Love Your Skin

I’ve been going to Hope for a couple of years now. Hope is amazing and customizes the facials specific to her clients needs. I’ve been dealing with rosacea for the last seven years. Redness and bumps on my skin are my everyday struggle. Keeping up with facials helps a lot! I recently did a PCA sensi peel which helped my skin look more even toned:)

Why do I wait so long to get back in for a facial from Hope? No more excuses, booked my next one right after my last one. Leave Hope feeling refreshed and hydrated. I have been getting facials at Love your Skin since it opened; about 4 years. Hope uses a large variety of derma-​logical products for a custom facial. I just tell her how my skin feels and she knows what to do. She is a true professional & her prices are very affordable. The results are superb; I feel like I have a new face! Also, I get many complements on how youthful I look!

Hope has literally worked miracles on my skin! I came to her with horrible acne but after about 3 months my skin was clearing up dramatically. Hope is extremely kind, welcoming, and also very affordable! She has helped me regain my confidence and I recommend her to everyone! She’s fantastic!

Ive bought several groupons for microdermabrasion at different locations and I can truly say this is the best experience I’ve had! Hope made my visit very pleasant. Hope is extremely nice very welcoming, and flexible. She also gave me tips on skin care. I usually don’t stick to a specific Esthetician but Hope has definitely changed that!

I bought a deal through… I think it was Living Social some time last year to try out Hope’s facials. Unfortunately, she was in the middle of moving her business at this time. While her place is not close to me at all, I have come to love my facials and am willing to drive all the way out to El Cajon because I enjoy her fantastic service and care.
It is easy to feel comfortable and at ease with Hope. An appointment with her is like visiting an old friend and she will customize your facial in any way you want. Also, her lash extensions are EXTREMELY affordable. Ask her about them.
Make sure you’re on her mailing list. She e-​mails out some very good deals. They make it worth the drive out as well. My favorite part about Love your Skin is that Hope genuinely loves what she does. She spends a lot of what should be free-​time working on clients because she enjoys it and that shows when you are with her.
I will say that one time she accidentally double-​booked so I showed up and was not able to have my facial. However, after scheduling me a new session, she also gave me an extra session for free. Also, I must confess she has been very flexible with me as I have had to reschedule and cancel on her several times.
Hope is the best! Just be sure to schedule well in advance. She is very busy!

Decided to finally buy a groupon for my first facial ever! With how much I love massages and all other things spa it’s amazing that I haven’t had one before, but the word «extractions» just kinda freaks me out. However, it is fall in Cali and although it is still 80 degrees every day the words «pumpkin peel facial» just reeled me right on in.
So today I drive down to El Cajon from Del Mar to get my face all pumpkin-​ified. Jessica (the esthetician who got the lucky job of guiding me through my first facial) came right out to say hello, I filled out a little survey, and we were off. For all you normal ppl who have already had facials, I won’t get into all the details, but there was some cleansing, some steaming, warm towels, the extractions (surprisingly not terrible), a shoulder, arm, and hand massage and then the pumpkin peel followed by some moisturizer.
It was AWESOME. The pumpkin peel smelled good enough to eat, and I was just sad I couldn’t take some home with me! Jessica was great about explaining everything that was going to happen, so I didn’t feel nervous at all. The massage portion was great and very relaxing. I will probably become a facial addict after this, as my skin looks amazing and feels soooo smooth :)
Bonus: I can still smell the pumpkin! Obsessed. Now to prevent my puppy from trying to lick my face all night…

I like taking care of my body inside and out… I bought a Groupon to Love Your Skin because it’s the «cheap» way to try something new. Oh boy! From the first contact the staff was very friendly and gave me a sense that they were caring people. The atmosphere was very inviting and Hope provides a VERY personal service. She is very friendly, caring, knowledgeable… she made me feel as though I knew her for years. I felt very comfortable in her care. I totally recommend people to give it a try. A tip, you DO NOT have to get the Groupon at all because her prices are ridiculously low. I have monthy appointments, and I desperately wait for my next. I Love my Skin and it looks so good. Hope Rocks!!!

I have been going to Hope several times a month for almost a year now. She is the ONLY person I will go to for my facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, etc. Not only is she the BEST at what she does, her prices are beyond reasonable. She takes such pride in her work and you can tell she truly loves what she does. She is not only my esthetician for life, but now my friend as well.

I used to pay hundreds of dollars for each visit at a spa in Encinitas. That’s right: I used to drive over half an hour and pay way too much money for people who were more concerned with profits rather than the client’s well-​being. They would push their costly products and try selling me creams, lotions, and gels that were unnecessary. I’ve had two painful and very expensive laser procedures that yielded unnoticeable results. The esthetician was impersonal and would brush the chemical peel on my face and walk away while my face was stinging and burning like hell and not return forever. Bitch.
However, ever since I’ve been going to Hope, the results of my skin’s resurfacing has significantly improved. I’m not as insecure as I used to be. She performs facials and microdermabrasion with a diamond-​tipped tool that smoothes the surface of my skin. During the winter, she gives me chemical peels. She truly cares about me and does what it takes to safely improve my skin. She does all this with a pure heart and dedicated work ethic.
She cares about me as her client and not only about making money. Her advice is realistic and her prices are fair enough that I can see her twice a month and she doesn’t fluctuate in cost. She even has an email that includes coupons to save me even more money.
When I look in the mirror now, I see myself. My acne scars are barely visible and I have regained my confidence. This is all thanks to Hope. I highly recommend Hope to anybody who wants their skin to glow without burning a hole in your pocket.
