The Nail Zone

One of the nicest, cleanest salons I have been in! My manicure was fabulous. I love that they used an exfoliant on my hands before moisturizing! I will come here whenever I visit Denver!

Definitely my go to nail place! I trust all of the nail technicians there and they always do an excellent job every time! Whether I want French tips, nail art or a new design, they never fail to impress me! Not only can I get a beautiful mani pedi but I can also get my waxing done here too. If you want great nails done beautifully by professionals for reasonable prices, come here!

Got a mani pedi, but not very impressed. The manicurist didn’t use two coats on my nails so they chipped almost immediately! They were nice enough, but seemed inconvenienced when I asked for a nail design, too.

Kimee provides excellent manicures and pedicures! And the nail salon is conveniently located across the street from Trader Joe’s.

Solid, nothing fancy. $ 45 man’s mani pedi.

By far the worst pedicure experience I have ever had. She rushed through it. It was painful at times and when I told her to stop she laughed. Infuriating experience

Came in and asked how long for a simple manicure because I had work in 40 mins. Lady said 5 minutes, took over 10. As she’s doing my nails, someone else comes in (regulars I assume) and she stops doing me to work on them! She even had the nerve to come by and not even sit down at my station, but walk by and bend over real quick to clip one nail and then go on back to the regulars…
Thankfully after some time another woman started to work on my nails… which were neglected and wrapped in foil/​cotton soaked in acetone, starting to irritate my skin badly. I just wanted a basic manicure, no fake nail or anything, just a shade of color. It wasn’t as smooth as usual, she rushed. Had a lot of those annoying air lumps/​ripples. No drying fans or anything like that either.
Sucks because I got the $ 5 extra «stays on for 2 weeks» nail polish shade. Who cares if it’s going to stay… some of my nails have that weird texture, it’s so irritating (edit: THAT NAIL POLISH DOES NOT WORK IT CHIPPED IN LESS THAN A WEEK: p)
but they do have a decent amount of nail polish shades so there’s that…
oh I also got a wax and it was really good, she did it quickly in just a few strokes and removed all the hair.

This place was the best manicure and pedicure in my whole life. I have never gotten like this experience! Also the massagist man was the best in this field! Thank you so much everyone and i would suggest people to come to Nail Zone :) !!

I stopped going here when it went under new management about 2 years ago, but stopped in when I was in a hurry (it’s walking distance from my house). The two nail techs popped their gum the entire time. It was so unprofessional and annoying.

This place is relatively close to my home, so I was a regular customer for the last year. The services used to be adequate enough ALMOST to justify the fact that they charge about 10 dollars more than other places. The service was never particularly friendly. I hadn’t been in in a few months SINCE the big Trader Joe’s opened across the street. I expected to find the place hopping with business this evening. I was the only person there at 6PM. Now I understand why. The service was downright rude. It seems they have gotten a terrible attitude since the block got busier. In fact, when the person doing the manicure saw that I had shellac on my nails, she was VERY crabby — scowled at me. Then she quoted me 45 dollars — the usual price they charge for a mani-​pedi. When she came back with my credit card receipt, it read that they charged me 50 dollars! So, without telling me ahead of time, they charged me five dollars for shellac removal. 1. I have never heard of this. Removal of previous nail polish, shellac or not is always a part of the manicure pedicure. 2. IF you are going to charge someone extra for something, you should tell them BEFORE hand. Seriously bad business practice! Rude and snooty and basically stupid to drive away a regular neighborhood customer. I will NEVER be back. I will also advise anyone who asks to avoid this place. Sorry, Nail Zone, you are not good enough to justify nickel and diming customers. And your attitude downright sucks. Goodbye.

Service is spotty — depending on how busy they are — ie appointments not always starts on time, rushed through services, etc. However, the staff is always courteous and nice. They generally do a nice job. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be there.

Love these ladies, they have done nails and feet and all have turned out awesome. Pedicures they massage your leg with hot stones! The nail polish selection is great and they actually have it in color order which I appreciate so much. It’s decorated very nice and they are very professional and clean. All super nice. I will definitely come back for toes, they unfortunately don’t do any acrylic nails here so I’ll have to go somewhere else for that.

