Let’s face it, it’s always a crapshoot calling an unknown company out of the blue that you’ve picked from an online ad because all of a sudden your flux capacitor or garage door has broken.
A spring broke on one of our garage doors. I called and spoke with a super friendly woman and made an appointment for that day. Lee Tronsen, the owner, showed up 30 minutes early! He had the needed spring, installed it, adjusted the door, checked all the fittings on that door and on the adjacent door, and was done in 1 hour for a very fair price.
Looks like we won on that crapshoot. Friendly, professional, fair pricing and on time. That’s what a customer looks for and that’s what we received.

Called Garage Tech yesterday due to our garage door coil broke. Lady on the phone was super friendly and helpful. Lee came out this morning 30 minutes early and replaced the coil in less than one hour. Thank you Garage Tech and Lee for helping us today.

Another company referred me to Garagetech as they were relatively close to me and might be able to get me in sooner than they could. I called after 5:00 and talked with the very helpful lady in the office. She checked the warehouse and they happened to have in stock a chamberlain opener that would work so they were able to come out the next day. Yea! They were fast and efficient. Took less than an hour! And he said the opener should last 30 years, so a lot better than the one we had :)

Wonderful experience. Bought a Chamberline automatic garage door opener from Lowe’s and purchased the installation service also. Received a friendly call within 24 hours to arrange install. The technician arrived on the dot, was professional, friendly and did a superb job at installing automatic opener. Explained how to maintain and use. He had all tools and know how to do minor modifications due to a beam. Would highly recommend and a pleasure to work with.

I had a bit of a garage door emergency when my house was being painted and I was informed that the garage doors could not be spiffed up with a coat of paint. My old wooden doors had to go. I called Garage Tech and Lee came out the same day to provide me with a variety of options. The pricing was great and they were able to get me on the schedule within a week. No hard sell or push to upgrade. Lee came out right on time, installed the new doors and hauled the old ones away. Overall an incredibly seamless process. I had a wooden double garage door and old opener replaced by Garage Tech a couple of months back. It took less than 10 minutes for the tech to inspect what I had and give me an attractive quote. At the pre-​arranged time later, he returned, dismantled that heavy old door and opener, installed the new ones and cleaned up meticulously in less than a half-​day. I’ve operated the door every day since and it’s perfect. I’m delighted with the product and installation. I’m particularly delighted that, after many years of dealing with contractors with varying degrees of success, this was by far the most-​hassle free transaction ever.
