Amazing job by John and his crew. My husband and I just recently purchased a house with a very sad and neglected pool in the backyard. Plaster buckling up– old flagstone coping — it was really bad. John installed new coping, tile, plaster, and pool equipment. The customer service with this company has been one of the best I’ve experienced. John helped us out the whole way with suggestions to work within our budget when we had trouble making decisions. Our pool turned out AWESOME. From start to finish — great experience. We stayed within our budget, the pool was completed on time, and the suggestions he made turned out fantastic. We’re super happy!

John, my emails would have been under Guillermo. In addition to all the emails I left you many voicemails — I don’t see how you could have missed me; I was basically waiving the white flag to take the bid. If you don’t want the business, then fine just be honest and up front. Would have been a fun project.

John came out to provide us with an estimate for our concrete pool deck. He showed up on time and at that time we found that he also offered services to resurface our pool. After a lot of estimates with other contractors, we decided to go with John. His prices were the best and John understood exactly what we were looking for, he never tried to offer us something different. John and his team were amazing! They came out and started working and always kept us informed of what stage we were at. His team of workers were very professional and friendly. After every work day, they ensured that all of their tools were put away and cleaned up, even if they were coming the next day to continue to work. During construction things came up that were unforeseen and John took initiative to always provide us with a solution. John communicated with us on exactly what was going on with our project. Our finished pool looks AMAZING! Our new concrete pool deck looks excellent. We were in a very tight budget, and with John we stayed on budget and our finished pool looks like we spent a fortune. Thank you John and your entire team for an incredible job!

My wife spoke to them about redoing our floors in our garage. John was very kind over the phone and my wife was really excited to have them come out. John said he would come out the same day and call around 3 pm to confirm a possible 5:30−6 pm appointment. we were thrilled! Well, he never called and never showed up.
My wife and I called at the appointment time and left a message. No response. My wife called and left another message the following day. No response.
We called again 2 days later, no answer. It has now been a week with still no response.
I am sorry but this is no way to do business. How rude. My wife is a physician and rushed home after a crazy day at work with two kids under 3 to meet him. To not even have a call or a message and to be a no call no show is quite disrespectful in my opinion.
We really wanted them doing our floors, and who knows, maybe one day John will actually need the business and call us back. We obviously cannot speak of the quality of his work, and one day I hope to be able to. For now, I am sorry but I cannot say a single positive thing. I will consider editing my review if John anything else further comes of this.

These guys are professional, highly competent, and detail oriented. After calling several flooring repair companies to level our sloped dining room slab (converted from a patio to an indoor space) and adjacent family room, I was beginning to think fixing the problem was far too expensive to be feasible. The problem was finding an economical way to add a thin layer to a large space without it cracking, or costing thousands. With the size of our spaces, self leveling compound would have been far too costly, and a regular concrete pour would have been too thin to hold up. Luckily, I was referred to John at Coastal Concrete Concepts. Unlike the other 10 – 15 flooring repair, and slab repair companies that I called, these guys had the proper materials and concrete expertise to solve our problem for ¼ the cost of any other company, and to do it right. John took extremely precise measurements, and worked with precision. The result is a perfectly level floor, ready for tile. What a difference it has made in our living spaces! He communicated very well with us throughout the entire process. Despite several surprises and challenges that our old house presented througout the process, the work was done in a timely manner, and for the originally quoted price. The crew was polite and professional. Although we did not have them apply a decorative coating, we saw several gorgeous pictures of the beautiful floors they have created both indoors and outdoors. We will definitely be calling them back for future projects.

They came in and and gave our old floors a new fresh look! They were very easy to work with especially with our hours and timeline to get the job done! it has been 2 months since the job was done and the floors look like they were just done yesterday… We are a very high traffic restaurant, and if these floors can outlast the heavy traffic and spills, they will work virtually in any environment! Had them redo my pool area along with an outside concreate deck. I was more then happy with the results, not only did it look good but it left money in my pockets. The owner was really helpful and patient when it came to picking the color and design that I wanted. I will be using this company again.
