Fast reliable service. Bill and Dylan came out to check my several year old garage door, which was making a popping sound. Turns out Home Depot had used wrong header brackets, causing a lot of stress on the tracks. For a fair price, they replaced the old tracks and headers, then came out a month later to re-​check. I heartily recommend.

Wow! My door would open, but wouldn’t close at all! Bill came out the next day, waved his hands (OK, so he adjusted the safety sensors) and had it fixed in a few minutes. Very courteous and professional and I’ll use him again, if necessary. Thanks!

Dylan from Trinity Garage Door & Service did a great job replacing our loud, hazardous garage door opener from the ‘80s. The old unit made so much noise and left me feeling terrified it was going break at any moment (parts already had). Dylan installed the new unit, replaced the door wheels, relocated the wall mounted opener to a more convenient location, and took the time and care needed to reduce the sound to almost nothing. The folks at Trinity garage doors did an excellent job. Bill came the next day after I called and was able to provide a quick free estimate of issue. I ended up going for a full replacement which I am super glad for. Bill also recommended replacing the wheels which was a huge improvement in noise reduction. They came over and was able to replace everything in about two hours, it really shows their knowledge and skill in this area.
I now have the quietest garage door on the block plus a wireless keypad for front entry. I’m very happy with my new shiny garage door.

My garage door was popping-​up sporadically and we called Trinity garage. Bill came out to trouble-​shoot and adjusted the sensor but told us that our railing was the likely culprit (wrong rails and angles). He gave us a qoute and my husband and I mulled over it. We finally decided to change the rail and the motor when the door started popping up again. We scheduled for them to come out and the window was between noon-​2. I called Bill at 1:50pm and he checked in with the installer and found out that he was running late for at least an hour. Within 30mins he called me back to say that he was really sorry for the inconvenience with the timing and that he was going to upgrade our motor.
Dylan came and installed the motor and found out that the railing in the original kit won’t fit my garage door. He came back the next day to finish the job. He was very detail oriented and that was probably why he was late. It feels like both Bill and Dylan are the «rather do it right or not do it at all» type of guys.

The spring on our garage door broke yesterday (Saturday afternoon) and our garage door was inoperable and we had a car stuck inside. I called Trinity and they came out today (Sunday morning) at 8am. They couldn’t have been nicer and had the door repaired and serviced in an hour. I would definitely hire them again!

Trinity offered to do our garage doors for almost half the price of «Discount Garage Doors» quote, and with a lifetime warranty, instead of five years. Trinity is polite and professional, wish I had checked Unilocal first — I definitely would not have called DGD and only used Trinity!

I was referred by a coworker to give Trinity Garage doors a call and I must say it was a great experience as Bill handled everything thoroughly from beginning to end… ln our very first conversation he had said «I need this experience to be a great and as easy on you as possible» and it was. The finished product came out fantastic, and what I liked is that all the other company said I’d have to frame down and I’d lose some height on my door, Bill understood this issue and found a way not to frame down and now I will be able to park my SUV which was out main priority as we have an infant… I will recommend Trinity to my friends as Trinity was recommended to me. My torsion spring broke the previous day. The next morning, I called the two highest rated Garage Door Repair services on Unilocal for my area and Trinity/​Bill was $ 30 cheaper right off the bat. We scheduled for the same afternoon and Bill even called me with a half hour «heads up» before he was actually headed for my house.
Bill did try to «upsell» me on new wheel but I respectfully declined and he finished the job in about 45 minutes. I’m usually a DIYer but seeing/​hearing these torsion springs uncoil, I was glad I called a pro to do the job!
Will definitely call Trinity/​Bill on my next garage door issue!

Called to have one non-​working garage door fixed. Bill came out quickly and solved problem fast. Very professional in all respects. I scheduled a follow-​up visit to review both garage doors as they hadn’t been looked at in a number of years.
Dylan came by for 2^nd visit — super nice — very quickly went over both doors, tightening parts etc. Also — after I asked about and then okayed — he swapped out some ancient metal squeaky wheels with quiet hard rubber ones. Dylan is def co-​owner material.
Anyhow, quick get-​it-​done service with a smile. Good price for labor and parts. Could not be happier.