I went here because it’s within walking distance from my house. I didn’t have a scheduled appointment, I just walked-​in on a weekday afternoon for a pedicure, and they were able to see me right away. As it was my first time, I was unfamiliar with where the polishes were and since no one helped me, I had to navigate on my own. The girl who did my pedicure didn’t say hello, and I had to ask if she was the one seeing me that day, no one had told me either way. The second I put my feet up she cut all my toenails off (really short) and rounded them. Traditionally when I get pedis they ask how long/​short and the desired shape. I like my toenails a little longer and more square than round, so I was really unhappy and put off that she didn’t ask me what my preference was. Overall she did an okay job. She didn’t get my calluses and rough spots as much as like, my feet weren’t very soft when I left. I think each pedicure comes with a warm stone massage and that felt nice. When she was done she put me in their ‘dry room’ to let my toes dry, but she never came back to check on me or tell me I was finished, she just walked out. The pedicure was $ 33, a mediocre price, but the service was unfriendly and cold. Personally, I felt very uncomfortable, which is unfortunate because I want to relax and enjoy services like this when I treat myself, not awkward and unwelcome. When I decided my toes were dry, I went to pay, and didn’t get a ‘thank you’ or any type of goodbye. My toes looked okay and they lasted a decent amount of time. I think if it were a nicer, more welcoming atmosphere I would go back, but based on my first experience at Nail Zone it will be my last.

I went to Nail Zone for the promising reviews. I received a rushed manicure and though the shellac was promised to last for almost two weeks, my nails chipped the next day! I am so disappointed and will not be returning. It’s now been 4 days and every single nail had chipped. Too much money for such a poor quality job.

I have been going to Nail Zone on and off for two years. Mostly for pedicures. I never really paid much attention to my finger nails. Until I got a shellac manicure. Shellac is way more durable than polish and it is dry instantly. Now my nails always look great!
At Nail Zone they are always warm, welcoming and they do a nice job.

I was a walk in, they attended to me right away and did an extremely thorough job! They even removed my shellac from a previous manicure for no extra charge! I liked the décor and the employees were very friendly, I had the chance to work with Kimmy who even gave me a brief shoulder massage while my nails were drying; I would definitely go back :)

My girlfriend and I bought a Travelzoo deal and upgraded to the shellac version. We were able to make an appointment for the weekend. I arrived early and they took me right away. The technician working on my nails didn’t say much, but I was chatting away with my friend, so it didn’t bother me. I got a nice hot stone massage on my legs with my pedicure looks great. The shellac looks really good, too, and she did a great job shaping my nails (that seems to be difficult for so many nail salons these days). It’s a small but cute and clean place, very quiet and relaxing. I’d definitely be willing to go back.

The woman working on my nails seemed to rush my manicure (answering phone calls, texting, anxiously glancing at the line of people waiting), and the end result is a sloppy gel manicure that I’m stuck with for a couple weeks. Everyone was nice, but I would rather take my business to a nail salon that will be more careful.

The place is clean and I appreciate that they took the time to make sure my nails were perfect before I left. I got the gel manicure and I’m very happy. I have been a few times before and have always had a great experience. They aren’t always fast, but I will take that because my nails always look great!

Went back to Nail Zone today totally excited to get my nails done because my last time was so great and brought my sister with me this time. We made an appt for two gel manicures at 2pm.
They didn’t start working on my sisters until 2:30!!!
The girl who was doing mine was rushing through mine so quickly that she barely did cuticle removal, and that was done AFTER the polish. The polish was also messed up at the tips and she didn’t even fix it. I feel like I should have gotten a special price since it was basically a speed manicure.
I did not at all feel like they I was pampered like I was PAYING to be.
Maybe the last time I thought it was so good was because I was the only customer there. Apparently they don’t know how to manage their time when they have more than one customer. I will not be coming back
