Elite Image Limousines was founded because there were no limo companies that provided anything cutting edge or different, everything was JUST another black Lincoln limo that no one took a second look at. We created a company that leads the industry with providing trend setting cutting edge limos that everyone feels like someone special in with the service to back it up.

Elite Image Limo service is top of the line as good as it gets! I had the pleasure of utilizing their limo services on the day of my wedding booking the White H2 Hummer for my bridal party of 18! From the initial contact Jon was amazing, professional and able to provide any bride with assurance for the expected transportation on the big day. Our driver was quite amazing as well as he was on time every step of the way, professional and extremely helpful throughout the entire time making sure we were able to get to all of our photo locations we desired. I would recommend utilizing elite image limousines for any special event or even just a fun girls night out!!!

I hired Elite for a ride to SDSU and back to go to the Ellie Goulding concert. I’ve hired several, buses, limo’s and town cars, and this by far exceeded my expectations. Jon is super professional to talk to and answers all my questions about hiring them. I can’t say enough about my driver Darren, he was such a pleasure and was so accommodating to everything we needed. Thank you very much for the experience with my girls and my friends girls. Just used Elite for our daughters 18th birthday. The girls loved the limo, it was clean and well kept. Their driver Bill was awesome, arrived early, returned on time and was a total gentleman and protector of the group. All 12 girls told us how nice he was. I was skeptical in booking with Elite Image Limousines for our wedding at first because we lived out of state and didn’t get to meet Jon or see the vehicles ahead of time but we were definitely happy with their service. From the first point of contact via phone call /​emails to quotes and contract signing; it’s was all smooth sailing. Jon was very prompt at returning calls/​emails in a timely manner. You can’t beat their package deals nor the beautiful rides inside & out!
Let me tell you about our driver; Mr Darren Sarvis. He is the nicest & most professional driver we’ve had. His service is nothing short of the royal treatment. He was prompt with picking up the guys. And when it was the ladies & myself’s turn to get picked up, of course we were running but he did not rush us at all. He complimented everyone on their looks and attire. Who doesn’t like a compliment here & there?!? I know I do.
During our romantic photos offsite of our wedding venue, he played assistant to our photographer. He also threw my vail in the air for us to capture the wind effect shot. He did not complain about it and kept us on time so we wouldn’t be too late for reception dinner being served. We love Darren, Jon & the Elite Image Team. We would definitely recommend this company to our friends and family whenever their industry is needed. And use them again, when we move back to San Diego!

Maria was our driver and she put us right at the front door of the Balboa Theater and when the concert was over, was right at the front again! It was a great experience! We all felt like rock stars! We were very happy with our service from the first email to the follow up after our event.
We hired Elite for my daughter’s 16th birthday. I was happy to find that their policies ensured for a clean limo and a safe ride for our group of teens. Jon followed up quickly via email with any of our questions. He was flexible and met with us according to our schedule. And, I appreciated him following up with me after the event. We were very happy with our driver, Darren. He checked in with me 15 minutes prior to the event, was friendly, attentive, and flexible. My daughter has wanted a limo for years! She even paid for 1⁄3 of the expense. Thank you, Elite, for being the making this experience a great one! (I wish I could say similar for our restaurant experience!!)

Elite is the way to go! Prompt, easy, and accountable! Jon the owner is a cool guy who was very responsive and so kind. He was very accommodating of our budget and made great suggestions as to what vehicle to use and how to stagger the pick up and drop off times with myself, my husband, and our bridal parties. He really cared about getting the best bang for your buck. Maria who was our driver was the sweetest thing, like you would hope she was your Mom! I was so pleased with how prompt she was and how clean and seriously badass our limo was (suicide doors on a Chrysler 300, um yes!). We were so happy our wedding planner recommended Elite and would love to use him again for other transportation needs! You rock guys!

I am writing this review on behalf of my fiancé. My name is Naz and my fiancé Johana was having her bachelorette party in San Diego. I wanted to surprise her, so I booked a limo for two days for her and her girls to enjoy the weekend. I contacted Elite Image and spoke to the owner Jon. He was extremely kind and very helpful. In fact, he is the first and only company I spoke with. Because I was booking for two days, he gave me a great deal. He was prompt and very informative.
Bill, the driver was the driver for the girls both nights. He called me 15 minutes prior to the scheduled arrival time to let me know he was at the hotel ready for the girls. Not only this, but he upgraded our limo to a party bus. He went to work and saw that the limo we booked wasn’t available, so he called Jon the boss and said he didn’t want to wait and be late, so he needed to upgrade us, and Jon agreed. Instead of being late, he gave us a better car, and was early. He contacted me throughout the weekend to let me know the girls were safe, and let me know everything went smoothly. I highly recommend them for anyone needing a limo. If i’m ever in that area, I won’t go anywhere but here.

My fiancée and I were calling around for quotes on limos for our upcoming wedding. This was the ONLY place on our list of limo vendors that even bothered either returning our phone call or responded. Jon was the one who corresponded with my fiancée, and he was informative, prompt and made recommendations.
We were invited to make an appointment to come out to see the fleet, and to see which limo we felt was best suited for our party. Appointments are only made during the weeknights after 5p in El Cajon.
We arrived and Jon greeted us. He took us to the back to show us the options available for our party of a dozen. The regular limo (which only sat 10) was really nice, but was a bit too small for our party and for my dress! The spacing was a bit too tight and I definitely felt claustrophobic. We ended up checking out the white hummer and knew that this is what we wanted! The hummer has suicide doors, is pearlized white, and has a pretty baller bar, seats and lighting inside. Limo tint so no one can see inside, and the audio and sound system is amazing. Can’t wait to ride this baby on our wedding day!!!

AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Jon answered his phone every time I called and answered all questions efficiently. He set us up and followed up a few days before the wedding date. Darren was our driver. Booked a limo with Elite Image in February and had an extremely pleasant time.
What they did well with booking:
— Jon responds to emails quickly, is always ahead of schedule, and will work his hardest to make it work
— Contracts are specific, but geared towards your comfort
— I had a unique case where I was booking a little bit too late, but Jon just happened to have a 20 person Hummer limo without a booking, so this is a real testament to how big their fleet is
— Again, the communication was superb
What they did well with the limo/​driver:
— Clean, good looking limos with water, plenty of space, Bluetooth enabled speakers, and some nice looking lights
— Friendly drivers (I had BIll) who are willing to drive to as many places that still is within the time that you booked it. For example, we had a lot of changes in plans to get people home, but Bill told us he could go anywhere as long as we could get everyone home by our end booking time. This was awesome.
— Drivers are also very very responsible and communicative
Overall:
— Exceptional service, unparalleled by any other limo company
— Responsible, flexible, rule-​abiding drivers
— Their limos draw attention and deserve attention, they’re clean and big and look great

This service is fantastic! At first, we wanted to use a limousine service for our wedding. After a few months, we decided we didn’t have the funds, so we let them know. Right before the wedding, we ended-​up having some extra room in our budget so we got back in touch with Jon and he scheduled everything. There were a few pick-​up times that needed to be changed last minute, and although the first driver was an hour early on the day of the wedding, he apologized and didn’t charge us since it was their mistake. The driver was early to pick us up at the end of the night, and didn’t charge any extra fees. He also helped us unload everything.
