3015 at trinity groves (Formerly Milestone Culinary Arts Center) is breaking new ground as Dallas’ landmark culinary event venue. Overlooking the scenic Santiago Calatrava-designed Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge, «3015» is located in the innovative Trinity Groves development in historic West Dallas.
Chef Sharon Van Meter and her team are the inaugural tenants in the Trinity Groves development.

A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, France, Chef Sharon Van Meter brings over thirty years of culinary experiences to the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. Chef Van Meter has served the culinary world as Executive Chef at the Ritz Carlton International, Professor of American Cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, France, Executive Chef, Neiman Marcus, Dallas Texas and Director of New Projects Development for FOOD Network TV. In 2009, Chef Van Meter became the first female President of the American Culinary Federation/Texas Chefs Association — Dallas Chapter. She currently serves the organization on the state level as 1st V.P.
Chef Van Meter has been inducted in the honorable culinary societies of Epicurean World Master Chefs Society, Les Dames d’Escoffier and Euro-Toques International.
