Del Taco

The other evening I dined in. What looked like the floor manager, was cool enough to bring my food over to me, seeing that I was on crutches. Much appreciated sir.

Again my boyfriend and I decided to get food after going out. We were tired but hungry.
This is the longest I have ever waited in line here.
It was a few Saturday’s ago. Maybe ending December.
We waited such a long time by the time we got home I sat the bag down on the floor and «fell» into my bed and knocked out. Threw away the cold stale food the following morning. Wasted my $ and wasted more than 30minutes!!! Yes! No exaggeration. Check your cameras del taco! You get reports on your drive through times don’t you?!
Schedule another person! 2 cooks! Something!
Common sense. If your sales are high enough for that time frame that call for another employee. Schedule one!!! Oh my goodness. You’d probably make more $ than you’re trying to save by not scheduling someone.
Your poor employees probably get yelled at all night long. They deal with angry customers. No wonder why you have bad customer service.
And I do understand the factors involved. I was a manager in fast food for 5 years! I scheduled a second body in the kitchen. Or made sure I had a strong person who could handle it.

Maricruz was fast and efficient and made excellent food for us today, I watched her work and had to introduce myself and thank her. It was really amazing I have to say that.

Waited in drive thru for fifteen minutes with only three cars in front of me. New street tacos disgusting!!!

no music in the dining area and they limit the wifi to 30 minutes. must be under some new management. Use to be a nice place.

Service here is terriable, if there is any sort of line in the drive thru be prepared to wait for at least 20 miniutes. Food quality has also drastically gone down in the last 6 months.

I literally spent 10 minutes in the drive-​thru for jalapeño poppers and a lemonade. They lagged it. They should keep it under 4min drive-​thru.

Thank you for the Food Poisoning last Friday night.

Went this evening and ordered: three bean and cheese cups — two grilled chicken tacos — iced tea. Girl at the drive-​up was very courteous so I tipped her a buck. I love to the see the shocked look when you tip at fast food joints. I’m keeping it at two stars because they seem to skimp on everything… The bean cups were only filled half way and have been that way the last couple of times.

This has nothing to do with the food. Food is fine. It has to do with the kids meal. I know this might be petty, but never have I got a kids meal where you need to collect 6 PC to make a toy dog. We ordered 2 kids meals and both kids meals had the same PC which are the legs to the dogs. What can my kids do with that. I would rather not get a toy at all. Now I have to go back 5 more times to get this plastic dog. Are you kidding me.

Iono if it’s just this del taco or what, but seems like the quality of food has gone down. Also I was given hard fries. Who wants to eat hard fries? Was not fresh at all.
Also when you pay, the cashier lady just puts your card right next to her and you have your reach in to get your card. She couldn’t even move it forward to me or hand it to me. Ordered a soda and same thing. Not a single «here you go». Places it next to her and I had to reach in. The counter is pretty long! I’m not being a baby. Bad customer service.

4 years ago this place was amazing, quick, satisfying as for fast food… I’m currently in line in my car with 6 cars it’s been 15 min with no move and I’m stuck with a car behind me, I get to the window an wait patently then reply with hello, girl sounds exhausted… which is understandable… what I don’t get is if I’m waiting 20 – 25 min in line for food, I’d rather be at a restaurant… making this not fast food at all… if it’s short staffed manager should get on hiring cause this is truly bs…

The food is just awful. For the same money spent here for two people, you can get a 12″ works pizza at Monstrous Pizza… so much more satisfying. Call ahead, pick up in 15 mins. The Staff are polite and refreshing!

Customer service is horrible! The host rushed us through our order and didn’t seem very happy about being there. This isn’t the first time that the customer service here sucked. The food was ok.

Tasty food, great service, fantastic prices. I go here whenever I crave tacos that remind me of my school cafeteria growing up. This is not an insult. Those tacos were so good, I sometimes dreamed about them years later.
I took off one star, because I don’t think they even bother to clean the iced tea urn here. Yech. That was the single most disgusting cup of old-​tasting cloudy iced tea I’ve ever had. Gross, guys.

I love del taco but this one sucks!!! The drive thru always takes forever and they have rude customer service!!!

I’ve been to this Del Taco twice and both times they were Very rude and unprofessional. This place needs new late night staff.

What do I love about this Del Taco?
That it’s my current home-​base Del Taco. That they’ve adopted the basket-​on-​table-​with-​array-​of-​hot-​sauces approach, even though I never stay to eat. That someone tagged it as Tex-​Mex.

I LOVE DEL TACO!!! I grew up in Barstow where the ORIGINAL Del Taco started. These stores can’t even come close to the original store. But
I need my Del Taco, so the franchise stores of Del Tacos will suffice. They are clean, food is good, price is right!!! This store is near my shopping, so I come here and eat often. I just wish the crew members were friendlier, fast, courteous, and focusing on being customer oriented. Customer comes first. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars.
