STAFF WAS SO RUDE! I went into the store to look at a necklace and a small blonde lady came up to ask me some questions. I told her I was looking at a gift for my mom. I looked at the price tag and realized it was out of my price range. When I told her I could not afford it, she asked me if my mom was not worth it!!! I was shocked and left as quickly as I could. Now, I am forced into that hell where all I can think of is the unsaid comeback that is pithy and devastating. You should never be made to feel bad or pressured into buying something. I will NEVER go back!

This is a beautiful store in a beautiful mall. The employees were very caring and attentive. Tessa introduced herself and offered to help with my shopping. She was outstanding. I would have given the store a higher rating, but I’m comparing it to a Brighton store I went to in Las Vegas. The Dallas store didn’t seem to have as much variety and I didn’t see any particular sales of any items. Of course, very pricey, but that’s expected at Brighton. I would have liked to have seen more (the store is pretty small) and would have liked to have seen a few things in a lower price range. The staff, though, is top notch.

If you want to be accused of shop lifting, you should shop in this store. My friend and I are middle class women. Today, I was carrying a three hundred dollar Kate Spade, wearing Tory Burch flats, and 250 dollars worth of Kendra Scott; yet, they felt the need to accuse my friend of stealing. This was after we had each made purchases and were trying to leave. They accused her of stealing because of a video. What is this giant purse discrimination?!? When searching her purse and the security guards finding nothing, was there an apology, no!!! There was no repercussions on behalf of the store manager. I will never buy another piece of Brighton for as long as I live. It has forever tainted the brand for me. It is appalling!!!

This is a beautiful store, located inside a beautiful mall.
I came in on a busy Saturday afternoon. After being greeted but, not overwhelmed I was offered a bottle of water while shopping. Which is very nice.
I have only had that experience before at the Las Vegas Brighton store.
Lots of beautiful things here and even nicer they had the (My Flat in London) collection.
I have been to many stores now looking for this collection. It is hard to find.
They had the purse that I was looking for every where. So when I got to see it in Person, I decided that it really was not worth the 480.00 they were charging for it.
Lovely yes, but a bit over priced. Which is why I was happy I was able to see it in person.
I do love Brighton Items. Some I find wonderful, but lately a lot of the new items seem to be on the cheap side. Not in price but, more in how they have been made.
I still like them, but I am a bit more particular about them now.
Nice store, very much worth checking out.

You can’t exchange stuff without the box. Who keeps a box for a purse? I didn’t even know purses came in boxes? Why am I even here? The people at the Northpark location are much nicer…