Truly an A+ job! After dealing with my manual garage door for years. and then having the cable break, I decided to get an electric door opener. Bill was very explanatory about which system would be best for me and advised me about the stress my current door had, thus, it would be better for me to get a new garage door as well. The installation went smoothly and his assistant made sure I knew how to work my remote, how to open the door manually and to be aware of where the sensors were. I can’t say enough about Trinity. I called Trinity Garage Door to fix my garage door because the cable snapped. Trinity Garage came shortly on the same day. Trinity’s team is hardworking, efficient, honest, and provides reasonable prices. I’ve shopped around and some of the other garage repair services charge at least 30% more.
Trinity didn’t have the specific cable part for my garage, but they drove all the way to Fremont and back within the same day to find that specific cable part. What a star team!

Bill came to the house, checked out what the problem was. Said that our tension springs snapped and that the cost to fix that would be $ 245. He would also do a standard checkup and lubricate the wheels and check everything else to make sure it’s in working order. Sounds good?
Another guy came to do the install. Everything was done in about half hr fashion. Before he started anything, he checked our wheels, and try to upsell us. He said that the wheels are stock/​oem wheels from the door company. They don’t have ball bearings and are getting old. Nothing looks old to me. He then says his wheels are 8 bucks each and tries to sell me 10 of them. I refused.
After he finished his thing, I mentions how come he didn’t lubricate my wheels. He said it’s a waste and not neccessary because they don’t need it. Meaning that his wheels are nicer and that he would only lubricate ball bearing wheels. Okay, so your boss offered and I’m wondering why he offered and didn’t upsell me in the first place? Also your boss mentioned that the garage door was his favorite brand. Favorite brand with bad wheels?
Gave him a card to charge. He didn’t have a credit card machine or Square. Didn’t know how to take a card, had to call in to his boss. After a 3 minute phone call, he said he can take card, but there’s a 1.8% fee. So another fee? That was mentioned when I asked Bill about it. He said, «Yeah we take card, no problem.»
Efficient to finish the job? Yes, done deal…
Maybe remove that garage servicing sticker advertisement they put on my door opener.

Bill and crew have completely replaced every piece of our garage door over the past year. We first called him to install a new motor we had purchased and found we also needed to replace the track and springs on our 25 year old system. Bill was quick to respond, and quick to finish the job at a reasonable rate.
So when I accidentally backed into my garage door, I knew who to call. Bill gave me a quote on replacing just the bottom panel of the door as well as a quote on installing a new door all together. Although it was double the cost to get a new door, it was much more affordable than I had imagined, it would look better and last longer than the old door. Done. And it’s beautiful.

I moved into my place a few months ago and have been wanting to get a new garage door set up. I found Trinity on Unilocal and gave them a call. Bill was very accommodating with my schedule. I work weekdays and weekends at weird hours. Starting as early as 7:00am, and finishing as late at 8:00pm! Bill was able to come when I was available. I’ve called other companies and it was on their time. Bill and Dylan showed up on time and installed a lovely new door for me. They were very friendly and took care of my garage in a timely manner! One of the springs on my garage door broke… on a saturday afternoon of all days… and I was SOL! The garage door weighs a ton without the assistance of the spring and I needed it fixed as soon as possible.
I found Trinity on Unilocal and gave them a call. Bill sent me a text message about an hour later and apologized for missing my call but he was at a restaurant. Cool, that’s a good business man that is a plus in my book for great service.
We texted back and forth a few times and worked out the price, day and time and it was a done deal. Price was very reasonable and he was at my place the next business day.
Ahead of time he told me that it would only take about 30 – 35 mins and he was exactly right and got the job done lickity split. He even lubed some parts that made the garage door opener a lot more quiet! He also gave us some good tips for maintaining it which will come in handy in the future.
Trinity is getting my call in the future if i need help with my garage door. Reasonable price, fast response and quality work.

I have a home warranty policy and I called them to evaluate my garage door opener which I thought is getting weaker! They sent on two separate occasions two different technicians and they spent less than a minute evaluating the garage door opener and they said my garage door itself was the problem. They tightened the spring on the garage door which made the opener work even harder and it continuously struggles to open and close.
I was feeling frustrated so I searched on Unilocal for a third opinion and I was lucky to find Bill who evaluated the entire system and said my garage door opener’s capacitor is leaking and therefore it’s not operating as it should and my garage door is doing fine. He recommended a new opener and today I am the proud owner of a brand spanking new powerful garage door opener. He readjusted, balanced and lubricated my garage door and properly adjusted the coiled spring.
