudy said that her manager told her they can can only take certain codes. .lol newsflash the survey is for all over the world everybody gets the same codes. I will make sure nobody I know ever gets food from that panda and to pass the word on

super nasty food and worst customer service ever!!! broccoli was uncooked and cold rice was ok but half the regular size portions .my gf didnt even eat her food very disappointed… my orange chicken was very soggy and my niece ordered for fresh grilled chicken because the one sitting there wasnt enough and it looked old. mexican chick estrella was very rude!! terrible customer service and if she were work at my work she would be fired on the spot!! customer service is a big factor in business!! never eating here ever again !!

I don’t expect much from mall fast food but asking for a second fork shouldn’t be so painful! The cashier (Gabriela) looked at me like I was asking for her first born child. The other panda on Broadway is a lot friendlier.

Just came here and first off, I work at the one in Santee. They gave extremely low portions. She was cutting us off the entire time we were ordering. She said my card was declined even though when I logged into my account and also called my bank at that second they said I had more than enough money available. She was being a bitch the entire time. She had absolutely no customer service skills and she did not know how to handle the situation, sadly she was the manager too. As a worker at another location this was very disappointing. I will definitely be contacting our CEO and inform her about this.

I do not enjoy giving negative reviews, but this place deserves a negative one. I received food poisoning from this place. I know that it is true because it was the last thing. I ate before my stomach started to torment me. I’m not saying all Panda Express establishments are bad, but this one is BAD!

really bad Customer service my friend and I we where shooing we stopped their at lunch time to get some food the guy that helped us was his name Sam never liked his attitude feel like he was downing favorite to us never coming back.

I had a 3 item combo here of which one was chicken with green beans. I found the sauce this time to be overly salty.

This Panda Express isn’t too bad. Here’s a tip: wait until 8:55 to eat and you will get a to-​go box STUFFED with food for $ 5. right before closing they pack all the food in the bins into to-​go containers and put it on top of the glass divider. It’s so much food in fact that even I have a hard time eating it all. Easily enough for two people.

The line went pretty quick and the food is good. I like the chow mein noodles and so does my friends and family. My fiancé got the half chow mein noodles half chicken mushroom bowl and he liked it. We also like the spring rolls and get some sweet and sour sauce for them. And their fortune cookies are to die for as well. Next time I’d like to buy a whole bag of them if they would sell them to me.
Prices averaged to 6 dollars a person. Pretty good Chinese food (for fast food). I think their chow mein is some of the best though and even better than most restaurants to tell you the truth.

The mall location sucks, damn mall rats. i love crappy Asian food, and i love panda express. this mall location bites and it feels dirty. the food tastes and feels like it has been baking under those heat lamps all day. it is best to just bypass this location and find another

Panda express is my favorite fast food chinese chain… I mean, everyone should know when they go into it that its not the culinary representation of china, its a chain restaurant and its fast food… But I get some Panda cravings like a mutha where only panda will suffice… I really dig Panda Express… its kinda like mc donalds, you know the food is crap culinarily but you still crave it cuz its soooo tasty…
