I’m all about customer service and am use to walking into any FL and being asked how I can be helped. Unfortunately, it didn’t happen here. There were 3 sales associates on the floor this afternoon and none greeted or asked if I needed help. Maybe it was because of the loud lady complaining about all footlockers at the entry way. After walking around for 15 minutes looking for a very specific shoes my son wanted, I walked out without being acknowledged again and went to my local FL to make my purchase.

The sales rep that helped me out was a young gentleman named Chris. He was very polite, respectful, but yet playful to make the experience entertaining. I purchased one of their new Nike Free 5.0 and they had plenty of selection of colors unlike a few other Foot Lockers I’ve been to. The only reason they didn’t get a 5 star was because of one of the fact that they didn’t have a shirt size I purchased and they had it mail it to me. I was hoping to wear it on the flight back to LA. Keep the great customer service going Chris.
