All Access Tree Care

If you have trees that need to be cut call All Access Tree Care. They just completed a job for us where they cut down and trimmed Chinese Elm, Eucalyptus, Pine and Avocado trees. They cut and stacked wood for us and left us the mulch we ask for.
Excellent job! Mike and his crew are professional, polite, efficient, very hard working, no nonsense and they leave your place cleaner than it was before! I can’t say enough great things about them. My husband and I got three bids and they were by far the best for the best price. They did exactly what they said they were going to do for the price they quoted us. Call Mike, you won’t be disappointed.

It’s not often I write a review but this company All Access Tree Service deserves my 5 Star rating. The were actually suppose to be here on Friday but due to an employee mom going to the hospital they were not able to make it. Mike the owner called me soon as he heard about the situation and profusely apologized but I was not able to be available. Mike asked if Sunday morning would work even though they do not usually work on Sundays. Anyway he said they would be at my house at 8am and they were.
I have 6 over 40 foot king palms that needed trimming but I was concerned because recently we had artificial grass installed and new landscaping as well and was concerned about the damage. These guys were remarkable. Not only did they put down a tarp to protect the grass they brought in 4 by 8 sheets of plywood to further safe guard the grass when they cut the very heavy pods of berries. Then instead of using their chainsaw they cut most all of the branches with a saw because it was a Sunday and people like to sleep in. Then instead of putting everything through the chopper as they cut the long branches they waited until they were completely done with the trimming before using the chopper… Now that is being considerate and respectful for me and my neighbors but also shows how considerate and professional this company is.
Now the clean up… What can I say my back yard looks great and they did a great job cleaning my yard but the street after they were done.
I can’t say enough about Mike and his crew and if any of you use them you will not either. Five stars are not enough possibly 10 stars would be better. Oh and the price you just can’t compare their quality, service, cleanliness they really do put the customer first.
Now you know the truth the whole truth and I approve this 5 star rating…

Seemed a little disorganized, but very professional and great service. Did a great job cutting down a tall Monetary Pine tree by some power lines and grinding down three other stumps. Took care not to damage the fence directly below the tree and cleaned everything up in our yard and the neighbor’s yard. Reasonably priced.

Mike was very prompt to give a reasonable estimate and was knowledgeable about tree care and maintenance. We have 4 large camphor trees and a Hong Kong orchid tree that all look much more balanced and healthy after trimming. Before Mike, I had a regular gardener take down a 20′ palm tree, the guy just pushed heavy palm stumps into my neighbor’s yard damaging their yard, never again call All Access Tree Care every time! Mike ground out the remaining palm stump and fixed my trees and cleaned up nicely, Thanks!

Mike and his crew did a great job cutting down our large ash tree. They had to climb the tree since it was in our backyard. It was in an awkward spot, but they kept our bunnies and house safe.
They did a good job cleaning the mess. I think our yard was cleaner then when they came.

I made an appointment three weeks prior after reading previous reviews. It worked out because I was traveling and wanted to be present for the work.
If you are willing to be patient for the right person to do the job, these are the guys you want.

We have a huge tree that we suspect of having pine bark beetle. I spoke with Mike on the phone and he was very informative and knowledgeable. We haven’t decided what to do about the tree yet, but I give Mike 5 stars based on the exceptional helpfulness and knowledge he exhibited on our phone call.

We called All Access Tree Care to come to our home and take down a medium sized China Berry tree. The work was completed in a timely manner. The workers did a great job taking down the tree being careful of the the fence line. They cleaned up during and after cutting down the tree. They even cleaned up the neighbors side yard and driveway from the cuttings. The price was competitive with the current market. We highly recommend All Access Tree Care, and will be calling them soon for another job in our back yard.

We didn’t even have to call and remind them when we needed service. They called and checked in with us to follow up cause it was «about time for service». They are so professional and make sure they clean up after themselves which is new to us compared to the last company we used. Love coming home to neat beautiful trees! Thank you Mike u rock!

