Finish Line

Customer service is awful and the store was empty. The store had at least five employees working and not one greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I have no major issue because I often want to look and see whats new and just see what catches my eye. I found a couple pair of shoes and didn’t bother the one employee who was actively making a sale with a family. He was trying to sell them Nike plus for your shoes. I don’t think anyone even uses those anymore.
I found the shoes I wanted and had to walk to the register to find the teenage girl staring at the counter hoping it was time to go home. I had her bring me out multiple pairs of shoes to try on hoping her service might be able to rescue the poor service I’ve received so far. She took nearly five minutes to sleep walk back out with shoes and one she didn’t even have to correct size in stock. She looked like she simply hated having to be at work today and missed out on her Easter egg hunt. I tried both shoes and her attitude and lack of customer service wouldn’t allow me to reward her commission based job.
The moral of the story is help out customers who actually want to purchase things and all your potential people in the store. I really hope they made no money today. I will wait and buy my shoes tomorrow at another mall. Thank you in advance, you lost a customer for life.