Called them up to trim 10 queen palms and they fit me in the same week. When the workers came they were nice, they cleaned up the mess, and they completed the entire job in about 2 hours. The price was a little higher than ive had in the past, but no where near the highest ive paid. I would highly recommend this company and I will use them again!

Mike Raffo looked at my trees and gave me a price for removal. It was in the middle, but I decided to go with him. I called him back two or three times and left messages. He didn’t call back! Finally, I called once more at 8:30 p.m. and got him. He said he’d call me the next day to schedule the work. That was about five days ago, and I still haven’t heard back!

All Access did a great job taking down a tree and some out of control birds of paradise in my yard. Mike is friendly, professional and honest. He even removed some trimmings in my yard for free!

Mike and his crew were wonderful! They did a lot of work for myself and my neighbor and we couldn’t be happier. Mike arrived on time, was extremely professional and polite. I added additional items to be removed and offered more money, but he said no problem mam and didn’t charge me more. I highly recommend All Acccess Tree Care; they will take good care of you.

We were in need of having our trees removed from our backyard due to their invasive roots. Called All Access Tree Care. Mike immediately answered the phone. Asked if he could come out as soon as possible to give us an estimate. He had a busy Saturday, but said he would come after his last job. It was raining that day and I thought for sure I would get a cancellation call but no, Mike was at my home as promised. We immediately took a liking to him. He is very knowledgeable and such a friendly and personable man! We were very impressed that he came well prepared. He showed proof of his contractor’s license and work comp/​liability insurance. Very important! He encouraged me to check BBB and the CSLB, which I did, and found a spotless record. He is also a recipient of Angie’s list awards. It’s get better… he was very reasonable and certainly not a man who tries to take advantage of customers. Mike and his crew came out today. They were punctual. They did an AWESOME job. They removed our trees and grounded all the stumps. They were very respectful and careful of our property. They hauled everything off and they also cleaned everything up nicely. Hire this company for your tree care needs, you won’t regret it! Thank you Mike and crew for a job well done!

I always refer to Unilocal when investigating a business and/​or service. This the first Unilocal review that I have written and I feel compelled to write it because of the outstanding, professional service that we received when working with Mike at All Access Tree Care. We needed 4 trees removed and I did A LOT of research before deciding to hire All Access Tree Care. I met with six «arborists». Out of the six, one lied to my face about being licensed, one never called me back, and two were licensed but lied about having Workman’s Compensation Insurance. That left 2 companies that were licensed and had insurance. They were both very impressive but we decided to go with All Access Tree Care because they were significantly less expensive.
Well, I can’t tell you how happy that I am that we made the decision that we did. If you want a company that is knowledgeable, competent, professional, dependable and reasonably priced, you cannot go wrong with selecting All Access Tree Care. I wish that all businesses were like this one. Thanks so much!

Mike was great to work with. He gave me an estimate shortly after my initial contact. His price was reasonable. He was courteous and professional. It took some time to get the work scheduled but it is the busiest time of the year for tree care. He always answered my calls and never seemed as if I was bothering him. I am very pleased with the work he did. I will be recommending him to friends and neighbors.

Just had this company come out to my home in El Cajon to trim five trees and they did a great job! Very clean, on time, very knowledgeable about different trees and did a good job of shaping the trees rather than cutting too much.

Mike and crew removed a large tree and several bushes from our Tierrasanta home in late January. They also ground all the stumps. It was important to me that one company handle the removal and grinding. Less hassle. Mike was understanding several times when we had to reschedule due to other work going on in our yard. On the final scheduled day, the crew arrived on time. The work was done perfectly, and all the mess was hauled off. You couldn’t ask for a friendlier or more professional team.

Amazing work from Mike and his crew. They were trimming the neighbors trees and I asked if they could quote taking a tree out for me. Mike quoted me a very fair price and told me he would do it today after he was done with the first job. A few hours later they climbed the tree and took care not to damage any flowers or sprinklers around the tree. Great work from a great crew. Think of them if you ever need work done!

Mike came out with his crew on time and trimmed one large tree and 2 large palms. He was professional, explained what he was doing and was reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again
